They are more happy and easy to work with. The selection and value, each of their stores has various items, but whenever we want something specific, we tell them and they bring it in, or they tell us about the next Diamond Show event when they bring a bigger selection and extra items in and even made the piece and set in while we waited! We even got a discount on the item because we waited for the show and it was on sale!
