First of all, I went in shortly before closing (unbeknownst to me) with my kids. She was kind, patient, and never made me feel like a burden. She truly exhibited exceptional customer service. I had to ask someone for the location and he pointed me to the tall building at that same location. The parking lot is large with a few other buildings around. Otherwise, it was quick and easy to renew my TSA pre-check. I had an appointment but walk-ins were accepted. People were nice and efficient at the site. Cost was less than my last renewal! A good visit. A note, IdentoGO is located within a staffing agency.
