I went in because my phone stop charging. I was considering buying a new phone. The associates weren't very friendly. But one guy the manager answered ALL my questions. I'd rather have a knowledge employee than personable one. I'm there to spend hundreds of dollars on phone not take you to lunch. I went back next day. My only concern on both days and a year ago when I stopped in was, I am with MetroPCS right now and I was given a free line for my old phone so I have two phones. And if I switched over to T-Mobile I would lose one of those lines. That was the reason that cost them my business. But most metro PCs are closing down or I'm not able to pay my bill because their computers are always down. I wish t mobile could take my payment. I live near there. I'm making this review a few weeks later. I wish I could remember this guys name, but he was so unprofessional. I came to this store to trade in my iPhone 14 for an iPhone 16 pro. The guy helping me was tall Hispanic and I think wore glasses. The entire time he was helping me, he had music BLASTING and would not stop whistling for even a second. I was physically cringing at the sounds of this man's whistling- and it was constant. And every single time I asked him a question, he just seemed irritated that I was interrupting his jam session. Since I don't get new phones often I was interested in upping the storage of my device, but this man chooses the amount for me WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME!!!! I realized he had already started doing the transfer so I asked "how much storage will be on it?" And he says the lowest amount and goes "you're good on storage" I was furious!! How do you just select how much storage I get without asking?! This can't be protocol. If he was at least personable and nice I wouldn't have minded as much, but he was so rude and obnoxious with his whistling and aggressive tapping of the table the entire time he was supposed to be helping me. Just today I went into this store and finally upgraded from a iPhone 6 to a iPhone 12. Upon arrival at the store I was greeted right away and approached by someone to ask what I needed help with. I told them I was looking for an upgraded and wanted to see the new iPhone 12. I was then approached by Sergio who started to show me the phone. I wanted to make sure the phone worked for me. I was then sat down with Lucy, she gave me all the options I had and ended with a really sweet deal. Eric was Another associate who was holding the new 12 pro, I asked Lucy if it was ok to ask him a few question about the phone and without a problem Eric greeted me with a smile and brought the phone right over to me. He showed me the changes on the new phone he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone there was very nice and helpful, I never felt like I was ignored. Lucy made the transaction so simple and smooth. It took a little longer because I forgot to back up my phone. I was about to leave when she said not to worry, she was able to transfer all my Info to my new phone. Now that is what I call excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure I walked out of there happy. She installed a glass protector on my phone, help me set up my phone and paired my Apple Watch. I read a few of the bad reviews on here and I'm shocked of what some people said about this store. I did not experience any discrimination or was I ignored or rushed out of the store. David paired my Apple Watch with my cell phone. Within 5 minutes. David was patient and was very knowledgeable with these devices. He did such a simple knowledgeable task. I just don't understand how t Mobil in Northridge couldn't pair my watch with my cell phone. Needless to say the long hold phone time with T-Mobile. What a waste of my time. Shane on you!!! I ordered a privacy screen protector anfd delivered a wrong one, the manager whom I forgot to ask his name willingly helped me and without even asking if he could do something about it. I signed in online and they didn't even acknowledge that... I get they are busy and that is ok, I just expect to be acknowledged and maybe even an updated estimated wait time because the 4 minutes I was quoted was definitely incorrect.
