I'm regretting going here so bad so please don't waste your time or money with this business at all! I had money on my account and they still locked my phone while I was in the middle of work, when trying to be nice didn't work they yelled at me over the phone for being upset and tried to threaten to take the phone back which is hilarious bc I have paid $1000 for my down payment and have my payments on auto pay so I have no idea what kind of scam they have going on but there is definitely something fishy here. I tried to make a complaint on this Markus guy and they laughed and told me there was nobody higher up than him and that is why I'm here making this complaint so nobody else gets effed over like me! only gave 5 stars so it'll stay on here and hopefully grab your attention before making the mistake of going here.

They go through a third party(ACIMA). They charge multiple fees and charges they can't be explained when I called. I as a customer have the right to know the exact amount I will be paying SMH!!!

Now that we are…read moremore dependent on our phones that ever, it's imperative you have a device with enough juice to get you though at least 8 hours before going into low power mode. Doing research, I found shops online that you could mail your phone to and they had the best pricing. My problem with that, was being without my phone for 7-10 days. When I started looking around on yelp, many shops had great reviews, but their prices were ridiculous. You can buy a battery for $25 on eBay or Amazon, it's a 30-minute service, So anyone charging you 3 figures is ripping you off. Especially when you consider as a business, you probably buy batteries by the dozen and probably pay closer to $15 each. Service took 45 minutes, cost me $80. I didn't have to mail anything or go without my phone for a week. Honestly, I only have one knock for these guys, they don't appear to want you in the store. I would have much rather liked to take a seat and wait for my device than be booted and asked to come back in 40 minutes. Funny enough, I had just grabbed a bite, had I known I couldn't wait, I would have dropped the phone first then grabbed my bite to pass the time. Either way, they get 5 stars. The price and service were as close to flawless as you can expect.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with T-Mobile…read more My account has been scheduled for cancellation WITHOUT my authorization while an active dispute is still under review. This situation remains unresolved despite multiple attempts to address it directly. The core issue has not been resolved: * My device is not functionally unlocked * It cannot be used with other carriers * eSIM activation fails * The device manufacturer has confirmed that no unlock request was ever submitted at the system level Despite this, T-Mobile has stated that the obligation has been fulfilled. In addition, a Port-Out PIN was generated on my account without my consent, and I was instructed to transfer my numbers. This matter is currently under review with multiple agencies, including the FCC, Texas Attorney General, Washington State Attorney General, New Mexico Department of Justice, and the Better Business Bureau. Proceeding with account cancellation under these conditions raises serious concerns regarding consumer protection and business practices. I am requesting: * Proper device unlock at the system level * No account cancellation while the dispute is active This issue remains unresolved as of today. For resolution, T-Mobile may contact me at: tonynguyen2113@icloud.com

Paul was an amazing help,…read more He was able to get me situated all while doing 2 other task and on the phone, with everything and everyone helped accordingly. I see that being very beneficial for the company. As he was able to successfully complete everything at that moment. Extremely frustrating experience with this MobileOne LLC T-Mobile authorized retailer…read more I came in to add a line and was told by an employee, "RJ" (who I later learned was Robert Bailey), that I qualified for promotions that included a free line and a second phone free with qualifying trade-ins. I specifically questioned the promotion several times because I was skeptical. I was repeatedly assured that it would work with my account, so I agreed to get two phones. It didn't work as promised, and I have been paying for BOTH phones. What made the experience even worse was trying to get MobileOne to take responsibility afterward. The store sent me to a corporate T-Mobile location, where I was told the promotional information I had received was incorrect and that I needed to work with MobileOne's district manager. I then spent approximately a month calling, emailing, and texting district manager Bryan Miller without receiving a response. After giving MobileOne multiple opportunities to resolve the situation, my problem was still not resolved. I ultimately had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting every promotion and promise in writing before purchasing anything from this location and independently confirming it with T-Mobile.

Forrest couldn't resolve the issue and then disappeared. The woman helping us (Fernanda), was gracious in asking the man if she could assist (Fernanda is the only person there who understands customer service!). She began to problem-solve. But then Forrest kept interrupting trying to antagonize Jose. Jose calmly explained that Fernanda was helping him. Well it turns out that when Forrest had disappeared, he called the police on Jose. For what? For having a passport? Fernanda, my husband and I were shocked and appalled. We couldn't understand why Forrest would call the police - except perhaps because Jose was Colombian per his passport. Jose did absolutely nothing. Jose was calm, patient, and seeking help from his phone company. Jose was removed from the store and without his passport. When I asked to complain, the store manager responded with aggressive bravado that he was the manager and that was it. I asked for who he reports to and he shrugged. If this is how customers are treated when seeking help, this is a sad state of affairs for AT&T. Fernanda did text a former regional person who was in the back room training people to come and assist our concerns; however, we quickly realized where Forrest learned his service manners because Elias was equally rude and stated "I believe my employee over what you and your husband have to share." I said talk to your employee right here, referencing Fernanda. His response "No, I'm good." So the moral of this story is that if you have a difficult problem, avoid Forrest at this store because he'll call the police on you!! WOW! AND I did give my info requesting a call from whomever oversees Forrest but my guess is that Elias threw my info away. Thank you, AT&T, for completely ruining my afternoon and for allowing two employees to treat customers with such disrespect and unkindness.
