And fortunately again, An had a Macbook Air screen that fit may laptop. In a couple of hours and for a reasonable cost, I got my computer back & working like nothing had ever happened. Well, the computer's top & bottom are different colors but I think it looks kinda cool and definitely unique and it's a reminder to me to be more careful with my toys. This situation remains unresolved despite multiple attempts to address it directly. The core issue has not been resolved: * My device is not functionally unlocked * It cannot be used with other carriers * eSIM activation fails * The device manufacturer has confirmed that no unlock request was ever submitted at the system level Despite this, T-Mobile has stated that the obligation has been fulfilled. In addition, a Port-Out PIN was generated on my account without my consent, and I was instructed to transfer my numbers. This matter is currently under review with multiple agencies, including the FCC, Texas Attorney General, Washington State Attorney General, New Mexico Department of Justice, and the Better Business Bureau. Proceeding with account cancellation under these conditions raises serious concerns regarding consumer protection and business practices. However, after breaking my phone and getting my replacement Pixel 3, they refused to put on my screen protector because I didn't purchase it from them. Very inconsistent with their customer service. I was literally here less than 2 weeks ago, and they had no problem doing it for me. I'm a Cricket customer, and told them that the last two times also, and it was never an issue.
