One of the worst experiences at this location. The customer service was poor and unprofessional. I stopped by to follow up on my existing account, I was told I was done paying off my phone and was also advised to upgrade. However, I was not satisfied with their customer service and so I decided to switch over to Sprint. Before switching over, I made sure and clarified: 1. I was not on a contract, 2. the phone was payed off. Unfortunately, team members at this location gave me the wrong information. One month later T-mobile is billing me for a phone I was told was payed off and owe over 300 dollars even after I was told I was out of contract and done paying off the phone. I am a struggling student, and if I knew before hand I was not done paying off my phone, I would've remained as a T-mobile customer until the phone was payed off. Long story, short; I was valuable T-mobile customer for over 6 years, I wanted to make sure I was good to go before switching over and getting myself into a new contract with a different phone company; but that was a complete fail!. First, if you're in a hurry and you're counting on the wait time online to be correct... don't! I walked in and no one was there to help to see what you need help with or to ask a simple question to. I signed in online and they didn't even acknowledge that... I get they are busy and that is ok, I just expect to be acknowledged and maybe even an updated estimated wait time because the 4 minutes I was quoted was definitely incorrect. Very slow service. Rude customer treatment upon entry from manager named Sergio. Every other T-Mobile store is a smooth and fast experience that has taken me under 5 minutes to make a payment because the app constantly fails and never processes my payments. I usually go to the location in Woodland Hills and have much faster and not employees that look like they hate their lives. After forcing me to leave the establishment to go purchase a mask (Los Angeles is no longer enforcing masks) allows a man to enter the place and says it's fine. I was helped today without even asking for an extra mile. I ordered a privacy screen protector anfd delivered a wrong one, the manager whom I forgot to ask his name willingly helped me and without even asking if he could do something about it. This is a real and an excellent customer service I have received from this guy. I was back and forth from different branches to look for an exchange and this experience paid off my frustrations to have a new protector on my phone since it bothers me a lot seeing a cracked on my screen whenever I open my phone. This place turned out to be very disappointing to me. They convinced me to switch phone company to them by saying that they had the "buy you out of your contract deal" this rep named Lucy at the Topanga location just made everything sound so good to convince you to sign and switch. But at the end everything is a lie, they keep the money that they are suppose to pay your old company to release you from your contract . We went home thinking everything was good but our old phone company send us a bill for more than 2,000 dollars !! So we basically got screwed badly! First time at this location and I was very impressed with the appearance of the store and staff. Very clean and professional staff. Super easy to talk with the staff and the store is very easy to browse. Most locations are cramped and small and customer service is usually below par. This location exceeded my expectations and it is now my NEW location for all T-Mobile needs. New devices or paying my bill. I will use this store over all others now. Our visit was prompted by billing issues and to see options on phones that were 3 years old. Austin assisted us and was very knowledgeable. He upgraded our phones efficiently. He fixed some billing issues. He could multi task too!! What didn't he do, he did not explain that there was a $35 connection fee. He did not remove a line. And we were told we could return the prior phones to the store, which when we tried we were told we had to mail them. He stated multiple times that the monthly bill would be $100. The first month, the bill was almost $200. The third line was not removed. The phones had installment charges. And accessories (screen protectors or cases) were also on an installment plan. All taxes, accessories and hidden fees were paid at the time of the exchange. While not his fault, it took 90 minutes with Tmobile, 3 transfers to others and will require a trip back to the store to resolve the final (hopefully) billing issue. read more

I recently just signed up with T-mobile and purchased a Galaxy phone. It's awesome, very similar to my iphone. Just one problem; it drains the battery so quickly so make sure you shut off Wi-fi, gps when not in use. I came here to pay my bills and got more accessories. The staff are very professionals and ready to assist with any technical problems you have with your phone. There's a special right now, you can buy a screen protector, car charger given with a big plastic cup for 15.99. Such a good deal, I should of got two because I kept losing them. I called this store and I was told I can bring any smart phone in and I will get a $7 credit every month for 18 months towards the Samsung phone. I went in and talked to polo and told me that they can not do that. He kept trying to sell me an iPhone for some reason when I wanted Samsung Galaxy s6 edge plus. I even talked to the manager Henry and he would not even try to help all he said was I am sorry and I will make sure all the employees are on the same page here. Just switched from Sprint to T-Mobile and Sebastian made it a wonderful and quick experience. I was in and out of the store within 45 minutes to get a new phone and open a few lines and T Mobile exceeded my expectations as a customer. I am moving all of my AT&T accounts after 11 years to T-Mobile. This is due to the costs continuing to rise with no explanation. Additionally AT&T does nothing to even attempt to save an 11 year client..... I took my AT&T bill to Christian Cornelius at this T-Mobile store. He analyzed the bill and showed me an extremely reduced cost for several voice lines and iPad data plans. He has handled the transition without any issues. Although we have a couple more to go, I can't wait to call AT&T and ask for the address to send a FORMAL letter of cancellation with the reasons why. I had an issue with my previous phone. I went to T-Mobile on Topanga and Roscoe and purchased a phone two weeks ago and lo and behold Samsung came through and fixed my old one. I went to return the phone that I purchased 14 days ago at the T-mobile store and they weren't as nice as they were when I was buying it and they refused to return it for me. What?? First Giselle said no and then had her Manager Leroy come out and said no!! What??!!! I ultimately ended up having to call TMobile customer care and they were more than happy to assist me. After an awful experience at the TMobile at the Topanga Mall, I decided to come by here and get a new phone since my contract was about to expire. This store is pretty big, they have all kinds of accessories and it's planned out nicely. When I came in there were people ready to help me. I didn't get my associate's name but he was SO GREAT! Not only did they help me out setting up my new phone, but he showed me that all my previously lost contacts were saved onto the TMobile website!!! And showed me where to access it, answered all of my questions, and synced them all in the store. went here because I lost my phone and tmobile told me to stop by and get a loaner phone, Navid helped me out and I told him I have an old RZR that I can use I just need a sim card and he said we lend you the phone but we do charge for sim card. I told him that the tmobile rep told me I could get one for free because I do have a pending claim with the insurance carrier and he said let me look at the notes but didnt see anything long story short he gave me the sim and I was on my way home. Now I'm being charged for my old phone I traded it because T-Mobile said they never credit me for my old phone. The phone never made it to their warehouse. So here's my issue. When it 7 days ago to purchase an iPhone 6. Was given the wrong color by the sales representative his name was IVAN and was charge $50 restocking fee to exchange for the right color. When I called and spoke with IVAN he was rude disrespectful and instead of being helpful and trying to resolve the issue he was very defensive and try to place blame. I was told by Ivan to call customer care at 611. The representative informed me that they DO NOT issue credits for items purchased in the store, however they did accommodate me and offered me a $50 credit.
