My phone was supposed to be delivered today. FedEx is now holding my phone hostage because unfortunately the sales agent did not change the name from my mother's to mine. He also forgot to add in the unit number to my address as I informed him. I called the store, AT&T customer support and FedEx and no one has offered resolution or empathy. The store literally told me there's nothing they could or would do even though their employee caused this mess. They instructed me to call customer service which I JUST informed them I spent hours of my day doing. PS my fiancée ordered a phone the same day and he TOO has an incorrect name AND address on his shipment. So we will have two phones in limbo with ZERO customer service/resolution. We still don't know where our phones are and when/IF they will be delivered. WARNING to future buyers at this store - In my opinion- incompetent employees that lack empathy.

You can't stand on your feet? It has to be tush to table? Cool. They saw me walk in and go right to the product I wanted. I know this because the product was five feet past them. Since this store can't just have registers like a normal store, you need an employee to come over and ring you out. I had to go interrupt the gossiping teen boys (ok they were men in their thirties but as far as I care, they had the souls of gossippy teen boys). Nobody who works at this store seems to understand that it is their literal job to help customers. Finally a woman helped me. Interesting. Only saw women helping people. All the men standing around talking to each other like they had a thumb up an orifice. After insisting I give her enough personal information to successfully steal my identity if the store wanted to, I was allowed to purchase some headphones. When I left, the manchildren were still talking about their video game, as they had been the entire time. I think the 20 min I spent in there showed me enough about the management of that location that if I were making decisions, I'd be cutting people. Crap leadership leads to crap behavior from your team and crap experiences for customers is the end result. Thank god I was just passing through and don't have to go back there. Slack jawed buffoons. I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra that I destroyed the screen falling in my driveway on ice (bruised ego). I had called around other places first, and the quotes were matter-of-fact and no detail. I didn't feel confident with them. I called Larry and he explained everything. Why my screen repair was more expensive (curved edges), and that I was going to get a genuine OEM part from Samsung. I paid the deposit, and a little extra for overnight shipping. Went in the next day, and within 40 minutes, my phone was back looking and acting brand new. I called and explained my problem to Bobby on the phone and he said I could come in any day from 10-7 for the repair. Thus began an incredibly frustrating 2 weeks after which...my screen is still cracked. I showed up at the store on THREE different occasions during business hours to find the store closed, one time with a sign on the door saying "out to lunch" and the other times the store was just closed. I started calling in advance of my stopping by the store and for days the phone just rang and rang, nobody picked up. Finally I called again on a Thursday and once again spoke to Bobby. I expressed my frustration and he apologized and advised me to come to the store in the afternoon on Sunday when he would get in the appropriate screen protector for the iPhone 7. On Monday I showed up at the store at 10am (opening hour) and the store was closed. I went to the library with my daughter and at 11:30 I called to confirm the screen protector had arrived. Bobby informed me that he did not have the screen protector as promised. I told Bobby he had lost my business. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Go elsewhere! I did call Mobile Rescue in Avon as a "second opinion" and learned that the different stores are owned by different people/managers. The employee in Avon said "I don't know what goes on in West Hartford, it's not very good." Save yourself a ton of hassle and headache and avoid Mobile Rescue in West Hartford.
