The gentleman at the store told me that they could repair it, but that there was no need since it was capable of wireless charging. I had completely forgotten that it was an option for the model of phone I had. He put it on a wireless charger and confirmed that it would charge and power up. I appreciated his honesty so much that I offered to buy a wireless charger there and this time he told me that he didn't have the charger model that worked best with my phone and recommended that I buy it at Best Buy. I sincerely appreciate that he didn't make me pay for an unnecessary repair or sell me the wrong charger.

However, when I received the watch, I discovered that it was an incorrect model with a different IMEI number from the one listed on my account profile. When I took the issue to the corporate store, they confirmed that there was an error and told me that Brandon would need to fix it. After waiting a few weeks to calm down, I returned to the store with Brandon and explained the issue again. I asked for him to fix the problem and provide credits to my account since we were paying for a service that wasn't functioning.I kept the conversation brief with Brandon. surprisingly handed me his personal phone to talk to a representative on the phone. Which was unprofessional due to his notifications being displayed for me to see. During the call, I expressed my concerns and issues to the representative, who then put me on hold. Brandon became confrontational and raised his voice at me, despite me remaining calm. When I asked him to stop raising his voice and provide proof of the changes he made, he continued to deflect my questions and eventually admitted that he didn't submit the change and there was no change to our account. The experience was unprofessional and unacceptable, and I would not recommend this office or Brandon for assistance.

As things progressed over a couple months he is still undertrained on issues as simple as understanding and explaining a monthly phone bill. Very disappointing to see this from a "manager". Oh I almost forgot a biggie! Near zero customer service skills when things aren't going his way. On two other occasions I witnessed his inability to handle customer service issues and watched Scott shouting at customers and escorting them out of the store. In his defense both customers were a bit out of line but certainly did not deserve the treatment they got from Scott. All on a bunch of cameras in the store for upper management to see.

I opened a new account with AT&T several weeks ago…read more Unfortunately, this was the most unprofessional and disgusting interaction I have ever had in business in my entire life. The evening after my visit the representative, Terrence, contacted me on my personal number with what he described as his personal phone. He then proceeded to make several sexual innuendos which I did not reciprocate and then proceeded to share unsolicited pictures of his genitals while making foul remarks. I took screenshots of the entire conversation and gave them to his manager, Nikki, who assured me that he would never trouble me again. Roughly a week later, I received what felt like a threatening message from Terrence around 1AM asking if he could "trust" me. He stated that he knew where I lived. I reported this as well with assurances that AT&T would handle this issue. I drove by the store today and saw that he was there, working. AT&T does not care about customers or their safety. I am now considering legal action against AT&T for sexual harassment and emotional distress. BEWARE!!!!!
