So all the employees in the store today wanted to have a free day. The only one who was cordial and said hi. The young black girl, whose badge was not visible, could not define disrespect but was chronically rude and uneducated. While Edgar was racist and made a spectacle of that in front of another customer he was waiting on. All of them, including Edgar and the exception of the nice employee who said hi when I came in, were laughing at me/situation. Apparently, it was an opportunity to display his condescending ways by asking me to leave the store because I could not get the information he needed at a time he thought was not fast enough, and in a bid to be power drunk. It just showed the level of professionalism. He even told me to take his name down, I guess to let me know it's a norm for the store(I read their reviews afterwards and I believe it since I was a victim of it today), then told me to leave the store because he was not having his way. I guess professionalism, personal and business relationships are not easily defined or comprehendable and he abused his authority. He told me to go to a corporate store down the street. This T-Mobile location offers so much diversity. From English speakers to Spanish speakers, and I won't have to wait in line for a long time just to pay my bill. A young man, named Quyen, helped me set up autopay and set up my home internet for me ,without me having to ask. The managers are really nice and are always helping their staff. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. DON'T GO HERE!!! The ass. manager Julio A and Carlos C are completely rude and unhelpful. I asked for assistance with a return and they made things unnecessarily difficult because they don't want to work. They'd rather be lazy, do nothing and avoid helping customers. Prior to being unhelped by Carlos C, I watched him slumped over the counter with his underwear showing turning another customer away as she was needing help. Since I wasn't receiving any help, I called my brother who is a DM at TMobile and he asked to speak directly to a manager. Knowing the protocol for returns, my brother called out that they were lying to me and just refusing to help for whatever reasons. At that point, I asked for their names. The manager refused to provide their first and last names. I had to repeatedly ask and then he provided their first names and last initials. Ridiculous stupid petty behavior. Then the ass. manager proceeds to laugh and tell me to go to another location that's out of the way. Pathetic! I've been a T Mobile customer for a long time and never EVER had an experience this horrible. Those workers are not representative of T Mobile customer service and severely lack professionalism. Terrible customer service is what you will go if you go to this location. I've been a customer with T-Mobile for over 20yrs so by now I am very familiar with how they operate. I have never had an experience as their customer like I did at this particular location. My battery on my phone was bad and I was sent a replacement phone and I chose this location to pick it up from. I get the message a few days after it was shipper saying it was ready for pick up. I go to the store and the guy helping me tells me it is not there. He offered no helpful assistance on what I should do either. It was so strange because I'm the customer but was left to figure it out myself. I left and called customer service and was told it was definitely there and they don't know why I was told it wasn't. A few days later I call to confirm it was there before I went back. A guy answered, placed me on hold and came back to tell me they still didn't have it. I was adamant for him to look again and he did. He came back on the phone and confirmed he was able to locate it. I drove to the store 3 hrs later and was helped by the manager. I thought to myself, Thank God it's the manager because I don't want anymore issues during this process. Well to my surprise it got worse from there. He asked to see my phone. I handed it over and he looked at it for a few seconds and tells me he cant switch them because my phone was damaged. I was very confused at this point because my phone did not have any damage. He pointed out a minor scratch in the corner of the screen. I couldn't even see it at first. I literally had to squint my eyes and tilt my head to the side to even see what he was referring to. I told sir that is not damage and I needed the new phone that was shipped there. He again said he couldn't give me the phone. He then said it was T-Mobile's policy and not his. I then left because I was not about to go back-and-forth or argue with him. I then call T-Mobile to inquire about my recent experience and also to file a formal complaint with this location and their manager. The representative and that help me confirmed that that is not a policy of T-Mobile and the manager should have given me the phone. After about two more phone calls and a week later, my replacement device is finally on its way to my address. You would think as a manager he would have better customer service especially for people that are paying for your service but nope. This location, including their manager are all clueless, useless, and I'm not sure why this location is even an authorized location for T-Mobile. I would highly recommend you go to an actual T-Mobile location for services. read more

T-Mobile here has changed. We've been with T-Mobile for over 10 years and never had any issues. This time my mom was scammed by the salesman. They will lie to you to make a sale. He told her that the iPhone accessories and Apple Watch SE would be free with a purchase of the iPhone 14. My mom declined the accessories and the watch, but they kept telling her it's a special promotion for July and all of it will be free. They also told her if she gets charged for it, to come back to the store and they will credit it back. She got the bill at the end of July and they charged her $150 worth of accessories, a monthly payment for the Apple Watch, and 2 types of protection plan. I went to the store to speak to the salesman about the issue. He said, "at the end of the day, your mom signed the contract right?." I called T-Mobile customer service and told them about this issue. They were only able to credit me back for the protection plans. read more

I was assisted by a young man unfortunately I didn't get his name but I remember his first name started with a K. I checked Yelp reviews beforehand to determine If I wanted to go to this location to upgrade my phone. The reviews weren't very favoring, but I decided I would try anyways. I was helped by Walter, and I think the service he provided was great. Walter offered to help many times to get my phone set up and even with a line formed was focused on maintaining my customer satisfaction. I had gone to the store for a sim card for my new S6 it turned out that I didn't need one. The rep at the time convinced me to purchase a case for my new phone. So he said he would give me a deal and give me 2 cases for $39, so I purchased and thought that was it. Well I never noticed the few $'s that were being charged on my account until recently. They were charging me installments for my cases! I would never pay over $80 for cases when I can get them for $5 on amazon or ebay. So I call c/s and they said I had to handle at the store of purchase. I called before I went in and talked to Christian (manager), she said that they would work with me to resolve the issue. Well that didn't happen! I go in and she was in the back and no once came out to assist me. They said there was nothing they can do and I had to notify customer care. These people steal people's $ under there noses and very unprofessional manager who didn't have the decency to attending to a customer. This will be the LAST time I go to this store. These people will rip you off by lying to you. they will tell you go get accessories because they are "free" and when you ask them how is it free, they say "do you not understand what the word free means?" When i asked them to see the transaction they said that they could not do that until i signed the terms and conditions. When I went back to the same T-Mobile store the next month, when i noticed a HUGE jump in my bill.
