Today April 29 at 12:30 The only seller that was at the counter was flirting with a costumer for more than 3/4 of hour and, at some point of the lovely chatting about their own musical, foods and movies favorites, finally the client left for an appointment somewhere else... I felt lucky! Verizon customer service phone number is a nightmare. After being passed around on hold for over 90 minutes, (trying to transfer a phone number from a watch to a phone!?!) i was transferred to the robot and hung up one. I went into the store for help. Charles was willing to stay and get the job done even after closing time. This is the type of service I wish I saw more of! Highly recommended if you need a new phone and great service. Terrible store. We bought a basic flip phone for an elderly member of our family. We did this online. I went to the store to pick up. On my way home they called and said I needed to return the phone e as they gave me the one with a wrong serial number. I went back. Got a new phone. We didn't activate since we would that once visiting our family member. New phone doesn't charge or turn on. I go to return it only to see a lunch sign taped to the door at 3:50. HORRIBLE. I'm a long-time VZW customer & I placed a device order online for p/u @ this location... Literally just hours later, an employee in the store took it upon themself to CANCEL my order & sell it to someone in the store, as it was a high memory phone they don't get in often & apparently someone was interested (I learned what happened when a corporate cust svc supervisor investigated the situation.) So even though the phone was attached to my order for pick-up by me only, they canceled it to sell it to the other customer w/o having another of the same in stock. And do you want to know the reason they cited??... Because it wasn't picked up. IT HAD BEEN LITERALLY HRS SINCE THE ORDER WAS PLACED & THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO GIVE 3 DAYS. In add'n to that, while I was waiting on a p/u notification so I could go get it, they sent me a cancellation email 2 DAYS after the order was placed & LIED, trying to blame it on me as if I abandoned my order. Literally the worse experience in this store, I can never get a straight answer. The District Manager ordered my new phone and did my deal on 11/17 and I was just there to pick up my new phone and do my trade in. The new manager of the store CARLO said there's no record of it and he can't help me! He was rude like no other! OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE, no remedy. There was no one else in the store and he acted like I was inconveniencing him for me being there. We have 4 family lines and I am last for my upgrade. Buyers beware! Went in to buy a glass phone protector -- cost me $70 for a lifetime warranty protector, which while expensive, was the only option available. The employee who put the glass protector on my iPhone completely messed it up, and within a day or two it had completely bubbled up underneath the sides. I went in to ask for help-- they tried to "fix it", but instead made it ten times worse. They then said they had "never ever seen this happen before", but that they couldn't do anything about it. I had to pay $7 for a new shipped protector screen, which they PROMISED would arrive within 3 business days. Not only has it not arrived within the 3 days, but it took 6 days for me to even get an email from the company that the product has shipped, and it will take an ADDITIONAL 7-10 days to arrive. In the meanwhile, I have to deal with a glass cover that I can barely see my screen under. Extremely subpar customer service here. Not willing to help anyone out, even when it was their own fault. Terribly disappointing and will not ever return here. read more

MARCELLA WAS MY SAVIOR! the speaker on my phone was broken, so I was unable to take or receive calls I went to Verizon Friday, she looked at the phone and gave me a quote, but suggested I go to Apple. Went to Apple, they suggested I use my phone insurance plan Asuron, Called Asuron and they said it was a Verizon problem. Well after non-stop 4 days of getting this go-around I went back to Verizon and Marcella was there once again. She was able to help me get a replacement phone as painlessly as possible (if that's possible after 4 days of non-stop calls and everyone transferring me to another place) THANK YOU MARCELLA! Stopped by last week- with an hour to spare and about hundred questions. Brianna greeted us and answered EVERY SINGLE question we had. I asked the same question in different ways, only to get the same response every time. I posed a "problem" and she gave a solution. This was surprising because my past experience with Verizon reps have been nothing but horrible, for example, Go Wireless in Encino. (stay away from that place)! She helped me file a claim with the insurance company, set-up my drop off and organized to be there the next day after her shift was over to make sure she was the one to help us complete the sale. Usually reps will give you the "Here's the number. call and you'll be able to file a claim" response, Not Bri! The next day, she completed our sale, one step at a time, explaining how each item would be billed so i wouldn't be surprised. She organized phone lines