They were out of stock of the phone that I wanted. No big deal. Then the guy keeps telling me my bill will skyrocket if I add a line with the new phone. No, I don't want to add a line. I want to buy a phone. I made this very clear and had to repeat myself quite a few times. Anyway, he ordered a phone for me and said he would give me a call when it arrived. He never did. There were two young kids in the store with their eyes glued to GIANT iPads. Thank god that ain't me. Overall a frustrating experience with no solution, however, the associates were very polite and friendly. It's just unfortunate that they don't know what they're doing.
