They helped me gather all of my new phones and worked within my budget. Not trying to be pushy or anything that other stores do. They were all well informed about the products and plans, allowing me to have options. My service at home has been more than amazing. Before when I had ATT, I would have NO service. WITH T-MOBILE I HAVE ALL BARS! The service has improved so much and they are all about the customers. Come to this store for all your needs. You will never be played and leave happy.

When I told them that all they had to do was call corporate to verify my ID, all of a sudden they were "set up to do that." They didn't even bother to call corporate to see what it was until I had to tell them what to do. They get two stars because they didn't completely slag me off, and weren't openly rude.

Worst business Ive ever dealt with! Signed up for cellphone service, 2 lines and home internet…read moreservice. GOT 4 cellphone lines and a modem I couldn't use in my area! Its was for me and my daughter. For some crazy reason they set my daughter up as the account holder. That turned out to be a huge hassle! After getting the sim cards and modem I found out theres NO INTERNET service in my area for T-Mobile home internet service! Fancy that! We called to get service cancelled and return everything because I was mortified! That involved SEVERAL calls in order to get everything cancelled because for some reason they didn't closed down two of the cell lines!! They didn't send an email for the return label of the equipment! Now after "12" days they're charging me $235!!! Mind you I never used the internet and ONLY used the one cell number because it was next to impossible to talk about canceling anything with out using one of their numbers! I am totally disgusted! They don't have to ever worry about my business anymore ever! I will also be writing to their corporate office about all this as well!! Stay away from T-Mobile!

There was a definite language barrier and within a few minutes the customer service rep had me screaming into the phone. She wanted me to open up the Sprint app then in the next breath she said I should be on Sprint.com. Which is it lady? In any event, Kendal called customer service and assisted me with finally arranging a new calling plan and payment date and saved us considerably. The service at this store far exceeds any of the Sprint stores we've visited in the past (Tukwila).

However, after breaking my phone and getting my replacement Pixel 3, they refused to put on my screen protector because I didn't purchase it from them. Very inconsistent with their customer service. I was literally here less than 2 weeks ago, and they had no problem doing it for me. I'm a Cricket customer, and told them that the last two times also, and it was never an issue. Today, however, it was finally an issue. Yet another reason for me to stick to Cricket Wireless.

I know transferring can be very time-consuming, but she was able to get me in and out of the store in a timely manner.