for my kids, their father, his mother and myself. A total of 5 phones within 2 hours!!!! I came back for a third time, because there was an issue with my phone and she was as nice as ever! Other reps give you that "oh it's you again" face. I went in on Monday to upgrade my iPhone 8 Plus and it turns out they didn't have the iPhone 11 Pro Max in stock which is the one I wanted but not a problem! They ordered me one online and it got shipped to the store the very next day! Zane was kind enough to help me out with ordering, so thank you. When I went in the following day, Brandon helped me out with upgrading my phone and he didn't charge me anything extra that I didn't need to pay for! That's a true honest salesman. Out of all the Verizon's I have been to, this has the be the best. I was greeted right away and helped. The employees were so nice and accommodating. I absolutely loved Chloe! She helped me switch from my terrible carrier to Verizon and I'm so happy with my new plan. I'm saving so much and she explained the plan so simple for me to understand. I got the new iPhone X and she was very knowledgeable. I thought at first it was going to be hard to understand but it's easy. It just has some getting use to without the home button. She also helped me add my new Apple Watch to my data plan and helped me sync it to my new phone. It's been the best phone experience I have had. Do not go here. I'd give 0 if i could. This is not a Verizon corporate store and i learned the hard way that they will scam you and charge you for numerous items without telling you, without explanation, without giving you the chance to opt in or out... and it's probably because if they did ask your permission and explain, you wouldn't agree to pay/opt in for any of it. I went in to upgrade my verizon iPhone (which I owned aka was no longer making payments on). I was told i had to turn in my current phone, so i eventually did but after having to take it home to try and transfer my data and setup my phone myself since the employees were unable to at the time. I was nice enough to Come back and return my Old phone as requested (even after having my new phone and left) - which now in hindsight, I realize and wish I would have just kept it after all discovering all these useless charges and waste of time. Upon purchase I was given a shiny phone cover case (which i did not like or want, so I ordered my own on amazon for half the price) and some type of Bluetooth charger. I asked her what the charger was, but my fault for not asking for the receipt; however, I was under the impression via the employee that the accessories were part of a promotional bundle I was getting with upgrading my Phone and were of no cost to me. That was not the case. I was being charged for the accessories that i didn't want, need or ask for. Once I realized I never got the receipt I called and asked for it and it was then that I realized they charged me for the accessories and more. I went back to return the accessory items and had to wait at least 30 minutes for the employees to get "refund approval" from the "manager" who was at some other store. The Manager finally replied to their text and gave them approval. But then I was informed that the refund would be via "corporate refund check" as they were unable to credit my account or credit card for the accessories for some unknown reason. I then, having learned my lesson, asked for a receipt print out. Now over a month later, still no refund check so I called the store and they tell me to call Verizon customer service (yes, even though it was an in store accessory return. Weird right???). Verizon then tells me this is a store issue so they luckily call the store for me and then confirm that the store is sending me the check. I called the store again to confirm that the check is being sent (now over a month later) and then ask what the 1) "set up and go" $20 fee and 2) "redux single Line membership" $30 fees are. I am now informed that the setup and go fee is for the store helping set up your phone aka email and iCloud which FYI they did not help me with, and in fact was quite a pain for me to setup my phone and do the transfer myself, and then the redux single line fee is some sort of "Water damage insurance"???.... I mean seriously wtf. I call BS on all of this. Super sketchy for an "authorized retailer" to be charging for items that employees don't explain and customers aren't even aware about. I did not opt in nor receive the setup and go, and I was not aware of the single line fee or the unnecessary accessories. It was all a SCAM. I am Super disappointed in this whole experience and wanted to warn everyone to stay away. I trusted this store as being an "authorized retailer" (and have been going here when it originally opened as a Verizon store. It's my Fault for not asking for an itemized receipt sooner (although, isn't it standard procedure to provide a receipt upon purchase?) and for being too trusting. Now I realize all this and will take my service elsewhere. I hope no one else gets scammed as I did and I hope this store will treat customers with respect and honesty. This is by far the worst Authorized Verizon Wireless Retailer (Not Corporate Owned Store) in the entire state of California. I placed an order here for the