Always leaving confused and paying more than I was originally expecting. I was prepared to walk in, have a long wait with no acknowledgement, just take a seat like the DMV and leave once again confused and frustrated. We stopped in last Friday and walked in to a smiling face eager to help. Offered an extra chair for my husband as he explained our bill, confirmed we continue to have the best plan for our family, and we left. I was almost confused.
