Hello, My old phone was stolen. I bought a new one. I needed an esim card. Both Erin and Jeremiah were patient, kind, informative and professional. I was lucky in that I went on Sat. pm at 7 and no other customers were there. I am thankful to these two men for helping me out. I am over 70, and cell phones are not second nature to me. I was amazed at what these two were able to do. read more

I've been to T Mobile in Bethlehem, PA a few times in the past few weeks for a small issue with my phone. I've been a T Mobile/Sprint customer for 26 years, same phone number. I have to say one thing. Tony at T Moblie in Bethlehem is a Bear, with a Lions Heart and a total Professional with His approach, demeanor and Presentation. And that T Mobile Store other Employees. My informed decision to switch from Frontier to Service Electric (SECTV) is thanks to Marilyn's knowledgeable communication skills. She offered me full explanations of download speeds ranging from 50 Mbps to 2,000 Mbps. My wife and I purchased what we thought was a new iPhone SE 3rd generation from the manager Jessica…read moreon 5/19/22. We chose this phone because of the A15 processor which is faster than the other phone we were looking at. As soon as we got home, we began setting up the phone. When I plugged the phone into our computer, it was labeled as "iPhone SE 2nd generation." The iPhone model number is in fact of a 2nd generation phone, and the fine print on the box had the manufacturing date of 2020. The 2nd generation SE has the slower A13 processor, so we of course did not want this older phone. I called immediately and left a message (by the time we got home the store has closed). My wife went in to the store on 5/20 hoping we could simply swap that phone for the 3rd generation phone Jessica sold us. Jessica would not believe my wife, was incredibly rude, and would not help at all. I called the store later that day, and Jessica was again rude, would not listen to me, and insisted we were wrong. She refused to help me, kept cutting me off, raised her voice, told me I was not listening to her and that I was taking up her time, AND THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Jessica was honestly the rudest salesperson I have ever interacted with. All we wanted was the product we were sold. I called customer service, and this issue will hopefully be resolved soon, no thanks to Jessica of the Broad Street location.

I leave messages as I get ready for the wedding. Eric from Gastec calls back and after a few forms they tell me they'll be out as soon as possible. Two days later, worrying I may of messed up waiting so long they came out and filled the tank! $10 hazardous charge and lower price from my other supplier. I will definitely be using them again!!!
