Today I came in on a Monday, and although there were a lot of people ahead of me, the wait was not long at all. Kylie helped me with a complicated situation involving consolidating accounts and figuring out which items to pay off so I could save money. I have several devices on both accounts, and she took the time to research each one carefully so she could recommend the best plan for me. She even explained which devices I should not pay off yet because I would end up losing money. Oh my gosh, she spent hours helping me. She went back and forth between my two accounts and the representatives assisting her on the other end. She answered all my questions and helped me find a solution to my issues. I give Kylie an A++++! I love coming to this location because they never disappoint, no matter who helps me. Thank you also for the merch, the baseball cap, which Kylie offered to me with a smile. Honestly, she smiled the entire time, even though my situation was complicated. Luisa also smiled as she passed me on her way out. On Monday August 10,2026 I went into the T mobile store to have my phone number changed because I was getting numerous calls that I had to block. The tech helped me to changed my number and instructed me that it should take 2-4 hours . But it never changed so I went into the store the next day and the hostess told me it was going to take 1 hour to be seen and it didn't take an hour it was close to 2 hours to just ask a question . When I did speak to the tech then told me it was going to take up to 24 l to 72 hours for the number to process which to me didn't make sense to just changed a phone. It was like no one wanted to help fix the problem that was created from the first on Monday . So I contacted T Life customer service and ask them if the process to change your phone number took 24 to 72 hours they told me no that it only takes 2-4 hours . I told them that I tried to changed my number at a T mobile store in Northridge and the trouble I went thru and have been waiting a whole week. That it's unfair treatment and still my number is the same . I asked if there was someone who can help me and they assisted me to a gentlemen named MJ that helped me out and was successful in changing my number over. He also found out the first number I was assigned had an error and no one even checked or investigated why the number never worked .. I'm glad they have the TLife app because the customer service in the store sometime the techs don't want to be bothered they just want to sell stuff they don't care about their customers. Came in on a Tuesday before 11am. Waited about 5 minutes and Britney came to help me. I was there to pick up a replacement phone. The whole process takes a long time to transfer information phone to phone, so bring a book or something to keep you from staring at the walls and listening to other people's conversations. Britney was very attentive, Knowledgeable and helpful. This location seems to get very busy but they had 6 customer service reps working the whole time I was there, which was about an hour. I stopped by this T-Mobile store today to look at their Samsung phones while my wife was getting her massage at another store nearby. I'm interested in upgrading my Samsung Galaxy S23+ but wondering if I should wait for the S26. The customer service here was great, a worker approach me asking if I needed help but I told him I was just browsing so he left me be. There plenty of parking here and the store is a decent size inside. They don't have a lot of phone on display but they have like one of each. They also have headphones, earphones and smart watches as well. The price will vary but I always have a good experience using their trade in option and save like half the price of a new phone. read more

I really hate lowering reviews, but I have just gotten so frustrated with this location. In multiple occasions I have come here when it wasn't crowded and just stood around for 10+ minutes waiting to even be greeted. Even when the employees are helping others & see me standing there I don't even get a "we will be right with you." They used to have someone at the door with a tablet to check you in and now nothing. You just stand around and around waiting before finally giving up and leaving. It's so frustrating when I come to this store ready to spend them my money and they just act like I'm not even there or just not worth their time. I needed some help with my account. I called up the Tmobile Customer Care and the CSR I talked to advised me to go to a local branch. This is the nearest branch to me. Upon entering, a sales associate greets you with enthusiasm. Asks what you're there for. Then refer you to the person who is capable in resolving the issue. Since the Corbin and Nordoff store closed down a couple years ago. I usually send my friends and family here to this store. I usually ask for Yoshi or Edwin if they are available. I know they will be taking care of when I send them here. Parking isn't too bad, i do like they finally remodeled this place. I remember sprint use to be at this location but apparently sprint got bought out. This place looks WAY cleaner than before and more well lit. I would recommend try booking appointments first around the evening time or weekends. It can get crazy and the waits can be really long. There is a porto's across the street they have just built just in case your wait is longer than usual. Im not in the area, but when I am and if have any questions, ill stop by here. read more

They did check and found out the Northridge store on Nordoff across from Portos had it so we went there. The store is very clean and the crew was very profressional. Aga from T-Mobile here was amazing! She spent almost 2 hours with us helping us transfer our SIM from our old iPhone 12 to the new iPhone 16. Some customers need your expertise to walk them through in helping them set up their phones as nice as possible. You, so called experts should project patience and good customer service to clients that are not tech savvy as you. Beware of a customer service representative named Jesus. The store did not have any management scheduled for the first two hours of the day. Not COVID friendly, no social distancing or sanitation between customers. I had to call the customer service line from my own phone to get the assistance needed. A woman Ty was nice, but the abuse I saw from Jesus gives this store a one star. read more

So in December of 2022 I ordered T-Mobile Internet. Of course, I was sold a bill of goods that it was the best out there, blah, blah, blah. So for $50/month I thought it was a good price. Well, it was a waste of $50/month for three months because I was never able to hook it up. My wallet was stolen and my debit card was cancelled so my auto payments stopped as well. I tried calling in March because I wanted to cancel and stop paying for something I wasn't able to use. Unfortunately, they were unable to help me because I don't have phone service with T-Mobile. Absurd. So I'm told I have to go into the store. I have a demanding job and travel often so I wasn't able to get in there until April 28. So I go in and after about an hour of sitting around, the young girl who helped me there said I owed $105 and if I paid that, I wouldn't owe anything else as my service was cancelled. I reluctantly paid the $105 and was assured I wouldn't owe anything else. Fast forward, I get bills for $77 because T-mobile reactivated my account without my knowledge or consent. I just got off the phone with a collection company (and, of course, this is after spending over an hour in the T-Mobile store AGAIN trying to figure this out) and they have extorted another $77 out of me for a service I was never able to use. I'm going to make a complaint to the BBB because I have now spent over $300 for absolutely nothing. I filed an appeal with the collection agency, but, of course, that fell on deaf ears as well. I have never done a review, but now I must. We moved all 6 of our lines from ATT to T-Mobil. We all got new phones with one of them being the "new" Samsung Galaxy Fold 3. My son could not wait to use it. Not long after getting it he started experiencing problems with it. Connectivity, just disconnecting time and time again, glitching and more. We took it back to the store and asked to have it replaced. We requested a new one given the cost of this phone. We were told these were being replaced by refurbished only which was the case when we went in to make the exchange. My son was furious and we left. We learned soon after from calls to both T-Mobil and Samsung that this was a cover up. The store new about it, T -Mobil new about it and Samsung it. The Galaxy fold was not working with T Mobil. It was having serious issues. T-Mobil was trying to develop a fix, BUT THEY TOLD NOBODY of this issue. T-Mobil and the stores continue to sell this phone even though they know these problems exist. Instead of being honest and telling their customers, they continue to sell this very expensive phone along with the insurance and all the add ons How do they address it. They just replace the phones with refurbished phones....which were troubled phones sent back and refurbished only to be sent back out knowing they STILL will not work. This is just wrong in every way. It's dishonest, it's taking advantage of customers just to maintain profits, and it's inexcusable that the store personnel knowingly deceive the customers. We were duped and they don't seem to have any desire to right this wrong. Do not trust them!!!! read more

I was advised to go to a nearby corporate store and I was lead here. S/o to Jose and Cesar for saving the day, these guys are the best and were able to help me on the impossible task of accessing my t mobile account. We were left in a gray area and not even customer support could help us. They were very resourceful and took the time to figure out how to access my account again!
