I spent 30 minutes on ATT chat trying to resolve an easy problem and was told I had to go to an ATT…read morestore - the 3rd chat representative gave me the address in my town...I went, waited 20 minutes only to be told i needed to go to an ATT corporate store. So, I arrived just after opening with 6 people in line ahead of me.  Took 15 minutes to have someone "log" us in. Had to wait over an hour after being told via phone call to them that "no appointment was necessary".  We drove round trip 40 miles!! We were told we needed a manager to resolve our situation - the "manager" never talked to me after being told I was waiting...in fact, he hid out in his back office for 30 minutes and then LEFT THE STORE to get a drink KNOWING I had been waiting - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE! Does ATT know how unprofessional and misinformed their staff members are??? The staff tried to help us only to be told that they couldn't access my account!  This is a corporate store and we were told we had to go to one! Was able to resolve the simple issue over the phone in 10 minutes - what a waste - shame on AT&T for giving me the run around...after decades in business, you'd think they'd know what they were doing!

Worst ever ISP; who still use DSL to provide internet service with all the steaming and gaming…read more Unfortunately I moved into an area (Heartwood Park) where CenturyLink is the only ISP. I talked and complained about my connectivity and the company told my the I am receiving fiber optics to my location then it is convert to DSL so I my connectivity is fine. "What-The-He!!" I am supposed to accept that crappy answer. I am truly annoyed/pissed off. Hopefully Spectrum will come to this area soon and I am not the only one in my community complaining. We are all screaming "Spectrum come and save us!!!" Worst ever, I would never recommend this ISP to anyone regardless; their offers/prices are appealing to eye but the service is a negative 10000. I get faster service/connectivity through my cell phone. I have actually streamed through my cell phone because of the crappy connectivity from CenturyLink. #SpectrumComeSaveMe

CenturyLink seems to have a monopoly on the rural area we living in. Their repair service is so so…read moreand they might come they might not come. Unless you want to pay for them to come, which is not going to happen. The speed clearly drops in the after noon, when school is out or Fort Hood lets lose and there is more people online. We pay the higher price for faster internet and that aggravates the situation even more. The only hope we have is that Spectrum expands their service out here and we can at least go for a different company. We have spend hours on the phone to have the issue fixed. It is time for another internet service, other than satellite to come to this area.
