But I found out, T-Mobile doesn't issue batteries anymore they recommend you go to a place that just specializes in batteries whether it's a Battery Plus or another shop. Oooooh K, what to do? I decided to get the Samsung S7 and I'm enjoying it so far. It's been maybe 2 weeks now since I've had the phone and everything's great about it. I decided to go ahead and keep my S5 phone and get the battery replaced at a later date. The customer service here was pleasant, not over the top or above and beyond, but I have no complaints. One of the manager's suggested some products...phone cases for my new phone starting at $10. This was a good price because normally cases can be astronomical when you go to into the store. I walked in maybe waited a couple minutes before someone was able to help me out and was out within within an hour they transferred everything from my current phone to my new phone.
