This review is based solely on my experience at this TMobile location. We'd had just arrived in Vegas and my phone was unable to charge due to issues with the port. Orane, the store manager, along with his friendly staff were very helpful in trying to fix our problem. In the end we ended up purchasing a new phone. Our old phone was completely dead and they helped us charge it wirelessLu and waited for enough charge so we could do the transfer. While we waited, Orane gave us many useful pointers on how to save battery life, cleaning the charging port, etc. He knows his phones! We were most happy by the time we left the store. I have not been able to make Android Auto on my Honda connect to my phone. Today, I went to this T-Mobile store, 3993 Spring Mountain Rd., and talked to Ace. He was super friendly and said he would try to make it work. In only a few minutes he discovered the problem and fixed it. He set everything up and then wanted to know if I needed anything else set up. Ace is just 5 Star all the way!! He waited until I was able to make everything work myself. My dad came to this store to switch from At&t to T-Mobile. The staffs here didn't know Sh**t, 3 days in a roll my dad had to come back here because the number was never correctly transferred. They made my dad pay extra shipping because be wanted the new phone to ship to his house, 1.5 month later, we received nothing. He called the store, they said they can't help us, so we have to cal 611 ourselves. Called 611, customer care said the phone was already mailed to the store a week ago. So now we are back in the store again... They don't know what's going on... We have been wsiting and still waiting.... read more

Let me start off by saying, "Wow! Wow! Wow!" Never have I ever experienced such OUTSTANDING customer service from a mobile network provider. Manager Josue goes above and beyond to guarantee not only customer satisfaction, but also to ensure the continuous positives interactions each and every individual experiences. Whether I had actual issues with my phone service and mobile devices, or simply did not know how to complete a certain task/feature ... he is ALWAYS more than happy to lend a helping hand. If he is unable to answer or troubleshoot something, he will do everything in his power to direct you to the next best point of contact. For example, whenever I'm busy travelling or working, my mom visits the store and asks for Josue's help. She isn't technologically inclined, so Josue frequently speaks to me directly. He'll walk me through every troubleshooting step and/or connect me with a specialist who can solve the issues at hand. Never has he complained or changed his tone of voice regardless of my repetitiveness. He is very patient and courteous beyond his years. Every now and then, he'll contact us to explain a new service or office T-Mobile is offering; especially, when he knows we're looking or waiting for a specific item or service. He is always the first to tell us - way before we see any T-Mobile ads. I'm doubtful that I'll visit any other location (for as long as he works there). He is the absolute best. You definitely won't regret it. If you are ever in need of service as a T-Mobile customer, I highly recommend for you to visit this location and look for Josue. Tell him Sasha sent you! ;) read more

I came into switch from sprint to T-mobile so I can access email and internet while I'm on a call. The employee told me it would be easy switch, but it took 2 hrs and I they had to order the phone. At first I wanted to keep iPhone 8 Plus and they told me I can get red for $699. After being there for almost 90min she told me they don't have that deal anymore and I should get XR so I did. They had to order phone for me and it would take 5business days. When I got the phone and called customer service to activate the phone, they lady told me my phone should work soon and ended the call. After 24 hrs It didn't work. I called customer service and they asked me to stopped by the store. When I came in to store they told me the SIM card they gave me was not registered and gave me new one and it worked. But it took them another 1hr to figure that out. I asked them how I'm supposed to send the phone back and after another 30min on phone with their back office the employee told me to call the customer service in 2 days. I called customer service again after two days and was on the phone for 49 min since they didn't know why the store didn't just process the ship my phone. Manager got on the call and told me to go back to office. After I demanded to return my phone , somehow he found the shipping label and emailed it to me. What a waste of time. read more

I've been a loyal customer with T-Mobile for years and every location has been outstanding with the exception of this one. I came in to upgrade my iPhone to the 7 because my 6 was in shambles. We walked in and two non-Asian gentlemen greeted us and there was as an Asian man who didn't say thing at all. He looked at us and in a not so excited energy, he asked us what we wanted. His look was more like "What do you want?" He was far from social and not very friendly. Which I was like okay, whatever. What got to me was he just left the phone on the counter after we bought it, proceeded to walk away and didn't even say anything. We even had to ask him if we were done or not, and all he said was "Yeah. Just play with it." Didn't even activate my new phone or open the box or anything like they usually do. Horrible service. He's clearly only about the money and getting a sale but clearly lacking customer service. I get it, I work in customer service but if you aren't going to at least be a little helpful or positive, you shouldn't be working with people. I come to you for help with a device, but I should've just ordered it online. Also, I just got home and to find out he went behind my back and added their Jump! feature (12.00/month) WITHOUT my acknowledgement or even asking me! I'm very disappointed because I have no complaints about T-Mobile honestly, just this employee. read more
