The viewing guide is not accurate. Some of my favorate shows shows are on but listed as something else. The screen or power saver isn't adjustable for how much time until it activates. You are watching a movie or a series and the screen goes into the save mode if you don't hit the ok button. If you fast forward or rewind sometimes it rewinds or fast forward to the beginning or end of the program right away. The remote command are inconsistent for the least. My promo time ended and they charges me $100 more without any heads up the promo time ran out. I called when I saw the charges change and was able to get a new promo with a modem update. I scheduled the service to have the modem changed out with no issues. Then my wife had an appointment the day of the service and I called to change the service date. Who ever I talked to did something and while talking to them my phone internet and cable went out and would not connect. I had to call them on my cell phone to get this corrected and rescheduled the service call and confirm the promo information and price. I think between the my original call for the get a new promo pricing and the next 2 calls was about 3 hours phone time. My suggestion is to make sure you allow hours when you contact customer service and make sure your service is working when you are done talking with them.

Dear Yelpers, My…read morecompany has hosted with INetU for 11 years. We placed our first small test server with the company in January 2000. Since then, we've grown to five servers pushing through approximately 3 to 4 terabytes of data each month. We run RedHat Linux Enterprise on all of our servers. These machines are managed by INetU fully and completely. They handle all of the security, upgrades and maintenance. The machines we use include: one master Write/Read MySQL database server, three Apache web servers with MySQL read-only slaves, and one email and DNS machine. In our time with INetU, we've found the staff to be amazingly supportive and knowledgable, consistently going above and beyond what we'd expect. When we have questions or queries that aren't exactly part of their job, they do the research and help us get the answers we need. Their follow through on issues is second to none -- we only wish our other vendors would be even half as responsive as INetU. (Verizon ant AT&T, you could both learn at least a few things from these guys!) When we need something, they're just a phone call or support ticket away. I love that when I pick up the phone to call them, I immediately get in touch with someone who knows what they're talking about and can help. On the rare occasion that the person I reach can't help me, I'm still always amazed at how easy and fast the escalation to someone else is. There is NO twisting arms and pulling teeth like at some of my other vendors, *cough Dell, cough Verizon*. I remember about a year ago when we were having issues with speed on our site. We believed that simply adding another server to our setup would be the best solution and proceeded to ask our account manager (Brian) to put together a quotation for a new server. We were OK with the added cost of doing that, but in explaining our needs, Brian suggested we first talk with their engineering department to see if there was something we could tweak in our configurations to save us from adding another machine. A few emails and a couple days later, INetU's engineering staff had helped us change some of the settings in our Apache configuration and, without adding any new equipment and without any added expense, our sites were running faster than they ever had... over a year later, that change is still in place and we're still using just 5 servers. We love the online Client Center and ticketing system. It makes tracking our usage and our support issues very simple and convenient. We also love the security and piece of mind that the client center provides. In all our time with INetU, we have NEVER had any extended outages and short outages for something like a hardware failure are always handled quickly with care and concern. I strongly recommend anyone looking for managed hosting services to check out INetU. In fact, I recommended them to my brother-in-law back in August 2010 -- his company reviewed various hosting companies and chose INetU. They began migration in October and after a few months of testing, they went live in January 2011. They've been extremely pleased with INetU's network, service AND the money they're saving over the previous hosting provider. Thanks for the 11 years of great service INetU... looking forward to many, many more! ~~ Kenn W. 21x20 Media, Inc. http://www.21x20.com/

When I spoke first to Dev -- before signing the contract -- I told him my only criteria for success was that I was able to sleep nights. It has been my only standard since signing. He promised his company would not ever let me down. In 9 1/2 years, InetU has never forgotten that single promise that has kept me loyal for this long in an industry that pushes ever forward to cheap and free. There are probably hosting services out there that are far cheaper than InetU, but I'm certain that none of them would ever make -- and keep -- such a promise. At every step of our growth, InetU has been ahead of us, monitoring and recommending solutions that would keep our services up and running for our clients and brands, especially during new server migrations (there have been several, including two moves to separate dedicated MySQL servers.) My account rep keeps in contact with me regularly and the tech support staff is top notch with each having a width range of skills. There is no "escalation" process; issues are just handled with the first phone call. And the few times we have called in a panic due to some human error on our part, restores have been quick and complete. I'm still sleeping nights and expect to as long as we are hosting with InetU. And I don't see that changing anytime soon!

Bought a new tv at the Easton PA store 6/13/26. Store reps very helpful. Unfortunately this store…read moredid not have the tv we wanted in stock so they called the Whitehall PA store 20 minutes away so we could pick it up ourselves. Upon making this purchase, we waited for the I believe the day time department manager to call the other store to make sure the other store had it. Waited patiently for about 20 minutes. While waiting we were told that this store would install for free, AND haul away our old set no cost to us. Okay great. Drove to the store, picked up tv and installed it ourselves, which you don't need to be a rocket scientist to do. We were assured even though we would do the installation ourselves, we could still have the haul away taken care of. Okay! Called to schedule haul away, then the stuff hit the fan. We were now going to be charged $49.99 for old tv haul! SURPRISE ! Thats because our tv was not the right size for pickup? It was a 55 inch tv, not a 32 inch or smaller. No one told us that at the store. Was assured it was at no cost. (apparently a fib?) Needless to say, NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. Now going to store of purchase to get this straightened out. Is it Best Buy policy to not correctly state to customers what to expect? I reactivated my Best Buy card, paid $29.99 for Best Buy membership, and paid a crap load of money for the tv. At that price I would expect free haul away after the load of money I dropped in the store. Should I be reimbursed for my travel time, waiting time and cost of gas to pick up my purchase from another location? Had an online chat with two people who didn't want to make any decision on behalf of Best Buy to rectify an unhappy customer, was referred back to store of purchase. Nothing like getting thrown under the bus. Next time will go to Costco like I was going to because they offer great customer service, and you leave a happy customer. I assumed too much about Best Buy reputation. SHAME ON YOU BEST BUY!!!!! I hope the new CEO of Best Buybtakes note of the bad reviews and provides better customer service. It seems they are all about whatever they can get away with.
