My husband and I went to get new phones Monday. We have been customers for a while and qualified for free phones. Marques Moss greeted us as we entered and took care of ALL our needs. He was great! When we were done, all our apps were on our new phones, all our questions had been answered, and it was so easy! I was dreading this so much and was so relieved that Marques knew how to do everything so we had to do nothing except log into our accounts. Normally going into a phone store is a nightmare! However, our visit today was a great experience! Brett Helfenbein was extremely helpful, patient, & knowledgeable as he set my husband & I up with our new phones! Great service is so hard to come by these days so I want to recognize Brett and say thank you for his exceptional service! We have a family plan with 4 lines & we all got new phones this month. During this process, we interacted with at least 5 representatives at 4 different T-mobile locations. Brett's service far exceeded the service of any of the other representatives we worked with over this past month! read more

I feel so bad for forgetting her name but the woman who helped me today was amazing. She was very friendly and helpful, and it felt like I was talking to an old friend. Glad to have T mobile so I can come here for my phone needs:) As for the person who gave a bad review for not being served for not wearing a mask, keep a mask in your car. Not saying you have to wear it all the time, but I don't think it's fair to give a one star review for you not following a stores policy. Be better prepared my friend and don't blame others for your lack there of. read more

Soo T-Mobile and sprint became one rght? So I get to this store and I'm trying to get an I watch and this dude it's like "because I don't do sprint so often it will take me around 1 hour, if you go to the actually sprint store it will take them 15 min" like come one man!! Make me feel incontable so I left! read more

Deserved less but 1 was the lowest I could give. You should probably just go to a different provider. These people are just trying to make money off of you and do not care. They just want more money. They tried to make me pay so much to keep my phones when they snuck something into the update that crashed my phone. I know it isn't the store but I could not rate the company itself. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was refused assistance because I did not have a mask on. I went back out to my truck to find a mask and did not have one, but I went back in and showed the gentlemen working my COVID-19 vaccination card. He still refused to assist me without a mask, and could not supply me with one. I was the only one in the store, and even offered to maintain 6 feet distance. Still, the answer was "sorry I can't help you". I will be canceling my T-Mobile account and moving to a company that has a common sense approach. I can understand a mask policy, but you should have mask on hand for those who don't have one on hand, if you require one. read more
