Enter Luis who helped us. He did everything with ease using our own phones. Honestly, I kinda felt like a fool at how easy it was ordering new units simply by using the T-Life app which is what he did. (But I was already in the area, so why not...) But being an expert and all, the whole process would have been faster with him anyway. He was friendly, he answered our questions without hesitation and overall a good person to work with. We were outta there sooner than anticipated. Not my usual T-Mobile store, but definitely recommending Luis.

It is best to make an appointment just in case, but the wait here is less than ten minutes. We were here to get a new cable box since ours was over six years old and had stopped receiving service. Our service person, Olivia, was also able to reduce our overall service bill by a third of what we were paying. This was accomplished by adding a secondary e-sim to my phone, which added a second separate telephone number and line. I will read the fine print for this deal as it may be more costly. The second phone number is free for a year, but I will be charged $30 per month should I decide to keep the new phone line and number after the initial year. The new box worked great once we got home.

The other worker asked me to leave while my phone was still updating. The security guard was also rude. The woman worker told me to got to target to buy a phone case that I was willing to purchase there. This place ruined the second half of my day. I am on my iPad and cannot make any calls. Shannon told me that I had to wait my turn. I told her I was number one in line and just waited 2 hours. She then started arguing with me and gave me a dirty look. I had to make it clear that I wasn't arguing because she was very hostile to me. There were also a few other employees who had just opened up, one staring down at paperwork not helping. There was no sense of urgency even though there was upwards of 20 people waiting.

Had changed my Apple iCloud account password, but it did not automatically update in my old iPhone 15. Return the next day after I found the password. We were able to easily transfer their information from my iPhone 15 to 17, and factory reset the iPhone 15 to give to A Friend. Well recommended, will return...
