I then went shopping for a new phone but what I found for under $500 were all pretty much what I already had. I looked online and decided to call Xtreme phone & computer repair on Brownsville Rd. The owner was fantastic and was able to locate a replacement screen, he did have to order it but the phone was repaired and ready to be picked up in 48 hours. At that point he was furious and proceeded to hide the back room. When I then told him that I was willing to pay the restocking fee, he just kept walking away and another agent told me to leave the store. A $1200.00 phone should be able to find a signal and provide decent connection strength. Beware of Verizon deals on phones, and don't rely on the customer service. The young men at the West Mifflin store have no respect or patience for elderly customers.
