We pay $75 per month for 30 MBPS down / 10MBPS up but only get 17MBPS down and 1.5MBPS up so we are switching to 100MBPS Starlink for $50 per month. All that Geolinks would have needed to do to keep us happy would have been deliver most of the bandwidth that we pay for somewhat consistently. Image below: We have been hitting speeds like this consistently for several days. We called in a ticket and Geolinks promised dispatch which has never called. So another bad Yelp review and we are pretty much fed up. For this image I removed our IP Address and test IDs for privacy but the speeds are exactly what we are seeing .

We run a logistics company and need fast, reliable internet with a static IP address. Here's why we picked Geolink: 1) Their installers are professional and know exactly what they're doing. The setup is always smooth and stress-free. 2) Their service is reliable. In the past 10 years, the internet only went down once--and that was during a windy day back when we were in Rancho Cucamonga. 3) The internet speed is always fast and stable. 4) Their tech support is helpful and easy to reach when we need them. Overall, Geolink has been a great partner with excellent service and support. I highly recommend them to other businesses. Thanks for keeping us connected for the past 10 years. Their service technicians have been amazing. They are knowledgeable, reliable and frankly the best part of the entire company. Customer support reps are short term contractors (high turnover by design) who have the knowledge of they prompts they are given which are greatly disconnected from the regions they take calls for. I've had two calls with them for trouble shooting the intermittent service we were getting. Both calls lasted a full hour and both gave advice that contradicted what the technicians said after they came out to resolve the problems. One told me to get rid of my coaxle cable and a technician would run a different cable to fix the problem free of charge. The technician came out and was blown away that I was advised to get rid of it and he had to wave the charges for the install. I won't continue this saga with further examples and details, but please know there is more. It's been the worst experience and has me thinking that I should be able to invoice them for all of the time I have spent working on getting the service to run properly, scheduling and being available to technicians and for the wild goose chase of trying to return the equipment to non-existent stores that are still listed as valid addresses. Your time would be better trying to get milk from a duck than getting this service to work.

I am aware that I am the first person in history to leave a GLOWING review of a "cable company",…read morebut here goes! My internet stopped for no known reason last week. Since I couldn't look up the help number, I just drove to this location. It was well staffed, despite the crowd of customers. A pleasant guy, Jason, came up almost immediately and advised me that it might be the modem. He said to come back with it and they'd switch it, and to ask for him. I drove home (10 minutes), got it, and came back. Jason was "in the back" (lunch?) but a nice guy named Jonathan immediately grasped what was needed and issued me a new modem. Time elapsed: another 10 minutes. I was as pleased as could be - until I got it home and properly set it up, then logged in to initiate. It made me issue myself a security passcode - six times in a row! I wasn't doing anything wrong! So I called the support number and...was on hold for only a few seconds before Damian/Damien in Texas picked up, handled it, and I'm happy as can be. I have NEVER had a more PLEASANT experience with any internet provider! They've obviously upped their game, probably companywide, but for certain in Oxnard. THANK YOU to Jason and Jonathan. Five stars to you both!

Absolutely terrible customer service…read more We've been Spectrum customers for 9 years and have visited this location many times. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've experienced poor customer service here, but we've always let it go and given them another chance. We had to come in for a new physical SIM card because of an issue on Spectrum's end. For the past 2 months, we've had an open ticket after a random phone that doesn't belong to us was mistakenly added to our account. Once Spectrum finally began resolving the issue, they told my husband to visit the store for a replacement SIM card. After the new SIM card was installed, his phone completely stopped working. He couldn't make or receive calls, send or receive texts, or use cellular data. We scheduled the very first appointment available, which wasn't until 4:00 p.m. We came in as soon as we could. While we were in the store, we were also on the phone with Spectrum Customer Service trying to activate one of our watches. The representative on the phone was incredibly patient, kind, and spent over an hour and a half helping us until the watch was finally fixed. We truly appreciated her. The experience inside the store was the complete opposite. The employee helping us was polite at first, but once he couldn't fix the SIM card issue, it felt like no one wanted to help anymore. My husband simply said, "This is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to buy a new phone just because of this." Without anyone even speaking to her, the manager--a shorter woman with short hair--yelled across the store that we couldn't trade in or buy a phone because it takes over two hours, that we should have come earlier or made an appointment, and that they were closing in 20 minutes. I repeatedly explained that we did make an appt as soon as one was available, and the earliest opening was 4p.m. She ignored what I was saying and just kept repeating, "Not my problem." When we briefly considered getting a new phone, we even showed the staff that the next available appointment online was also around 3or 4p.m., just like ours. If the process truly requires over 2 hours, then why are appointments still being offered that late in the day? That makes no sense. Honestly, if you're reading this and thinking an appointment matters, based on our experience, it really didn't. The store was nearly empty. There were 4 other representatives, including the manager, standing around at their desk while walk-in customers were being helped as they came in. If appointments are required or are going to be used as an excuse, then they should actually serve a purpose. She also told us if we wanted help, we could go to Best Buy and see Geek Squad instead. Hearing a Spectrum manager tell paying customers to go somewhere else because she didn't want to help was incredibly unprofessional. Every time I tried to calmly explain the situation, she interrupted, raised her voice, and continued repeating that it wasn't her problem. Eventually my husband became frustrated and raised his voice as well. While he later apologized--which was the right thing to do--I honestly don't think she deserved one. I normally believe everyone deserves an apology when things get heated, but she was never respectful, welcoming, or warm throughout the entire interaction. As the manager, she should have been the one setting the tone and helping de-escalate the situation, not making it worse. Instead, she continued threatening that she didn't have to sell us a phone and that we could leave, even though they weren't actually helping us in the first place. I'm honestly not sure how someone with that attitude is in a management position. Even the Spectrum Customer Service representative on the phone overheard the interaction and commented that the employees were not speaking to us appropriately. She also mentioned that every Spectrum store should have staff who can assist customers with technical issues, not just sales. If you're in Oxnard and need to visit this Spectrum location, I would recommend going somewhere else. The manager's attitude was rude, dismissive, condescending, and completely lacking in professionalism. A manager should lead by example, de-escalate difficult situations, and treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had here.

