Awesome and honest service! I just switched after being a loyal T Mobile customer for over 10 years and this 25 per line promotion was unbelievable. I honestly didn't think it was real but it absolutely was. We got 4 brand new iPhone 17s for FREE. Shout out to Lauren for taking great care of us. He really went above and beyond and made the whole process easy and stress free. PS. I spent over 20 minutes looking for a highly rated Verizon location and this store did not disappoint. this store is literally the WORST! I've been here 2 days in a row. 4 different times. They have been CLOSED no matter what it says online ! I tried to cancel my order and put it in with a different Verizon for the "store" to magically be open and they tell me to Come pick up my order for them to NOT BE THERE AGAIN !!!!! They are super unprofessional and are full of it ! Im not sure what kind of Verizon this is but it needs to be CLOSED ! Ive never been to a franchise and they are just closed just because !!!!!?!!? 1. The General manager (Akasia) tried to give us a cheaper plan when the one we were requesting wasn't available, but just signed us to a cheaper one without communicating. Luckily I read the fine print. 2. Assured us the router would work in our house 3. Doesn't work anywhere in our house. This whole day was so frustrating. I had a horrible experience with Skye. I wish I can give them a negative 5 star. I purchased the 17 Pro Max from Skye. The phone was not in the store so Skye had to order it. Got a call a week later that my phone was delivered and in the store. Went to pick it up. Tell me why the whole process took 2.5 hours and an unnecessary trip. Everything from start to finish just seemed like Sky didn't know what she was doing. First off, she activated the wrong phone (17 Pro), I ordered the Pro Max. I'm not sure why she didn't check or confirm that the phone she was activating was the correct one. She then cracked a couple of jokes about it, but I was pressed for time (family from out of town was in) and didn't care for the laughs. The whole process of activating the wrong phone and trying to correct her mistake took 2 hours. I had been in that store for way longer than I was supposed to. I wasn't going to spend another minute in this store so I told her to reactivate my old phone. Told her to call me when she had it all figured out with my new phone. Received a call later on in the day that my new phone was ready for pick up. Made an unnecessary trip here again to pick up my new phone. Thank goodness I was out in 30 minutes. Secondly, not only did I waste 2.5 hours and a trip on the first run here, but I had to come back another day to return my old phone. I was told the store was supposed to print a packing slip and would supply a box for me so I can mail and trade in my old phone (which I didn't understand why I wasn't given that on the initial visit). I waited an additional hour in the store and left without anyone servicing me. I wasted a total of 3.5 hours and 2 unnecessary trips at this location. I am disappointed that all the hours spent in this store was and is unnecessary. Horrible experience here. I will never return to this location. read more

I went to change my provider from T-Mobile to Verizon after a horrible experience w/T-M with whom I'd been a customer for 20 years. I had to get a new phone as well. Kyler in the LB Towne Center store on Carson was SO helpful and patient throughout the experience. He took the time to explain everything to me very calmly and thoroughly. I even ended up getting their internet - which is SO EASY to set up (literally just plug it in!). Kyler was exceptionally nice and thoughtful in helping me get set up with Verizon, my new phone, and internet. His shift ended while I was out of the store waiting on all of my data/files/apps to transfer from my old to new device. When I went back in to pick everything up, Carlos helped me, and he was just as helpful and friendly. I will be singing Verizon's praises for a long time. i went to the brea location before this to activate my esim and literally no one there approached me or even bothered to hear my issue. they waived everything off as saying that there was "nothing they could do" and then left me waiting for over 20 minutes without even trying to help. i left and went to this location instead since it was closer to my house, and i was approached as soon as i walked in and was in and out within less than 20 minutes. everyone was so patient and kind and i even overheard workers trying to help a customer find a ride home which was so kind of them. specifically akasia was so quick and kind along with another kind lady with glasses whose name i couldn't grab :") ... would definitely come here again if i ever run into issues :) read more

This store is a scam. You can never talk with someone from the store. Always some hotline that can't assist or truly help. Been trying to get a status update on my phone order and the hotline can't help because it's not an in store representative. When I tried to cancel the order the hotline was unable to do it saying I had to go into the store. I am stuck in limbo because Verizon corporate can't clear the order and this scam of a store said it's already cancel. But still shows pending in Verizon corporate can't clear. Walked in to turn in my phone, manager said "have a seat and someone will be right with you". I was the only customer in the store. He just sat there drinking his coffee watching football on his phone. After a while, 2 employees walked in, and the manager said I was here for a trade-in. The girl that helped me was clueless. She had no idea how to reset my old phone and kept asking questions to the manager. The manager instructed her what to do all the while never leaving his seat or taking his eyes off the game on his phone. I finally took my phone back and left. Went to this Verizon store and was almost scammed. Needed to fix an iphone 13 with an inactive SIM card. Was told by employee at this store I needed to buy a $40 SIM card and possibly a new phone. Employee lied to my face and tried to install a second number on my phone and wasted 45 minutes of my time. I went to a certified Verizon store instead and they fixed my phone in 5 minutes and paid $0. Save your time and money, go to a certified Verizon store!!! read more