new iPhone Pro Max on October 4th, 2021 and Brandon the rep that placed the order said it would be ready for pick up in 2 weeks. I received an email from Verizon Wireless Corporate (not Victra) with my tracking number. So I tracked the order 2 weeks later and it showed that it was delivered and signed by them on October 15th, 2021. They claim they never received the phone when there's evidence that the phone was signed by them from FedEx. Do NOT trust ordering any phones from your account at this store. They will either keep the phone or sell it to someone else. I would be careful from purchasing any product here unless they can give you the phone on the spot, otherwise do not shop here and go directly to a trusted corporate Verizon Wireless store. This store has been reported to the Verizon Wireless Corporate office and they're currently being investigated for their business practices. read more

I went in the store in order to upgrade a couple of iPhones that I had. the clerk looked at my account and told me they don't have it, he would have to order them. after a few days i came in to pick up the phones, after about 45 minutes in the store, I was informed that one of the phones is not eligible to be upgraded. why was it not checked before ordering the phone? he told me I have to pay full retail for the phone, which I agreed to do. he then said, it had to be in cash! I cleaned my ears and asked him if he was joking, he said that this is the orders he got from the manager. needless to say, I will NEVER EVER step foot in this store again! read more

Flat out liars. One of the worst retail experiences I have had anywhere. Period. The deception starts before you enter the store. Its not a "real" Verizon store, its a frachisee called A-wireless but you have to look hard to see the franchise name, Instead the Verizon logo is displayed throughout. Go to a real Verizon store. Trust me. Our nightmare started when my wife went in to upgrade my daughters phone to an iPhone 7. After the transaction was nearly complete the sales associate handed my wife a tablet computer and told her it was absolutely free. Skeptical, my wife specifically asked about charges on the bill at a later date but the young female associate assured her there are no charges at all. "It's part of a promotional bundle when you get an iPhone, absolutely free" The next day my son saw on our Verizon.com account the tablet had a phone number assigned to it, an activation charge of $40 plus a monthly connection charge of $10 and a 2 year contract. I knew I was taking the tablet back for a return. It was never opened, never powered on. The next day a different associate said only the manager, Josh, could take the tablet return, and he wasn't in. I returned the next day when Josh the manager was in. He explained to me that the bundle was confusing but despite the activation and connection charges, the plan they put us on saves money monthly compared to if we didn't take the tablet. I'm a finance guy, I asked clear numbers questions and what Josh was telling me was that the promotional bundle reduced the monthly access charge on the new IPhone by over $20 a month so that savings more than ofset the tablet charges. Again he insisted, it's cheaper monthly to take the tablet. Flat out lie. But in the moment I believed him and left the store with the new device. Coincidentally that evening my Verizon bill came si I decided to call the billing questions number and ask. This was Verizon I was now calling. . . Verizon billing. They know. They explained my billing on the new IPhone 7 is not lower because of the tablet. The tablet is a new device, new charges, higher bill. Point blank. Josh lied to me. I knew the next day I was returning the tablet, which was never even turned on. It was going back still within the 14 day return period. I'll save from hearing the long version but let's just say Josh tried hard to refuse the return. He said it wasn't justified. I explained his associate lied to my wife, he lied to me, and we only took the tablet because it was absolutely free. . . No charges. . . Cheaper monthly due to the promotional bundle. When I insisted he take it back he said I have to pay a $70 restocking fee. HA! Not going to happen. In front of him I called A-wireless corporate headquarters (they have 700 franchise locations) and started to explain my ordeal, naming him and his associate and explaining their claims. Josh stepped out of the store, returning 5 minutes later and agreed to take the tablet back and waive the $70 restocking fee. He said he couldn't refund my connection fee so I needed to pursue that with Verizon. I left with paperwork showing the tablet was returned, first step to untangling the mess their lies created. I spent quite a few hours on the phone with truly helpful people at Verizon getting the connection fee reversed, and Josh didn't disconnect the line when he took the tablet back so Verizon worked that out too. Bottom line, the manager Josh is blatantly dishonest and at least one of his associates is too. Avoid the headache of this store at all costs. Who knows what they will stick on your bill, and if you don't discover it quick you may get stuck. Goto a real Verizon store or if your upgrading an iPhone go to an Apple store. read more
