Wanted an Ipad that I could use the new Pro pencil with. This is why I went to the store to purchase an Ipad that was compatible with the new Pro pencil. The male hispanic manager told me the Pro pencil worked with the Ipad 10th Gen and the 10th gen would be cheaper as they have a special running on it. I agreed as they should know what works and what doesn't. They didn't have the Pro pencil in stock so I would have to purchase it separate. I said no problem I can do that. After spending two hours in the store setting everything up I leave with the new Ipad. So, I go to a big box store to purchase the Pro pencil and they tell me that the Pro pencil will NOT work with the Ipad I have. This is frustrating to me! I call and speak with the store manager at T-mobile and he says, "well I googled it and it said it was compatible" . You googled it??!! This your job and I feel it is something you should know! Then, a few weeks later I get a welcome letter in the mail saying "Thank you for signing up for the Protection 360 for your new device" I did NOT sign up for it and was NEVER asked if I wanted to. None of our other devices (11 on the account) have the protection so why would I start now? After some digging I find out that they do not just add the protection automatically, it has to be put on my account by the clerk/manager that I worked with. So I spent more time calling to have it canceled. Do your own home work on compatibility for your devices AND make sure they don't slam you with the 360 Protection if you don't want it. I pay for a service contract to be able to replace my screensaver unlimited times if it ever becomes broken. I went into the store to replace my screensaver only to be told that they didn't have any in stock. I was told that they could place an order and it would come in within 7 to 10 business days. Unacceptable! I asked if they would call other stores to see if they have them in stock for me and was told that they cannot do that. Terrible customer service. I even had to pay for parking to find out that they couldn't help me. read more

Saw me coming....I have done business in the past with this store. I wanted a new phone. Nothing more. I thought it would be a simple transaction. According to the associate there were some technical issues. He kept having me resign the documents. He refused to print them. I did leave with a new phone. Later I found out he added a new line and upgraded my plan. It's been two months and HoURS on the phone with T mobile and its still not straightened out. I received excellent service at this T-Mobile yesterday. I'd been dissatisfied with my phone and considering an upgrade. The associate (Maria, I believe) was knowledgeable and efficient. She quickly calculated the costs for changing my plan and upgrading my phone and to my surprise the costs were less than my self-calculation I made at home prior to my visit. She had me set up with my new iPhone in just under an hour. A different associate finished the transaction for me and I left very satisfied. Compared to my experiences at other T-Mobile stores, this one was excellent and will be my go-to location for now on. read more

This store (and probably all T-Mobile stores) are a total ripoff. The phones are completely overpriced compared to what you can get online. Plus they add a $20 service fee just for going in the store, and a $20 restocking fee if you want to return it. You don't have to pay any of that from a 3rd party online. Also, when you get a phone from the store, it comes with a bunch of spam T-Mobile apps littered all over, most of which can't be installed. I needed a phone in a pinch due to unexpected work circumstances, and ended up paying nearly double what I would have if I just shopped online. Do yourself a favor, and buy your phones online from 3rd parties before you need one in a pinch like my dumba--. Avoid the stores, total ripoff. Gave them one extra star because at least the staff seems nice, and it's not their fault they have to rip off customers. read more

She wouldn't even give us clear answers about the trade in deals. She wouldn't look up our plan without being pushed to. She didn't want to bother herself with helping us spend our money. I bought a charger 2 weeks ago and as the charger broke I went in attempting to exchange it. I didn't have my receipt but I figured they might be able to look it up on my account. So I went on and the person who helped me was obviously new and not very well trained as he said he couldn't look up my purchase and we spent 30 mins arguing back and forward about exchanging a charger. Finally I asked to speak to a manager who was very nice and in less than 5 minutes he looked up the purchase and without further questions he exchanged my changer. If the new staff cannot provide a solution on something so simple as an exchange, then I suggest better training. read more

