I used to hate coming to this location up until now, the old managers used to always haggle me to buy things, would throw things on my account that I never needed or wanted but as of recently everything's been a whole lot better. A couple weeks ago I went in there with a roaming charge on my bill and Juan, took care of it. He was on the phone for about 15 minutes trying to get my charge removed, then he saved me about 50$ on my bill! I ended up adding 2 more phone and a tablet thanks to Juan. He is very honest, very straight forward and tells you exactly how much you're paying for what down to the cent! If you need anything done, and done right visit Juan!!! read more

Customer service was very disappointing. I was especially surprised that the person being rude identified themselves as the store manager, Stephanie. It didn't reflect the level of professionalism that I've received at other T-Mobile locations. The Green Valley store is an authorized retailer for T-Mobile. Worst experience ever! I have been with T-Mobile for 7 years and have always been treated with respect and had excellent service. The store manager told me i could call the corp T-Mobile cust care center but they do not have to listen to them or do what they say. They were rude, messed up my phone and refused to help transfer data once I purchased an upgrade. I ended up going to the Tucson REAL T-Mobile for help and they were wonderful. I'll never go back to this store! Two employees seemed unconcerned that at times there were 8-10 people waiting for service. They were not acknowledged in any way. I dealt with Stephanie who said she'd been there 10 years and was the manager. Well, she needs some training in customer interaction. She was dismissive and rattled off all sorts of "deals" and insisted in selling us 2 additional lines when we only need 2, even though it saved us money. She was condescending and not helpful with my questions--she was not wanting to meet my needs but satisfy whatever she wanted to sell us. All we wanted was to upgrade to 2 new iphones. We ended up getting only one and purchased it outright even through she said financing it for 2 years would save lots. Wrong!! The extra monthly charges to pay it off would have been more $$. We were there 2-1/2 hours and she did not make sure the apps loaded on the new phone, which they did not, and I had to go back. This place is absolutely appalling. On top of that she kept disappearing into the back of the store for some unknown reason. She acted as if she was doing us a favor in helping us. We don't need to support that! read more

Amarie might be the worst manager at any TMobile I've ever worked at. She is incompetent and tried to scam my mother into a completely wrong device trying to take advantage of an 80 year old's ignorance to technology. So I recently moved from Sahuarita to Oracle Arizona. I needed to return my internet modem. Printed the label and tried to drop it off. You can't drop it off even after you were told by someone via phone (In another country) to do so. Weeks have gone by waiting to be able to use T-Mobile in Oracle. We still have no phone service. No signal. So the two new phones that we purchased with the buy one get one free promotion must be paid off in full ($1500.00) in order to go back to Verizon, just to have a cell phone signal and your phone number. I had Verizon for 25 years prior and have had T-Mobile for 4 years until yesterday. Just a warning that you don't get what you think you are paying for until you can't use your phone. BEWARE: If you are planning on going into T-Mobile in Green Valley, AZ. We have been with T-Mobil for about 2 years now. Up until today we have been satisfied with their service. My husband's phone crashed so we went in to get him a new phone. The only associate available was Stephanie who was behind the counter drinking an energy drink. As she proceeded to drink her energy drink I told her what we wanted. She took another slip of her drink. I politely asked her to put the energy drink down while we did business. I told her is was unprofessional and rude to be eating or drinking while waiting on a customer. She slammed the drink down on the counter and said "I am going to get someone else to help you. She then picked up her drink and walked away shouting "BY THE WAY, YOU ARE THE ONE THAT IS RUDE"!!! My jaw dropped. As a customer, I have never been treated in such a rude & unprofessional manner. I was thrilled to see a T-Mobile in Green Valley AZ, I was new to the area and always done business with them. This is the worse third party company I have ever walked into! I was so disrespected on so many levels. Young ladies standing around acting as if I was intruding in there space. Employees all to happy to sell you merchandise including things you didn't ask for! I was sold a phone that did not work properly! Severely compromised! They refused to take the phone back! Called 611 countless times with exhaustive reasoning why phone not working with just as many reasons on how to resolve the issues with no resolution! Was told to go back into store of purchase. It was made very clear by management he was not tech. Support and did not care what they told me! I was told to pay this one off and I will sell you anything you want! WHAT!!! If you have time drive into Tucson and get help. My tablet power input got ripped out and went in to get help and the young lady said" ummm what you want me to do about it. Like she was lost. I told her " you have no idea what to do" so I was like fine I will buy the same one. I have had tmobile now for about 3 years, and I've stayed with them because of cost(s), but if there were anything else even close to cost I would jump. I went in to buy the special they had on 2 phones and a tablet. I was told to get it at the advertised price I had to buy a bundle. The sale person I talked to kept deflecting my questions with something entirely different whenever I asked about the price. I was told I was receiving an "employee discount" cause she would "hook me up" I never received a discount. She never asked if I wanted screen protectors, she just put them on and charged me for them. She estimated my bill due that day at $350 ish but she had gotten it down to $324 when I looked at my receipt the total was actually $302 before she tacked on screen protectors that I did not ask for and was not asked if I wanted them. She told me my monthly bill was $90, the following day I get a text saying my plan had been changed and my new monthly balance was $121. I logged in and a bunch of services I did not agree to had been added to my account. This store's practices are deceptive at best. They dodge questions and force accessories and services on you that you did not ask for or want. I will never return to this store and will warn others to stay away. read more

To preface this: I'm the type of person that's too sensitive to send cold soup back in a restaurant ... and you can see by most of my reviews on here that I never have anything bad to say about anything... but tonight I was appalled by the treatment I received in this store. The other day, I was talked in to getting a new iPhone. The guy told me that they didn't have any protective glass to put on it in stock but that if I came back in the next few days that they'd put it on for me for free. I called about 4 times earlier this evening to schedule that but no one answered. When I showed up, two employees were heavily smoking outside which immediately gave off a bad impression. when I went in to T-mobile tonight to discuss problems with my new phone and get the glass put on, the lady working there said "we don't give anything for free." Like I was asking for a handout ... I simply told her what the guy said and she in turn treated me and my father with such disrespect. She had her face scrunched and eye brows raised the entire time. When I was beginning to ask about problems with my cell service, she acted like we were putting her out. So I simply told her I don't think we will be doing business with you guys any longer; she snorted and said..."good, you'll have to pay a deactivation fee." What the heck? I've never heard that before. I'm still shaking from the encounter and can't believe someone would have the audacity to be so rude to a customer that literally has 3 other people on her plan. We will be taking our business elsewhere at this point. I feel terrible for the owners because they don't know how rude their employees are and that they are essentially joking around and chatting the night away and acting put out when a customer comes in. I walked into the store to get 1 line. I knew exactly what plan I wanted and I was expecting to take no longer than 15 mins. My guess is I had the new guy attending me because he was giving me bad information, telling me they didn't have the plan I had found online. I waited 25 minutes when he told me he was going to switch over to a tablet but it would take even longer, at that moment I got my things and left. The T-mobile team was watching and did nothing to help other than correct him once. I ended up going to the Valencia/ midvale location and walked out in about 10 minutes with everything I needed. read more
