I honestly don't even know where to begin--this experience was nothing short of phenomenal I came in because my iPhone 13 was having serious issues The battery was getting unbelievably hot and my cameras had completely failed After going to Apple and being told my AppleCare wouldn't cover it (which was frustrating when I pay $10 a month for AppleCare), they directed me to my carrier, T-Mobile, for a replacement. I chose this location because it's one of my favorites--and I'm so glad I did Right away, I was helped by Kyle, who I believe is the store manager (or at least in a leadership role). He was professional, calm, and incredibly knowledgeable He explained everything clearly--no confusion, no runaround. And the best was there was no upsell. He was not trying to push products on me and make me spend money that I didn't need to that meant more than you could imagine. When he told me I qualified for a replacement and that it would only cost me $6 I was honestly shocked. Six dollars for a full replacement?! That level of service alone blew me away As the process continued, I received updates every step of the way--order placed , in transit , and ready for pickup When I returned, the store was extremely busy ‍ but the team still handled everything with professionalism and care. That's when I met Jennifer ‍ She was kind, patient, and very reassuring. I work in the medical field so my phone holds extremely important information--losing anything was a real concern for me She understood that immediately and walked me through the transfer process with confidence and care Julian also stepped in to help making sure everything was running smoothly All three of them worked together as a team --checking in, supporting each other, and making sure every customer (even the difficult ones ) was taken care of with respect. Even after his shift ended, Kyle stayed a bit longer just to make sure everything went smoothly. That kind of dedication is rare The transfer was estimated at two hours but was completed in about an hour and forty minutes When the new phone powered on and everything transferred successfully it honestly felt like a celebration We were all relieved and excited! I sat in that store for nearly two hours and witnessed firsthand how this team operates Their professionalism, teamwork, patience, and genuine kindness are something you don't see often anymore I must give 100% credit where it's most definitely due--and it's with these three individuals: Kyle, Jennifer, and Julian Kyle, Jennifer, and Julian--thank you You didn't just fix my phone, you made a stressful situation feel easy and even enjoyable I highly recommend this location If you go, tell them "Bobby, the medical guy" sent you Just keep in mind--sometimes there are things they can't control due to company policies But as far as service, effort, and care go, this team is truly exceptional The world needs more people like them read more

Be careful this location! The his location has the worst customer service of all time. My aunt went there to ask them to help with her phone they told her to call customer service and wait for hour. I went in to get the new iPhone 16e. The woman who 1st helped me told me I'd get $250 for a trade in on an older phone. However I was told from a TMOBILE representative I'd get $315.I left but came back and I told a separate employee the situation with the representative and that employee gave me the $315, but I didn't tell that 2nd employee what that amount was, just that the other employee told me I'd get $250. The payments on the $250 would've been $14 per month for 24 months while the payments for $315 comes out to $11. That's 72 dollars less over that 24 month period. I don't know if they or the store gets incentives for selling a bigger monthly payment or not, but someone tried to throw a fastball past me. Be careful if you come to this store. I'm very sorry for writing a negative review, but when your job is to serve customers, then please, serve the customer to your best ability. On Friday, November 29, 2024, at approximately 6:34PMhours, I entered the T-Mobile store in desperate need of assistance from a learned representative. As soon as I entered the store, I was met by a team member removing phones from the display, prepping to close a half an hour early, as the store hours stated the store closes at 7PM. I was also met with a very strong smell of marijuana. I don't judge individuals for how they spend their recreational time, but maybe I would have received comprehensible service if the two team members were not under the influence of THC, or maybe I could have received exceptional service as the team members could have been relaxed, concerned, and willing to assist me, rather than getting back to smoking. I dismissed the aroma and spoke with the T-Mobile team. I explained what issues I was experiencing and to my surprise, they told me to go to a phone repair shop. I just bought the phone two days prior. I didn't have time to make sense of their state of confusion and inclination to pawn me off to a repair shop. I left the store. In short, I called the customer service line, and the technician walked me through to the solution. This service was something that could have been done in store, if the team members cared. I'm sorry, but they did not. If the crew would have shown the least bit of interest in helping me, the extremely potent smell of marijuana would not have bothered me so much. I came in to upgrade my iPhone 7plus, now we are of course in the year of 2024, shows you I've been holding onto this phone for a long time. I had Jasmine help me and she stepped with me of the upgrade process. My ratings were high because of her patience with me and how helpful she was. She was very informative. Seems like the whole staff here is very polite. At the same time, there was this other man in the store that was asking for medical attention, the staff helped right away and got the ambulance there. I've always had a pleasant experience at this location. I'm a long time Sprint customer, and was a little nervous when everything switched to T-Mobile, but the customer service here is great! I have had long wait times, but once you get to a representative, they are friendly and helpful. Jorge has assisted me the last 2 times, and he is very outgoing and explains everything well. There was a slight mix up regarding my SIM card this past visit, but it was rectified quickly, and I was back in business in no time. read more

I just got done trying to get a phone to AT&T and I explain the gentleman my situation and I told him at another location. I can get it with zero down. If I trade in my phone he said well you get in $1000 on your phone and it's a lie because you get it as credit so that means that I still gotta come out in $100. Jamie, manager of the Las Vegas store was extremely unprofessional, rude, abrasive, and dismissive towards my questions when coming into the store. When entering the store, I had an inquiry about a military suspension because I'm in the military. Jamie was not helpful in any matter. She went back-and-forth with me on finding a solution and referred me to call customer service in the store as she stormed off. After she stormed off, she then placed a chair behind me and told me to have a seat which I did not. The customer service representative assisted me with ease and spoke to Jamie, and Jamie was still unprofessional and dismissive. As a paying customer and United States active duty military member, this is unacceptable and should be properly documented. Worst experience ever, went in there to activate our old phones because my kids broke their new ones. The guy that was helping us out(forgot his name was the only one wearing a pink shirt) was falling asleep the whole time while he was helping us out. i am very disgusted with this 3862 w. sahara ave t-mobile store. i went in the store to have my samsung s7 unlocked. i was looking to change carriers due to sprint's customer service. well 45 minutes on hold i finally got it unlocked. after getting haggled by customer service on why i wanted to have my phone unlocked, i told them that i was shopping around. i went to boca park's target to inquire with consumer's cellular. after tom the tech man changed my sim card and imported my phone number i was told that my phone was not compatable. then he tells me that i had to go back to sprint/t-mobile to port my phone number back. after leaving very upset, i spent the next 3 hours at t-mobile. casper the tech man was getting impatient. sprint had disconnected my account and then casper told me that i have to give my phone 6hours to set in. i did not beleive him and asked him if he would be working the next day. he said no but will be in on monday. today is tuesday 2/2/2021 and will be going back into that sprint store again. basically casper lied to me to get rid of me. no info of who the store manager is. i will follow up with t-mobile's headquarters. and i still have no phone. read more
