I went into the store today to make changes to my account. I arrived around 10am where the only employee, I found out later was the assistant manager Diana, never acknowledged me. She did "welcome in" the other patrons after I came in. She helped the other 3 patrons that were already in the store when i arrived. When Julian, the one employee at arrived at 11am, helped the 4th person that waited longer than myself then Diana vanished. I am grateful that Julian was there to help both of us at the same time because Diana never came back out from the back during the 1.5 hour that I was in the store. Julian needs a raise! read more

Save yourself the trouble and go with another carrier. T Mobile has poor reception in this area. After being a loyal customer for several years, my text messages stopped going through. I went into the store after spending several hours with tech support and they brushed it off. I went to the nearby authorized Verizon store and Carlos was the best. He even spent several hours with me on hold and dealing with tech support for T Mobile as the problem they created still did not allow T Mobile customers to receive my text messages after switching... one week later and over 8 hours of phone calls with T Mobile and they still have not resolved their issues. At least the other carriers are receiving my texts after switching to Verizon. read more

This review is on behalf of my mom whose English is not so great. We have been active T-mobile customers for a while and with the change from Sprint to T-Mobile, our SIM cards for the tablet have become defunct. We usually go to the T-Mobile location in Fontana and have always had great customer service and have swapped out the SIM cards appropriately; and have also been to the T-Mobile location in Redlands by Alabama and have also been provided with great customer service. Today, my mom went in and she was greeted by Angelica who DENIED service. She stated that we are not T-Mobile customers and are Sprint customers, which is untrue since Sprint no longer exists. When my mom asked for assistance with the SIM card exchange, Angelica stated NO and that we had to call T-Mobile and exchange it. She utterly refused when her colleagues at the T-mobile location in Fontana just changed the SIM card 2 days ago for a different tablet. So how is it that Angelica is unable to help?! Also, how is the SIM card going to be changed via the phone when the old SIM card is from Sprint and a new T-Mobile based one is needed?! We were in the area and are utterly disappointed with the customer service of this T-Mobile location on University in San Bernardino and very disappointed in the non existent customer service that Angelica provided. read more

I went in to upgrade my mothers phone and Gus was the one assisting us. He was extremely helpful and friendly, he did a great job in explaining everything and ensured that everything was set and going on the new phone before we left the store. The assistant manager was also there and they were all so friendly and welcoming, they made sure we were being taken care of. I came here a few months back. I was looking to switch and had researched prices and so on before settling with T-mobile. I had a pretty good idea a monthly price range. I went in on the weekends, ready to turn in my old iPhone and get the iPhone promotion they had going. So he gets started with telling me their plan, which was the T-Mobile one plus, as he's done with telling me about it and the perks of having a 3rd line or some device you can place in your car so WiFi can be streamed in the car he said the price. I said I'm only interested in the plan for 2 phones for 120$ plus whatever the monthly cost if the phone was and insurance. He proceeded to say it was just a rough estimate. So I said ok, but I just really want the two phones and that's it. And I also mentioned I needed a different area code for the second phone, and he said he wasn't able to do it since he's only has access to the inland empire, LA and surrounding areas. Long story short, right before my bill is due I had to call customer service and ask for services to be removed because they were added without my knowledge! I remember repeatedly saying I just wanted 2 lines unlimited for 120. I also was able to switch area codes over the phone since they weren't able to do it. I definitely wouldn't come here after this incident for anything anymore. I also waited for about 5 minutes while he stopped what he was doing to start up a conversation with an old friend that was being helped by someone else. read more

I very desperately wanted to upgrade my phone because I am traveling/venturing for the rest of the year. This T-Mobile is the T-Mobile to go to. I had issues returning some borrowed equipment, three different stores I tried could not accept the equipment, spoke to a customer service rep over the phone and she made it impossible to return this equipment, finally stopped at the university location just to see if I'd be able to return the items and was helped by Augustin and with in minutes he took care of that unreturnable equipment thank you I was then helped by Ezequiel and purchased an Apple Watch and he set it all up for me.
