Went over with all the paperwork to change over my number along with 2 other family members because we were told we can do a store activation. Rep told us our sims were already active and we just 'needed to call customer care' to change over the numbers. Did not answer question about physical versus esim transfer procedure, was told 'customer care can do that'. Asked if we can please do this in store so we can guarantee working phones needed for work, some were are officially here and need this and it's time sensitive. Was told 'I'd be calling the customer care line anyway.' Currently typing this on my untransferred number while waiting for 30+ minutes on customer care line queue, meanwhile I just drive out 45 minutes do to this with the rest of my family simultaneously, instead back home and fingers crossed after more wait and being led through remote via customer care line it'll work! read more

Karen was awesome!! Came here literally 2 mins before they closed (am I the a**#ole?) :D In a total panic bc my phone had the screen of death and wouldn't open. I had so much red tape to do that night and could only use my phone to do each task. So I was seriously desperate to at least connect my old phones with a new SIM card. I was expecting a look of loathing when I walked into the front door but surprisingly I got a warm smile and a "hi there, how can I help you?" From an associate named Karen. I profusely apologized and explained my situation. Everybody was closing down and taking out the trash. She said, "not a problem at all. Let me see the phone you want to activate and we'll get you up and running. Not a problem at all.." I was beside myself. I couldn't believe she wasn't super annoyed as I or most people most likely would have been. While she was keying in all the data she took the time to explain to me that I may want to upgrade to the 16 when I come back and the promotion. Knowing she probably wouldn't get the credit for it, she still provided me with options and her opinion which was really nice and refreshing to experience. I took her card and told her I'd be back and asked her schedule. I'll probably go back to upgrade next week when I have some more time. The takeaway here is that customer service is not dead and there are amazing ones still around. I love T-Mobile in general after they came out to point dume and handed out free burner phone and battery packs to all of the fire victims after 2018's Woolsey fires ravished Malibu. I vowed to always use them for cellular service after that amazingly helpful gesture. Last night reminded me why I stay with these guys. Granted their towers aren't the strongest. I'll take T-Mobile over att or Verizon anyway due to their customer service alone. They are consistently friendly over the phone as well. It's kind of eerie. Kkkda like how all the associates at chick fillet amd in & out are... it's like they all got possessed with the happy bug. Moral of the story is that T-Mobile is a class act! We had an absolutely amazing experience at the store with Arien. We came to switch over from AT&T with 5 phones and all kinds of special requests. His customer service, attitude, knowledge and skillset were all outstanding and we left the store with 5 perfectly working devices and a monthly payment that was way less than our AT&T yet much better coverage. The store manager Angele was a fantastic help and support as well. It was such a pleasure to bring our business to a store where clearly the customer experience is the top priority. The store is so well managed by Angele and atleast to an outsider seems like a wonderful place to work at and where all team members are valued and respected. A+ to everyone!!!! The first time I went into the store, I wanted to enquire about a discount on my bill. I was hesitant in doing so as usually when one goes to most T mobil stores,no one really cares to help you unless they know for certainty that you are going to buy something. And if they do...they are plain rude !Well...NOT HERE. I immediately met Christian, big personality with a big heart to match, and lots of knowledge of different discount options which we decided to choose from when I come in , in a couple of weeks I dealt with Christian twice more in the next month or so.. Friendly and upbeat staff, really take the time to explain all my options and alternatives so I felt confident in my decision at the end. Bryon Keister in particular went above and beyond in helping me get all my passwords squared away, then took additional time the next day to smooth any remaining rough edges, so by the time I left, everything on my device was just the way I wanted it. Agree with the other one-star reviews about terrible customer service. I had a warranty replacement that was accidentally sent to this store instead of the one I originally went to. However, this store wouldn't complete the process and refused to give me my new phone. They couldn't "validate" my old phone and implied I could be scamming them...it's a Pixel that's 4 models old! The original store indicated they could bypass the need for validation but this manager refused. They didn't offer to call the original store for any help and offered no solutions or empathy. Very terse and, frankly, mean. I didn't make the mistake...I'm the customer but they made me feel like I'd done something wrong. Left, angry obviously, and went to the original store. They were so nice and helpful! They called this store to help but still the manager refused. Then the REGIONAL MANAGER called her and she still wouldn't do it. The original store made it right eventually and I will go to them exclusively in the future. This location should be shut down. read more

Overall great service and good prices. I was a long time At&T customer. I became unhappy with At&t. I have a 4 phone. We had billing questions so we went to the at&t. Store where I had to wait 45 minutes for assistance. Several men went to the back room after assisting a customer 1/2 hour before closing. It was obvious to me those employees didn't want to deal with a billing question and hid in the back. Turned out we were being charged for over a year for a phone line that didn't exist on our plan. I was told that my trade in XR phone was worth $400 but after I found out a week later that the T-Mobile rep. (Arien) lied to me. He only put $300 in the system. I called the store a couple times and was told that the Assistant Manager (Kevin) was busy meeting with the Director so he will call me back. 2 days had passed and nobody called me back to resolve this problem. I have been a sprint customer for 4 years and now that t-mobile has merged with sprint it was time to switch over completely! Sprint has always been a pain for me their customer service isn't the best and their format with transferring everything to my t-mobile was a pain! Luckily when I arrived at this location Mari Vaca was very polite and helpful not only did she help me switch over painlessly but she also helped me open up another 2 lines and even helped me transfer my old at&t number to t-mobile! The longest process for us was that sprint sucks lol and to pay my final bill took forever but that's because sprint is awful, in general, The transferring of lines and adding another 2 was the easiest and she did everything so well. Overall happy with her help! She was polite, fast and very friendly! I'm gonna come to this location from now on and will recommend people to come here! Thank you very much for your help. None is able to help and doesn't posses an adequate knowledge of any sort. Very sweet staff - helpful, funny, and very loyal to T-Mobile - as they should be. This is a smaller store, but conveniently located next to the Auto Mall. Okay so first of all, I have added maybe a handful of reviews over the years of being a member of the Yelp community but I have to say that when customer service is done right, it deserves a good compliment. I just wanted to say Thank you to Mildred today who answered all my questions in such short amount of time, she processed the purchase of the Apple Xplus Max and did everything smoothly while still being courteous to the other gentleman who needed help( yes, she was by herself as her colleague was out on lunch). No joke, I had gone to the T-mobile store in Agoura Hills and that right there was a joke they apparently didn't want to make any sales today because the guy there just asked 'can I help you?' Nothing courteous no extra 'umph' nothing the other sales person was on her phone ( seemed somewhat serious, not really). So I quickly said thank you and walked away. I work in customer service and I know how difficult it can be but I know how important it is to provide service especially if your a representation of a company.
