Dale is extremely helpful. In and out in an hour for an iPhone screen repair for $100 cash. Grateful this guy is in the neighborhood.

I used to get…read moregreat customer service here; however I've noticed within the last 6 months the quality of employees has gone down. I go there to use the print center occasionally; in adddtion, to get office supplies and for Amazon service (for pick up and returns). Staff is slow, surly and unhelpful; with zero interpersonal skills. The icing on the cake for me (why I will NOT be shopping there anymore) occured yesterday. I went to drop off an Amazon return; stood there for 5 minutes; rang the bell on the counter to indicate I'm waiting. Still no response after about another 5 minutes; rang it again. This time a large, surly gentleman yelled from another aisle "I'm coming." No apology to say, "sorry I'll be there in a moment......" He then finally came (still no apology) and mumbled (without making eye contact) return code..... He looked at it, then said "this is not a return for Staples. At which point I showed him my phone where it clearly said Staples return. He then mumbled "oooh" (still no apology). I then asked "do you have everything you need (could not WAIT to get out of there....); he mumbled yeah.... I went upstairs to ask the cashier to speak with the Manager. Imagine my surprise when she told me the guy who treated me so rudely WAS the manager Adam. Game over; I'm done with Staples. And people wonder why brick and mortar stores are doing so badly; it's online for me from now on. And I will once again start taking my Amazon returns to either my neighborhood Whole Foods or the FEDEX store, like I previously did.

I do not advise anyone to use their UPS drop off services. It was convenient at first to drop off…read morepackages with them on my way to work. But if they ever forget to give you a receipt after scanning your item or if you don't have it on hand weeks after dropping it off, kiss that package goodbye. The employee at the counter was very dismissive and was not at all helpful. She said they had no way to look up if they scanned it at all by them. She said she "didn't have time to do all that" and called over the next customer while I wasn't even finished talking or looking up the tracking number. I've shopped at this staples multiple times and have had only good experiences until now so I was really disappointed with this negative experience. I think I'd rather go to other locations for my amazon returns and office supply runs. Please be careful dropping off your packages at this location or they might go missing.

Atlas Stationers? Oh, you mean STATIONARY HEAVEN?…read more On Sunday morning, all was quiet in the West Loop. Around 10 AM (a little after opening), I walked in & was surprised to find a vibrant little community of early-rising, stationery enthusiasts, just my kind of people. The store was lively but not crowded, so shopping was very comfortable and fun. First off, the staff here is PHENOMENAL! So kind, conversational, knowledgeable, helpful, & attentive. Possibly the best customer service I've ever received. If you're a stationary enthusiast or stationary-curious, this is a great place to be. I've seen this store's TikTok account before, so I expected it to be a big chain given its popularity, but it's actually a family-run business since 1939! They even have a nice online store you can check out. Everyone has their preferences, but this store checked all the boxes for me. On top of excellent service, they had an INSANE SELECTION! Stickers, pens, journals, leather journal covers, washi tape, and ALLLL the stationery goodies. The cost is comparable to other stores (online & otherwise), which is great. They even offer frequent events & workshops. Stores like Topdrawer are very popular, but they just never spoke to me. Atlas Stationers is a gem that I can't rave about enough. Even when I'm not in the store, I frequently check out their website or TikTok. I love the little community they've built!

What a treasure trove for stationery enthusiasts and/or folks who just love writing!…read more A huge wall section dedicated to stickers and washi tapes and so much variety of fountain pens! Lots of journals as well. Ngl was a little overwhelmed by the large selection lol but there was a good amount of friendly staff walking around offering assistance. Price-wise I'd say fair considering shipping/import fees when comparing to online shops.
