This is seriously the WORST T-Mobile location. Go to literally any other one but this one. I've had so many problems with this location, from them being absolutely rude to just completely useless and unhelpful. Originally, a few years back, the problem started with needing to return a phone. Corporate had already given me the okay and told me to come to this location to return it. The manager flat-out refused to help me even though I literally had the corporate office on the phone with me right then and there telling him to accept the return so I could move forward with the issue I had. I ended up going to a different location, and it was taken care of with no issues. My SECOND issue with them was after my mom passed away. I went in and explained to the manager my mom had passed away and we were trying to get her phone plan canceled so it would stop billing my dad, and that my mom was the main person on the account. Once again, the manager REFUSED to help me, told me there was absolutely nothing he could do, and once again I had to go to a different location to get this taken care of. The THIRD issue I had was more of a silly one, but it's what led me to leave this review. My wife and I went in yesterday for the T-Mobile Tuesdays free gift. They were so rude, basically rolling their eyes at us, telling us they don't participate in it, and brushed us off like we were stupid. I don't know what the heck is up with this location, but I'll be sure to never waste my time with them again and just go to the Redlands location from now on, where they're actually nice, helpful, decent human beings. read more

The phone are great. But the customer service is much to be desired, I bought the I phone 17 pro max. Went back a week later when I got my I phone to have Apple Watch paired. On the first visit the lady could not unlock phone. She said go home and unlock phone and come back. And I will help you. Came back within the hour and she turned me over to the man. He said he could not help me because my old phone was shown instead of my new 17. He told me come back in 3 days and we should be able to pair your watch. I left frustrated with this. My daughter came over this evening and had both my Apple Watch and truck phone paired within 10 minutes. Not much to say about the customer service and their knowledge of their products. read more

I have been on the phone now for hours trying to fix what this store did to my account. I signed up for home internet and yes, the price is right, but the technical support and customer service you get by visiting this location is atrocious. The looks I received when I came back in to question the information the had in my account was mortifying. I'm looking at switching my services to someone else due to the error they made. T mobile cannot fix the mistake nor my account can be recovered. No answers even with technical support over the phone. Just terrible!! read more

If I could give a negative review, I would. The experience I have with the customer service is pathetic in both over the phone. And at this particular store, after explaining many times what my problem was that my phone stopped working, the screen went from the Samsung logo to the T Mobile logo and was overheating, and it is in a loop and won't let me access it at all, not even to try to do a safe mode reset or anything. I talked to more than 7 people over the phone; they all gaslighted me to believe there would be a solution. After creating a claim to do the exchange phone warranty, I got a message saying that the phone was on a backorder. I was told that they don't make that kind of phone any more but that I had to wait until something came up; all this was over the phone. I was told to go to my nearest T-Mobile store, and the person who helped me had no clue on how to help me resolve the situation He was careless and in a way rude when I asked for what can it be done to solved my problem , the phone is in immaculate condition like knew . I was told I might have to wait over 2 weeks to maybe get a replacement. The guy pretty much said that they were a retail store and couldn't help me; he even suggested taking my phone to BestBuy and having the geek squad figure to fix it. Why would I take it there when the phone was purchased on this T-Mobile store? and I have the protect plan that it is paid every month Again, today I was told that if I went to the store, they would have the option to bring any other phone I could pick from any of the Androids, which I knew wasn't possible. After that, I was told the only option was to get another line and get a free phone that way and I could just cancel the new line and add mine to that new phone, which we all know doesn't work that way. The lady I spoke to at the store today said they couldn't help me to call customer service and asked me to speak to a supervisor to figure it out. I did, and I was on the phone again for another 3 hours. Because I had to explain all over again the situation, the agent said she was going to connect me to speak with a supervisor. After 20 minutes of waiting, the call got disconnected. Then I called again and asked to speak with the supervisor, but at the end she didn't really help at all. I asked for the Corps number; she gave it, and when I tried to call, it was a number that was no longer in service. My frustration comes because why lie and say that I would get a phone that is not even longer available they said maybe Oct 25 and know that phone is discontinued from the market any where. It was very disappointing that I had to call and speak to different people, and they all said different things. read more