Verizon should be ashamed for allowing this indirect store to sell their products under their brand. I have been a Verizon customer for 10+ years and for the first time, because of this store and the horrible experience to simply upgrade my phone, I considered switching over to a different carrier. First visit (of 4). I arrived at 10am when they open. The gentleman inside peeped his head out to let me know I will need to wait at least 15 minutes for them to open. I should have left for good at this point. Once let in and about an hour into the visit, we agreed on the plan and trade-in value, and placed an order for the new phone. The sales rep didn't complete a thorough review of the order. After miles away from the store and upon reviewing the order confirmation he had ordered the wrong model of the phone. I called him and said I would need to pay $60 for a restocking fee for any changes, even though the phone was back ordered and wouldn't ship out for 2 weeks. I contacted corporate and they advised I return to the store to make the change at no cost. So back at the store and the rep says he "forgot" that there isn't a restocking fee since the order wants received. I was contacted sooner than expected to make an appointment to pick up the phone. I arrive to the store for my appointment. Wait 45 minutes to be seen by another sales rep to pick up the phone. I am then told they will not take my phone for the agreed trade-in value unless I upgraded my plan AND insurance plan (?!) which would have resulted in $25 increase in my monthly payments. He said he would have the manager call me that day and left. I call corporate again and everything was complete LIES. He advised I return to the store as I should be able to get the phone based on the original agreed upon plan and trade-in value when the phone was purchased. I return to the store yet again to ultimately cancel the order altogether because the sales rep was adamant I need to pay more for the plan and insurance. Turns out the original sales rep I made the phone purchase with "transferred" to another location and cannot be reached for clarification and the manager doesn't return anytime soon. During this 4th visit to the store, another unhappy customer can be heard in the store. Carlos was completely dishonest throughout the whole process and lacked any customer service. At this time, another unhappy customer can be heard in the store. Victra claims to treat customers as "guests".. this place shuts the door on you during business hours.. and tries to make additional money in every way at any point of contact. Please note their prices are inflated as an independent retailer. Ultimately I went back to Verizon corporate to upgrade my phone. Visit this store if you want to spend 6 hours to upgrade your phone (between store visits and calls to corporate and all the wait in between). They don't understand the plans and promotions. They try to make money in every way possible. If I hadn't canceled my phone order altogether, it would have meant more time. I wish I read all the reviews before heading to the store. Save yourself the trouble. read more

Don't go here unless you like to get lied to, scammed, and waste 5 hours of your life by men who have no regard for your time. Do not deal with JUAN. He is a liar and takes foreverrrrr even to do the smallest simplest thing. I spent a lot of money on a new iPhone recently and he went over the bill and deal with me and told me the set price I'd pay per month and it's not that price but $15 more per month so I called him and he said just wait and it'll figure itself out in a billing period. Well it's now been 2 months and guess who's still paying more than what we agreed on?! Not to mention he won't help me over the phone, says I need to come in to talk about it- even though the last time I came in I had my baby with me and he had no common sense to try and be a little courteous with my time since I had an infant! Definitely don't try 5G home internet. They will tell you it's easy to return it but then when you try everyone will put you in a circular loop between phone customer service, retail location, and corporate store. They had me drive to 2 different locations and then they are going to mail me a box that takes 5 more days to receive. Then you have to take more time out of your day (in 5 more days) to go to a post office. The service is slow and drops. If you try you'll regret it regardless of how easy they paint it to be when they get you on the hook. It's a scam and should be recognized as such. read more

I told him my situation where I ordered a phone online to pick up at another location but Verizon cancelled the order because I didn't pick up my phone on time when the other location never informed me to pick up & told me in person that they didn't have my phone in stock and to wait for an email. Juan helped me out and even found another location that had the phone that i wanted in stock. Juan called the location to make sure it was and open sale and was available for me should I choose to go. Very professional and helpful. Getting that amazing service in society today is extremely hard!!! They have sat on the phone so patiently to fix problems with customer service issues on my account that I would have given up on!! Wendy was great - professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient - everything I needed in order to make a choice of one of the iphone 12's. I chose 12 Pro and am very happy with it. I went here with my family today to add our teenage son to our family plan and get him his first smartphone. Luis, the store manager greeted my family and I immediately when we came in and helped us out right away. He got us into a great deal on an entry level phone for our son, and I couldn't believe how easy it was. He had us in and out in half an hour with a great deal on a really good phone, and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want or need. He was honest, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend coming here as opposed to an official Verizon corporate store as the service is better, faster, and much more efficient. If you need a new phone but you're dreading having to take half a day to get it done, come here instead and avoid the aggravation of going to the lame Verizon stores that make you feel like you're at the DMV. read more

Went into this location recently, as it is closer to my workplace. I am very disappointed with the management of this store. Very approachable associate helped me out with my upgrade and threw in some accessories that he could furthermore get me a discount on with managers approval. He kindly asked the manager a question about doing so and he seemed very uninterested but was very interested behind the counter on his phone. The associate helping me asked him once more for assistance and the manager seemed very arrogant about the situation and walked outside to be on his phone was again.
