Extremely frustrating experience with this MobileOne LLC T-Mobile authorized retailer. I came in to add a line and was told by an employee, "RJ" (who I later learned was Robert Bailey), that I qualified for promotions that included a free line and a second phone free with qualifying trade-ins. I specifically questioned the promotion several times because I was skeptical. I was repeatedly assured that it would work with my account, so I agreed to get two phones. It didn't work as promised, and I have been paying for BOTH phones. What made the experience even worse was trying to get MobileOne to take responsibility afterward. The store sent me to a corporate T-Mobile location, where I was told the promotional information I had received was incorrect and that I needed to work with MobileOne's district manager. I then spent approximately a month calling, emailing, and texting district manager Bryan Miller without receiving a response. After giving MobileOne multiple opportunities to resolve the situation, my problem was still not resolved. I ultimately had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting every promotion and promise in writing before purchasing anything from this location and independently confirming it with T-Mobile. read more

Worst business Ive ever dealt with! Signed up for cellphone service, 2 lines and home internet service. GOT 4 cellphone lines and a modem I couldn't use in my area! Its was for me and my daughter. For some crazy reason they set my daughter up as the account holder. That turned out to be a huge hassle! After getting the sim cards and modem I found out theres NO INTERNET service in my area for T-Mobile home internet service! Fancy that! We called to get service cancelled and return everything because I was mortified! That involved SEVERAL calls in order to get everything cancelled because for some reason they didn't closed down two of the cell lines!! They didn't send an email for the return label of the equipment! Now after "12" days they're charging me $235!!! Mind you I never used the internet and ONLY used the one cell number because it was next to impossible to talk about canceling anything with out using one of their numbers! I am totally disgusted! They don't have to ever worry about my business anymore ever! I will also be writing to their corporate office about all this as well!! Stay away from T-Mobile! read more

Because of the last bad experience I didn't trust there end of the process so I said write it on piece of paper. He said no. Go to ups and get a receipt. Unbelievable bad service. Visited 3 times within 2 weeks since we switched from Verizon, they said I was lucky because Verizon transferring is the most easy one but never happened on my case. The first visit, they made transferring my Verizon accounts all 3 line, then they asked me to access the Verizon pay off information. It was painful process, as we changed SIM card under T, there was no way to get the verification process from Verizon after the transfers. I physically visited Verizon shop to pullout the last bill then brought it back, then they need another information which they can't find it from the bill. Also we were told (only "told", they never showed us any brochure or screens that shows the details of promotions ) they will pay off the balance of my phones AND upgrades the all each phones up to $800 but ended up paying us this phone balance of $500 value, because another complicated process, which I even don't remember why, and they found my kid's phone was damaged, which they've been knowing his phone using this transfer, then another layer of process for the damaged phone transfer.... Such as it took me 3 hours process there and only one phone successfully transferred, and one of another line is disabled due to unsuccessful transfer because of not receiving PIN code from Verizon.... This is another morning after spending 3 hours there last night. Andy was very helpful and patience for entire process but wished more trained professionals would handled for our case. There was a guy, who seems trained and knowledgeable, but he was the one who told us all these promotions but he transferred to the untrained person because I was looked like a monster client. This is the reason WHY I didn't want to transfer my carrier for long time but it was my kids favor as only T-Mobile offers free WIFI during the flight, but ended up I paid $500 my balance paid off with this pain, I would rather to pay flight WIFI instead. Anyway. They're trying to resolve the problem and we appreciated it but I'm writing this review while I'm holding on the customer service on the other line. It's plenty enough to share our story. The guy who has a big month even told me that he can't handle this because your case needs to be involved by their manager, who earn more salary than him, so he made us an appointment with the manager but he didn't but he just placed to back to Andy, who was a poor guy to deal with us. These people were so great. My wife and I had spent our evening at Fry's buying her a new phone. We wanted to get everything transferred to her new phone but only had an hour before T-mobile stores closed. I checked around on Yelp and identified this as the best location nearby. We got to the store around a half hour before close. The employee sold us a SIM card and got right to work on transferring everything over. There was an issue with transferring her number to the new SIM card, but the store employee helped us work with T-mobile customer support to get it resolved. The employees would have stayed past close to get us all set up, but they didn't end up needed to! Instead of transferring my wife's 1300 contacts and 7300 photos via cord, they downloaded a data transfer app to each phone and it went super quick. Very capable employees at this location. Very patient too. I highly recommend this location for all T-mobile needs. While it is one of the smaller locations I have been too, they more then make up for it in customer experience. read more

When i came into the store i was bewildered and confused. I had puchased a phone and i was in an impass. I walked in and i was welcomed by Corina. Not only did she explained the explain the producted. Which made my thoughts clearer and she introduced me to the true tmobile plan. Listening to her i became overwhelmed to purchase a new phone that i was able to understand. From that point on i had under tutoring. It became clear to me that i was finally on the right track. Terrible Service. I can't even say "Terrible Customer Service" because they made it painfully clear that they wouldn't help me BECAUSE I'm not a customer. I needed an anniversary gift for my gf so I popped in to pick up a phone case she wanted, unfortunately it was the wrong size, so I tried to take it back to either return or exchange it and since I was 4 days over their return policy (they have a 14 day return policy, what happened to 30 days like a normal retailer?) they said it was a bit more complicated to run the transaction, but BECAUSE I'm not a T-Mobile customer, there was nothing they could do, and they followed that explanation with the most insincere apology I've ever heard. They obviously didn't care and also don't realize that they're missing the opportunity to turn me into a T-Mobile customer by showing me amazing service. I'd say their loss, but I'm the one stuck with a phone case that doesn't fit :( read more