I went into the store to get help with my watch phone not working right. While I'm in the store, a sales rep tries to sell me 2 Ipads for a "one time" charge of $30 as a " Promo Deal" and said, Nothing will be added to your monthly bill. In fact, I can get your bill lowered by $1. I confirmed he would not change my plan or add or take anything off. He said no. LIAR! What this guy does is try to change the "one-time charge" to $60. I said absolutely not I don't want the Ipads." He goes to the back of the store and then comes back to say, "ok, I got it for the $30 like I said." What he actually did without my KNOWLEDGE or PERMISSION was he canceled my equipment protection insurance off my plan so he could charge my plan for the Ipads. He is a dishonest chiester who is hard up for a sale. Beware Yucaipa residents with this business. Where is Theo???? He never would have tolerated this disgusting kind of service on his watch.... read more

I wish I could give no stars. This place is terrible. Sister and I went here 3 times to get a new phone and left Everytime with instructions on what we had to do, every time we came back we were told something different. By the 3rd time, there was no other customers in the store and the guy and girl working had no interest in helping us at all. We did everything they asked and eventually they said they didn't have the iPhone in stock. We asked if they could check or call the nearest stores to see if they had any in stock. They told us no, we needed to call ourselves. NO OTHER COSTUMERS IN THE STORE! Drive to Redlands. These workers have clearly shown they have no want to work. Theo, showed little to no effort in trying to help me upgrade my entire plan or get a phone. Since I was there before they opened at 10AM and I was the second customer in, it seemed like I had beat his " friends " so he didn't even try to help. As soon as I walked in, he saw me and walked to the back and didn't want come out, he then came out and was super laid back and wasn't trying at all, kept acting like he couldn't hear me. Horrible service! Absolutely the worst experience. I'm writing this as I'm walking out of the Yucaipa location. I came in wanting to add 2 lines and upgrade a phone. I was assisted by a girl with blonde hair (I apologize but her hair was a complete mess and completely unprofessional). The whole time she was looking at her computer. I asked her if they had any promotions for free phones and she simply said "if we do they're over there". I just stood there and looked at her confused. Was she going to show me? Give me more information? Apparently not. I asked if there was any promotions for upgrading a line. In the middle of me speaking she answered the phone - rudely if I might add. After hanging up, she had the audacity to comment that "some people are so rude". Okay. I asked again about upgrading my phone. She said no promotions. I asked for the price of the new iPhone and she said $500. I looked online and it is $399.99. I mentioned the price online and she said "maybe it is, I don't know". I said thank you and walked out. I planned on purchasing two phones. Promo or no promotions. I needed two phones. This location just lost sales because of one employees lack of customer service and product knowledge. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Evan Fellman, manager of the Verizon in the Stater Brother's center in Big Bear Lake, CA. I had an issue with my phone. He gave me a call and listened to my problem, told me he was going to handle it personally, and for me to come back to the store. He was there to greet me, looking every part the manager! He took my old phone and my new phone and proceeded to start the download process of all my data to the new phone. As it would take a while, I went shopping in the meantime. When I got back, the download wasn't yet complete. I had to get back to work, so he told me he would bring the phone to me when it was finished! I just work down the street from the Verizon store, but still.... As promised, he delivered the phone on his lunch break, and told me to make sure to call him if I needed him. I am so appreciative of this young man going above and beyond on "his time" to make sure I had my phone back! Thank you Evan for making my experience the best at your Verizon store!!! read more

My son upgraded his phone, checked my Account, which I was eligible to upgrade both our other phones. iPhones...only two on display in the store...the most expensive! Asked about another less expensive model which there was no sample as the clerk said someone stole it. I told him I was interested in a upgrade but wanted to feels that model in my hand, his reply was there were none to feel. I asked if I could buy one today, was there stock in this store, he replied yes....So to be crystal clear, I could buy a phone today but I could not hold one in my hand before purchase? That was correct, I asked if the Store Manager knew this, clerks reply...yes!!! I wanted to shop in my hometown, to support local business, but if I can't see or feel the product I am interested in purchasing what would ever bring me back through those doors at T Mobile, Yucaipa to consider a purchase? If you can't help me in the Store, how ever are you going to be of assistance should I have any issues with a phone? This Store is about the customer, NOT! The Manager has seen to that! read more