REVIEW UPDATE for Go Creative Wireless:…read more Please read my original review for my abhorrent experience with Go Creative Wireless. This update is to provide more information as well as to confirm my legitimacy as a previous customer! I find it professionally dishonest that the owner would state in a reply that I am not a real customer, in addition to: "Nor have we had any service cancellations or disconnection requests in the past several months that resemble this situation." When in fact, the person who both acknowledged & signed the counter dispute letter for the bank was precisely the owner, Erica S., merely 13 days ago. May I ask how many cancellations you receive daily to the point where something this recent can be forgotten? Attached below is my account information because I was accused of being a fake customer. Also marked in red of where the cancellation policy is written in fine text. Also, the entire email trying to gaslight me from your support agent with their name, since you want to say that "contradict our support protocols." Instead of resolving it like a professional, the owner attempted to deny my legitimacy as a client. Just like how they denied any issues on their end with the service they provided. I have also attached the policy links from the welcome email I received, where all links except the 1st one lead to nowhere. Perhaps it would be advisable to actually have working pages where the customer can actually view your policies? I opened an account with Go Creative Wireless around late March. This was done over the phone when I READ OUT my credit card info to a rep, instead of making a payment on a website, therefore the company got hold of my card info, leading to charges on the card as they desired, including those not approved by the customer. The reason why I read out my card info is that their Simi Valley office address leads to a corporate building, where they rented a room within the building, and I could not enter the office room since I did not have an appointment. They do not have a storefront. Therefore, you MUST do that to open an account/pay. Late March - Account opening & installation. $224.82 payment (Installation and 1st month of service ($89.99)) ~4/10/25 - Finished setting up my desktop and began using the internet for more stability demanding tasks. I noticed the stability issue but assumed that it was something on my end. 4/20/25 - First call to express concern over internet stability issues after clearing all potential issues on my end. The tech claimed to have made adjustments and assured that the system is fine. 4/21/25 - Email sent to the tech team with test results from my end. 4/21/25 - Email from tech team claiming to have made adjustments and stating that all is good. 4/22/25 - Email sent to the tech team expressing further concern that the issue is not fixed. 4/23/25 - Email from the tech team denying the legitimacy of my tests, and attempting to GASLIGHT me into believing that despite the stability issues, it is still usable. 5/13/25 - My request to cancel via the phone, when I was made aware of the 30-day cancellation fee, and also charged a $52.19 fee in addition to a full month of service charge ($89.99). The equipment was uninstalled and picked up the same day. I had rejected the cancellation fee charge, but since the company had my card information, they just charged the card anyway. I'm not new to computers or the use of the internet. I noticed issues within the first few days of actually using the service, but gave the company the benefit of the doubt and tried to fix the issue on my own multiple times. Including the backend processes, tried with a new e-cable, tinkering with the router itself, etc. I also considered the possibility that good internet is just inaccessible up on a hill, since I've always lived in more populated areas. Since I have willingly given my credit card information to Go Creative Wireless when opening the account over the phone, I cannot request refunds on the $89.99 charge for the 2nd month despite the company's denial of any issues thereby the lack of action to fix anything before the start of the billing cycle, neither can I request a refund on the $52.19 cancellation fee because by subscribing to their services, you would automatically be subject to their policies. At this point, a refund is no longer requested. I accept responsibility for my terrible choice when opening the account with Go Creative Wireless, unlike the company itself, which refused to accept any. From a customer's POV, I spent $367 on ~1.5 months of bad internet, and liable for all the costs because I hadn't canceled the service fast enough. Not only did Go Creative Wireless deny/refuse to fix the issue, trying to gaslight me into believing that there isn't an issue, they also took 1 full month of service charge on the 13th day, AND a cancellation fee on top of that. Is this really a company you want to do business with?
