The manager rob along with the staff there were exceptionally helpful as I was at the t mobile at the commercial way and the female manager or worker who was there was rude and did not offer any product sales nor did she offer to help us with transferring the info from one iPhone to a upgraded iPhone 16 . Rob was able To assist and offer products which I am getting including the Samsung tablet and Samsung watch deal . Went there today to return a 5G Home Internet Kit and was greeted by an associate named Kevin. Kevin noticed the kit was not the same sold there but he would see if the computer was able to accept the return. After scanning the bar codes, Kevin was able to easily accept our return. Kevin explained the differences of the kits, just in case the return wasn't accepted by the computer. Kevin could have easily just dismissed us after showing us the differences and using that as an excuse and we would've left there fine but Kevin's willingness to take a few extra minutes and just "try" made us feel valued. Kevin's customer service is the kind expected by a paying customer but also one that is not as common in this day and age. After attempting to solve opportunities with AT&T Mobile who I have been with for 20 years I visited their competitors Verizon. T-Mobile and there Cortez-Brooksville.,FL store with their associate Chaz ran rings around both AT&T & Verizon in my opinion. Straight forward, very knowledgeable and customer centric was the T-Mobile associate who assisted us with the changing of our carrier and the purchase of 2 new iPhones. Several offers that I found and Chaz helped us navigate through all the fine print and assisted us all the way through the process including getting our T-Mobile account and two new iPhone set-up. AT&T & Verizon could not come close on their customer service or the current promotional offers they had available. In fact their associates wanted nothing more than to sell us something we did not want or ask for-UPSELL!!!!! read more

I was a Sprint customer for the last 20 years. After the T-Mobile takeover, I wasn't quite sure what to expect from their service. T-Mobile had mailed me a new SIM, and I tried to install it using their directions, however it didn't work. I popped my old SIM card back, phone worked correctly on the Sprint network, and I figured I'd try this again someday. About 24 hours after I attempted the SIM swap, my data stopped working an hour away from home! This was the closest T-Mobile store, so I popped in about 30 minutes before closing time. I was worried about how this would go, because I'd already had an unpleasant experience a month prior at a T-Mobile store near Atlanta regarding a screen replacement. The guy who helped me was amazing. He listened to my problem and had the solution immediately. He swapped my SIM card, gave me a brief explanation of why the solution would work, and had me out the door with full data in a few minutes. I didn't catch his name, but my e-receipt says "Charles", so kudos to him if that was his name. read more

This was my first and last visit to any T-Mobile store. For me, I've been a long-time customer with one of their competitors and after today I'll not be looking at T-Mobile for anything. I went in to inquire about moving my fiancee's stepfather's LifeLine phone service from his current provider to T-Mobile. Seems he has had a breakdown in communications with his provider, and through no fault of his he has been without phone service for over 3 months. That's bad enough, but when you consider he is a Disabled American Veteran living in a Assisted Living Facility in a wheelchair, then that makes his situation ever more intolerable. I advised the T-Mobile rep what I wanted to do. I advised UP FRONT that this was for the LifeLine Program. I also advised her stepfather could NOT use a smart phone, so we had to purchase a flip phone and we'd just want to bring that over to T-Mobile. The rep was pretty cut and dried, I felt like I was NOT a valued potential customer. He quickly told me they cannot bring other carrier's phones over to their network, they won't work. I asked why and he gave me a rather terse explanation. So, not overjoyed with this circumstance, I asked him what it would cost us to buy a flip phone and get LifeLine through T-Mobile. He said he'd have to check to see if he had any flip phones. He came back and said it would be $75 to buy the phone and so much per month. I explained their price for a flip phone was ridiculous, especially since we already have one. I explained that the LifeLine Program is a federally funded program that grants certain users free phone service, without any cost to them if they qualify. And the person I'm inquiring about does qualify and has service currently, but is eligible to move it. The rep THEN explained "Oh! We don't have that program!" "We don't give out any phones for free service". I explained that is funny, because I was in his store because of the federal website giving me local providers in my area, and they were listed as one of them! He just shrugged his shoulders. A complete waste of my time! If he had listened UP FRONT when I mentioned the LifeLine program he would have saved both of us frustration. MOREOVER....how is it that the federal USAC website lists T-Mobile as a program provider, but this rep says they are not? read more

Willie, was my sales rep. (real nice guy). We did a plan change and got new phones and had a billing issue that came up, because we did a plan change one day before the close of billing cycle. I called and He staid latter than his shift to personally meet with me (even though he had to pick up his child from school) when I got off work, Made the changes and called the following day to follow up to make sure all was right on my account. This comment is written on the times of hurricane Irma approaching Florida. I live in Florida, and I was trying to re-fill my cell-phone Thursday by around 6:30 pm with additional minutes so that I can stay in touch with my direct family that live in Orlando. At the time of the re-fill, T-Mobile's system went down, and I was told to call back after 1 hr to confirm my transaction (only $20 for more minutes.) Meanwhile, my bank got the transaction (I checked with on-line banking) and the transaction was pending to debit my account. I called T-mobile and spoke to three representatives (Bearl, Dillon and Chastity);the last one claimed to be a supervisor whom couldn't do anything to credit my account. All of them told me that I had to go to my bank to clear the debit towards my account. If you are about to be hit by a hurricane, the time you divert from other needs is worth more than $20, and none of the three T-Mobile individuals offered a better resolution than for me, the customer, to take time away of their preparations schedule to clear the mistake T-Mobile's system created. In a time where time is of the essence, you can count on T-Mobile to blame customers for T-Mobile's faults and suffer consequences that could put the the customer in peril. read more