People, Do not use this location as the team here are trying to rip you off any ways they can. Also, they don't know what they are doing Period. PLEASE READ ALL it will save you money. I have been ATT customer for over 5years (Tmobile for 5years before that). Overall, ATT customer experience was great whenever i stop by retail store. They try to make you pay less in your bill, does not scam you into buying other things you don't need. No hidden charges at all. So, my experience here. I visited here twice and never going back and YOU SHOULD READ all and DECIDE. First visit, I walked in. I wanted to switch over to Tmobile from ATT so, I opened a business account with 4 lines. They set up the account using computer, and they brought out sim cards. Ok? Even though I don't have a phone, and sim card usually comes with phone inside, they brought it out, and CHARGED 20 dollars PER line. So, that day, I paid over 80 for it. Went home, and try to set up my tmobile account to pre-order phones, but they need to send me a txt to one of the Tmobile phone to verify. I don't have phones yet. So, I couldn't order online. Next day, I went in to same store again, to pick phones and pre-order(they had one phone in stock and others had to be ordered). took long enough. They CHARGED 20 dollars PER line this day again and calling it 'Assistance fee for upgrade', I do know this has rolled out this month, but my case it's NOT upgrade, it's NEWLINE. They are like "I would love to take it out but can't" I know enough about mobile business and they are BS-ing it. I also told them, don't even bother to offer 'free' accessories with good credit since I know it's not free and charges partially every month like payment plan. So, I went home and check the shipping date for pre-order and it says all three phone will arrive in 3weeks due to back order. I checked and only one of the three phone is back ordered(you probably guessed it right, Note 7 Blue coral), but Dumb sales person put three phones in single order and now two in-stock phones are sitting at the warehouse until back ordered phone is ready to ship. How nice. Basically, I opened account and can't use the lines for 3-4weeks. So, here is the KICKER. I called Tmobile Business Customer service and they told me, I shouldn't have been charged on first visit(80dollars) because Its business account. They also told me, I shouldn't have been charged on second visit(80dollars) because it's not an upgrade and it's not my fault that I cannot set up my t-mobile account. He then told me I should suspend the account until phone delivers because I will get charged for 3weeks since account is opened and active even though I don't have phone. He said the retail store should have offered and did this to save me some money while not using. He said sorry many times and credited the amount in to my account even though it was Store's fault. I know retail business wants to make money. But you are T-mobile Authorized Store that represents T-mobile's face. At least have some knowledge about business account, how to order phones so that customer can get it efficiently, how to save customer money, what to charge and what not to charge. IT'S A BASIC STUFF you should know about as a sales person. I know more than you do. If you don't want to get robbed or get things done correctly, just contact T-mobile through phone call to take care of everything from opening account to change address, order phones to avoid any unnecessary charges. The customer services on the phone are top notch. Oh yea, I forgot to mention, they used my driver license address and put on as business address even though I gave them copy of my business license with address on it. read more

By far, The guy that helped me, PEDRO (Doesn't look like a Pedro but it's cool) was the best employee that I have ever worked with in a T-mobile location. I am a very hyper person by nature and he dealt with me well. The other guy...."NEW HIRE" was nice too (The guy that can eat a whole pizza to himself), but Pedro was the best! Worst network I ever had, whether T-Mobile or Metro PCS... very low signals in Renton, WA... even if only few miles away from company's headquarters. incoming calls mostly went on voicemail.. and if I ever get a call at all, it was breaking voice and hard to hear. I switched to H2O wireless (rides on AT&T network) which has much better network.. never missed a call, never got broken voice since then on H2O. read more

Went to a T-Mobile store with my sister, both of us fed up with Verizon's expensive service. My sister finished but they were closing for the night so I agreed to come back the next day and finish up the paperwork, I did take my new cell with me though. Ok so, over the next several weeks I worked a ton of OT and barely had time to sleep, meanwhile my sister's new T-Mobile phone cut out on her ALL the time. ALL THE TIME and she missed some really important calls! A few months later I finally found time and stopped in to T-Mobile to return the phone, I wanted nothing to do with it. They have a 14 day return policy for the phones, ok my bad - I should have read the fine print. But what blew me away is that they wanted over 400.00 for service I had never used, I never finished the paperwork or activated the account OR the new phone. Part of this is my fault because I didn't go back right away and cancel everything - even though we never DID finish the paperwork. So I went through customer service and escalated it to a supervisor and then to a manager (in all I was on the phone for several hours)....they asked me if this was fraud, well hell no, I don't want to get those kids in trouble that tried to sell the account to me, but I finally did get the bill (I agree I owe 140 for the phone) down to $321 & some change. The management of T-Mobile are ruthless and could care less about you unless you're stuffing money up their a$$es. I am paying up ONLY to protect my credit, not because I owe any more than the cost of the phone. I'll never do business with them. EVER. And incidentally, my sister closed her account, after arguing with them forever over her horrible new phone and went back to Verizon. Beware. You're only money to them. UPDATE: I finally called them and ponied up the dough because I care about my credit rating. The rep on the phone was nice and listened to the entire story, and then I find out that because my account that I never had wasn't activated, the brand new cell phone wasn't activated either, so now, I cannot even sell it because there is a special code needed to turn it on that only an active account holder can use to "turn it on". So now I have a $140.00 cell phone that I can't even sell. The person on the other end clearly felt bad but there was nothing they could do to help me, except take my money. I didn't think this could get any worse. Some day T-Mobile will falter because of their despicable business practices and outright ripping off their customers.
