Yes ,Alex from the Porter Ranch ATT. I have a corporate account with many lines and I am trying to get one of my employees a new phone, and this guy went postal and I mean postal . He started off telling me what he cannot do for me and within 5 minutes all I heard was I can't do this I can't do that. Never heard how can I help you never. When I pointed this out to him he hung up the phone refused to answer the store phone and 3 hours later the phone is still not being answered. He refused to help my employee and his conduct was like a spoiled immature child. I can't imagine having one of my employees behaving like that but apparently at the Porter Ranch ATT you can expect it. The good news in this review is my employee went to the ATT store in Northridge on Tampa Ave., and got excellent service and they got the sale. So take my advise if you want to be helped by a very unprofessional person that looses control without warning the by all means head to Porter Ranch ATT, but if you want to be treated like a valued customer then head to ATT on Tampa Ave Northridge.

However, on my way home, I received a text from Gerson informing me that he had mistakenly given me the wrong phone, which was already attached to another customer. I agreed to return the phone for the correct one the following day. On my way to the Verizon store, I received another text from Gerson stating that he had resolved the issue and I could keep the phone. However, an hour later, he texted me again, informing me that he couldn't fix it and that I had to return the phone. At this point, I was becoming increasingly frustrated with the absurdity of the situation. Deciding to take matters into my own hands, I canceled the new number and the entire transaction. On May 10th, I visited the store and requested to cancel the line. I returned the phone and left the store. Ten days later, I discovered that I was still being charged for the phone that I had personally returned to Gerson. I tried calling and texting him, but I received no response. When I visited the store again, I learned that they had no manager and that they were not a direct Verizon store. Instead, they were a third-party service provider. At this point, I decided to involve the actual Verizon and FCC. They conducted an investigation and found that Gerson had committed fraud. They believed that Gerson had kept the phone for himself and had charged my account for it. The experience at that store was truly terrible, and I had no confidence in their customer service. I discussed with him that my phone wasn't receiving incoming calls. He pleasantly pulled up my account and explained possible troubleshooting issues that could be causing this problem. He resolved issue and also assisted me with applying my military discount to my account. I am 100% satisfied and my phone is in perfect working order now! Me working from Verizon before I actually I'm brainstorming ways how to help them instead of them helping me so I basically offered to cancel my order online and now they're telling me that because I have to place it in the store. I have to pay for a set up fee. Is that more of a scam or what? Avoid this place as much as possible. FYI: I asked them if they can waive it because you're not sending up anything. I'm literally picking it up and their system is not allowing so I think the manager just do it but they're possibly doing everything under this sun but help the customer so I'd think twice.

Just took my Samsung Ultra 24 for charge port issue. I was…read morealmost certain, it needed a charge port. Guy at the counter says " I will clean it out for you". I corrected him and said it may be more than just a cleaning! He smiled and went in the back office. Less than 5 minutes later, came back and said try it. And it works! Didnt even charge me! Shocked. 5 star+ service. I am making this my go to phone repair shop. Superb client service. This dude deserves a raise.

UPDATE: Got home and found that HUNDREDS of pictures (maybe over 1000) were GONE from my tablet…read more Turns out they LOST my micro SD card. They couldn't find it. Ten years of pictures gone. The technician was sloppy and more importantly uBreakiFix should have a policy to remove removeable memory if what they are going to do puts it in jeopardy. They gave me a partial refund and a loose micro SD card they had laying around. I won't be back obviously.

Even though I had an appointment, I was kept waiting for 45 minutes. When a technician finally saw me he told me I shouldn't have gone outside Apple for the screen repair. I was then told that the watch was useless and my only option was to buy another watch. Smart Fix was quick, friendly, helpful, and gracious about repairing the defective replacement screen. No upsell. Just human decency.