I wish I could remember the gentleman's name. He seemed like he was probably the manager and, based on his knowledge, I'd bet he was. Regardless, I came in with an issue unlocking my Tmobile phone for my Cricket Wireless SIM card. He tried more than a few options and spent at least 40 minutes trying to help me unlock it. Sadly, it didn't work, but he did direct me to the CPR (Cell Phone Repair) two doors down and they were able to get it going after speaking with Cricket. (The probably-manager-dude did manage to get half of the issue fixed though - the Device Unlock app had completely disappeared after being used once.) After dealing with multiple carriers and a slew of low-caring employees, it was exceptional to be helped even though I am not a TMobile customer. read more

After speaking with T Mobile over the phone, it seems as is they just wanted me to get a more expensive phone on a more expensive plan... Pay more upfront. (The North Center employees even told me my current plan was "unavailable". completely untrue.) Wasted an hour of my time. Boo! Hiss! I came in to switch over from Verizon. Jose went above and beyond, taking all the time needed to make sure I had every benefit and deal I could possibly get. We stayed at it till my 3 lines were successfully switched over, and I was set for payback of my Verizon phone. Total patience and great customer service, bringing me an extra chair and water. I felt the same from the other people working there, they were consulting with each other to make sure all was right and I had all possible benefits. Very professional. Jose followed up with me the next day to make sure my son made it back after the snow cancelled flights, so that he could get his phone taken care of. Huge relief with T-Mobile so far! read more

I have been to this TMobile store three times for various purchases or upgrades and had amazing customer service every time. The last guy I just bought an LG G2 from last week (Justin) was very helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted. He matched the TMobile price online and even matched their free phone case offer. I recently had the pleasure of visiting this store as I needed a new phone because my old phone broke. I was very confused at first because of the dozens of options I had. I am a disabled Iraq vet and can get confused/disoriented very easily sometimes, and one of your employees named Joshua immediately noticed I needed help. After seeing my ARMY hat, he did not hesitate to show me his appreciation. Joshua, along with his coworker named Kina I believe (a friendly young lady), went out of their way to accommodate me in every way possible. I admitted to them that I was not too computer savvy, and they responded by explaining everything to me in simple terms that I could understand. If that wasn't good enough, Joshua did not hesitate to let me know about T Mobile's military discount!!! He went out of his way to show me how much he and T Mobile appreciated my service by showing me the multitude of offers available to me. And his coworker Kina went out of her way and not only set up my new phone, but uploaded all my old info, and attached all the accessories for me!!! I walked into T Mobile very nervous because of my lack of technical skills, as well as my experience in Iraq, and they went out of their way to make me feel very welcome. I just wanted to let you guys at T Mobile know that you are doing a great job and have great employees. Despite what I went through in Iraq, they made me feel at ease and helped me in every way possible. They sold me a phone and $200 worth of accessories saying that I had a $200 credit for upgrading my phone. There was no credit, and never is that type of credit. He was straight up lying to me. The customer service response online was "sorry about that" Stay away from this location. read more

Steer clear of this store. Their favorite scam is to say that they have a promotion that with your new phone you get $200 of equipment for free. They will show you a fake bill that shows you no charge but your actual bill shows up and it's all on the equipment fees. read more

I went to this T-Mobile based on a review from one of the yelpers. She had mentioned a man named Jose who had incredible customer service. This was the second closest T-Mobile from where I work and I didn't go to the other one which was 5 minutes away because they didn't have as great reviews. I went in with my mind set on a new iPhone. I went in with my sister and I told her let's just look like we are browsing and see if we get attended. We did and by Jose. He provided such great service and I was s but of a handful. Nevertheless, he was not rude or anything. He helped me and my sister upgrade to the iPhone XR. He was just amazing! Thank you Jose for being an exceptional T-Mobile expert. She was is an invaluable resource for picking the perfect phone, selecting a great plan, unpacking the complexities of regulations around warranties and much more. She was very attentive and gave us the best customer service we have ever received after 8 years at T-Mobile. We were able to get a new phone under the terms of our warranty and insurance plan and that would never have happened without her insight. read more

The staff here (I think I have met all of them on my many visits) are very helpful and very friendly. There are some things that T-Mobile corporate does that I don't like, and the phone insurance company (Assurian or Assurant) will totally screw you over, but the staff at this store is great to deal with. read more
