It had shattered over a year and a half ago and I just left it, until the distorted photos finally drove me crazy. (the crack had gotten to one of the lenses). The phone worked fine, and I just kept a case on it. Mohammad was very quick and friendly, and my phone was fixed for about $160 and I went on my way. About a week later, my phone started acting funny (like it was possessed)... and then went black. I took it back in, thinking maybe something had been altered/accidentally knocked loose when my back screen was repaired, but was told that NO, it was a different issue. He replaced the front screen b/c my LCD had gone out and it was an electrical problem...and I was told that it was a very high quality replacement, and that my phone should be as good as new! ($300 ish this time). Two days later, before I had gotten around to getting another screen protector, my front screen cracked when I GENTLY TOSSED it into my gym back. No big drop, no hit with a hard object! In over 25 years of having a cell phone, I have NEVER CRACKED a screen! And before just dropping $450 on fixing it, I had never before been gentle on a phone. I have dropped, thrown, etc my phone and they are tough! So, I grit my teeth and have been living with a slightly cracked screen, which should not have cracked with what I did to it! Since the repair(s) my phone was also laggy, calls on WIFI were dropped, and internet worked about 60% of the time. Something was definitely wrong. THEN, this morning... out of nowhere, my phone dies again. Screen went black, and it still vibrates, so it is charged... but nothing happens. There is just no way that this is all coincidence. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I will be checking into taking legal action at this point. My screen was shattered and I needed a quick repair so i trusted them to fix it. For $225 not including tax I left my phone and came back 25 minutes later and it didnt work right; the screen was super dark. I let them have another chance since they were my only option in the moment and they claimed my screen was fixed. It wasnt dark anymore at that moment but later on i realized It had this weird purple tint to it and it would randomly go dark and then super bright without my brightness adjusting. They said not to drop it and obviously i would never do it on purpose, but of course it slipped out of my hands a week later and i thought nothing of it since it was only a 1 foot drop-- My whole screen turned black even though my phone was on. I do take accountability for dropping it at all, but from such a short fall my phone should not be glitching like this. It's terrible what they do to your phone. Now i cant even go through apple care because they cant fix a phone that doesn't have genuine parts. As we exchanged information to get logged into the system he asked if anything else was wrong or is needed with my T mobile service. I kindly replied no, this is all that is needed for the time being. I was very satisfied at this location since the experience and process was painless! In and out in less then 10 minutes. For the cell phone, they sold me a new battery, and for the Tablet, I had to leave it behind for repairs because they did not have the right size glass available at the time of my visit. Regarding the quote that I got for my Tablet screen repair, it was much cheaper than Staples. Unfortunately the battery replacement did not resolve my cell phone issues, so I had to buy a brand new cell phone elsewhere. However I am giving Cellairis and their two Service Techs a 5 Star rating because I am very pleased with how they replaced my Samsung Tablet screen perfectly, and then sold me a nice tempered glass and a handy stand up case to help protect it from future damages. I couldn't believe that he only charged me $80 for an OLED screen. He said he had a cheaper option for $60 if I went for the LCD sceeen but as soon as he demonstated the differences between 2 screens, I decided to go with the oLed screen.