I visited this location to add a new line to my account with Sprint. It ended up being a 2-hour long endeavor because of some issues with my account; but we didn't even mind the wait because of the amazing service we received from Sam. He sat with us the entire time and made sure we got exactly what we came in for, and more! He was incredibly helpful and a very nice person in general; making sure we got any discounts he could give us and constantly keeping us informed. Shoutout to Theo and Kevin too, who assisted at various points to figure out our confusing problems. We were able to get everything working perfectly and it's all thanks to the employees at this location. Thank you guys so much for being patient with us, you made what should've been a hassle into a really positive experience. While Im mostly happy with their mobile service, their 5G internet sucks really bad. It was a great price and they even lowered it if wed stay with them, but I cant do it any more! Im sitting here on a Saturday afternoon trying to watch something and it only plays for two minutes and then stops. I try the ps4 and it wont work. I go to settings and it says Im getting 73.2 kbps download and 24.6 kbps upload. Thats Kilobites per second...not megabites !!! Im trying to update my iphone and by the looks of it, its going to take hours. I try to update fortnight on my ps4 and it says 65 hours left. Im fed up!!! I try to call 611 to complain and get "your wait time is approximately 40 minutes"...of course if is!!! And when I do get someone on the line, their names going to be Bob from India who is making 3.00 a day and hes going to have me unplug my router which is going to give me a new ip address, which means Im going to have to sign into every app all over again. And Hulu only allows you to do that so many times, and for what, so Bob can tell me he is actively troubleshooting our connection just like hes done a few times before and not a damn thing will change!!! What is it with these companies now a days? They offer you crap service and even crappier customer service, then act like youre being unreasonable when you complain. Well, I cant believe Ive put up with it for so long! Take some of the millions youve made selling this woefully inadequate 1 G internet and build a freeking tower or something!!! read more

I finally upgraded from a Galaxy S5 to an S7 last week. I had the most awesome person help me at the Redlands T-Mobile. Even though there were alot of people in the store he didn't make me feel rushed or stupid. However I had a problem when I tried to open pictures on my S7. My son tried to help (he's a smart guy but IPhones are his thing) so I decided to take it to our local T-Mobile here in Yucaipa. Absolutely NO ONE in store, and 3 employees. I explained my problem. He asked me if I did this and that, totally bored with me and my problem. I guess I was interrupting his day. I left the store very unhappy. As far as I'm concerned they might as well close the Yucaipa store. I'm going to drive to Redlands 20 minutes away and get some real customer service. And yes, he made me feel all sorts of stupid. read more

Worst experience ever. I thought I was getting a deal on the cases charging cord and screen protector and on my lines. Well guess what the dude lied... it was a down payment not outright price so I am financing outrageously priced accessories that I never new I was financing! What a joke! Also the line for the tablet is 5 dollars more than I was quoted and the extra line is 15 more than I was quoted. I also asked the rep to remove the additional high speed hotspot and he said it was included. It infact is 20 dollars additional. I would never recommend dealing with the incompetent sales people at this store! Take your business elsewhere. read more

Just wanna give a special thanks to John who help us out last night with getting a phone we already had get hooked up and transferred all the info from my wife's old phone for us too. He was very friendly and helpful even though it was late and we weren't buying a phone. With my past experience with other T-Mobile stores the workers don't want to help you if your not buying a phone. Not John he was super cool and even put a new screen protector on my iPhone and I have to say he is probably the best I have ever seen at doing it! Other people that have applied them for me would leave bubbles and dirt which always make me go crazy. I not really into doing reviews but I had to in this case. I wish I could give more than 5 Stars.... We had a fantastic experience here at this store after getting not-so-great service at a T-Mobile store further East off the 10 Freeway. Anyway, we jetted down to this store because they had 2 of the phones that we really wanted (LG Q7+) in stock. We got there about 6:30 on Labor Day, and Michael and Anthony were working. We had been up in the mountains that day, driving all over the place. We were very tired, hungry and thirsty. Our 6 and 12 year old kids were having a hard time keeping occupied but Anthony and Michael were understanding. What should have taken about 30 minutes to set up our new 3 phones ended up taking about 2 hours. None of it was T-Mobile's fault, but these 2 guys certainly went way beyond what was called for to work through some issues on Straight Talks' end. They ended up staying 30 minutes past closing to make sure our 3 new phones were set up properly and that our old numbers were ported over from old provider. All along the way they could not have been any nicer, any more helpful, or any more patient. These guys were fantastic! Ken (District Manager) I hope you ready this and take care of these 2 guys. Today, Theo helped us upgrade my phone and he went above and beyond and even stayed 2 hours after his shift was over to make sure we were fully satisfied. Thank you guys so much.
