worse service I have ever had. ordered a new phone online. arrived at Stour on 8/15/2026 to pick up phone. I had my wallet stolen in Europe the week before. The agent wanted a driver license. I told him I had Face ID to my account on old phone. He said that would not work and I would not get my phone until I got a driver license. No other options. he told me to leave I was not getting the phone. I came back with a passport and got the phone from another employee. He was the worst customer service rep I have ever had. I visited this location assisting a relative on a walker whom btw had been a customer of Verizon over 30 years. I didn't know that until hearing conversation between her and assistant manager Mark. She had received an offer from another company saving her 500$ a month!! Yes that is correct. She had recently gotten out of ICU and either this may have played a part or her Not knowing the procedures in general ..but upon explaining too Mark she would like too return or know how too return 2 unopened phones received 2 weeks prior ...I was totally Shocked at his response. First he said " you attempting to tell me your story will do you no good. Then he said " My flow of thinking which is common sense is when offered a better deal you should have said thank you but I gotta return these phones first too Verizon".... And I can't and won't be helping you... He in his nice way called her stupid!! I found him rude, unhelpful, uncaring and especially to a consistent 30+yr customer. I would drive an extra 45 minutes to get to any other store Update: upgraded my phone and returned my old iPhone to this store for the $700 promotion credit, they claim lost my returned phone- got ahold of the return store in Fort Worth which confirmed they found & have my return phone and will issue a refund on my monthly payments 4 months later still getting charged, tried going back to this store for help - they can't help now I have to directly submit a claim with fedex even though the facility confirmed they found my phone at their facility. Called Verizon again, they promised to dig in this and call me back in a couple days- have yet to get ahold of anyone back about this. NIGHTMARE!! I cannot stress enough not to sign up with them!! BEWARE!! I originally went to sign up for a plan with Verizon online and ordered a new phone online. When I went in person to cancel my order because I would be signing up with a plan with another vendor the agent there told me that as long as I didn't pick up the phone I ordered, then I would not be charged. However, a few weeks later I received a bill for $468 despite not receiving any services with them. I went in person to this location again and was told that I would need to call their customer service line (which then like what are you even here for) so I called in person and the call took over two hours of me sitting in their in person location. At the end of the call I was told the charges would be taken off of my account, however, I have without notice been sent to collections for $100 for services I never received, the in-person location here was no help at all and this has caused me so so much stress, and impacted my credit score. I cannot tell you how much stress this has caused me. I literally just spent 30 minutes on the phone with a collections company trying to explain to them that I did not receive any services with Verizon. Customer service was horrendous. The female employee who helped me first was by far the rudest woman I have ever felt with. She told me to read the signs under the phone for the phone description when I asked to get some information on iPhones. I was going to have to replace my phone because my screen had suddenly stopped working. I guess I annoyed her enough so she sent a gentleman-Reggie to help me. Reggie was more personable and was able to do a hard reset on my phone and fixed it so i didn't have to buy a new phone. I filled out the survey sent to me from Verizon to my personal email and was told a manager would contact me but I never heard from anyone. Very very poor service level. What's the point of a appointment when you are told that you have to get on the waiting list once in store when you show up at your appointment time. Makes no sense...... Low level of product knowledge, purchased a current model IPhone and was sold the wrong case to go with it. I've used this as my go-to SIM issue store, and it has been good for that up until today. I ordered a phone they don't sell in store that is a Verizon-approved phone, but when the agent tried to activate the SIM he got a message that it wouldn't work. I was pretty miffed, so he suggested calling Verizon support, which I thought was odd since I had assumed he was Verizon support. He is not. He is a GoWireless employee, who apparently can't activate a phone he doesn't sell in his store, according to the very helpful Verizon employee at customer service who activated the phone with the SIM he gave me in under 5 minutes. I would suggest going anywhere else for real problems, so that you're not dealing with a hidden third party when you could deal directly with Verizon. read more

DO NOT GO IN TO THIS STORE! Had a horrible customer service experience with this store yesterday. My poor mother, who is on my account, went in to this store after her phone unexpectedly died after only having it for TWO WEEKS. Not only were the employees rude to her, she was told by one to go and use a phone somewhere else after she asked to use a phone there to get in touch with me. IT'S A PHONE STORE and she is a customer! Go use a phone somewhere else?!? When she returned in the afternoon, she was made to wait two hours and then was approached by the same employee from the morning, who knew full well why my mother was there and was just being spiteful and rude to let my mother wait for so long! I went into Verizon today and was dreading it. However, Lauren helped me and I had the best experience. She was so patient, informative and kind to me. We actually had a great conversation and i left there with a new phone, some unexpected savings and a big smile on my face. I purchased an IPhone 7 from this store/rep at the end of August, as well as a cellular IPad for work. We discussed the insurance for each product and I wanted to go with I Care. My sales rep told me how much better the Verizon insurance was and how bad the I Care was because it did not cover anything and you always, always received re-certified products. Whereas, Verizon's warranty sends you up to two Brand new phones if your phone is lost or has to be replaced etc. My IPhone stopped working exactly 30 days from the day of purchase and I took it to the store and immediately got the help I needed by the same sales rep ordering me a phone to be sent the next day. He made a big deal of them paying the Fed Ex Charge of $22.00 to me and I left (after my phone had stopped working on a Friday night and I could not receive a replacement until Tuesday) assuming, based on the previous conversations when I purchased their insurance - that I would receive a brand new phone...especially since a $869.00 phone only worked 30 days...what would you expect...needless to say, I received a Verizon certified replacement phone that was not new. Of course, I was very upset and I was told I could drive to the Apple store and see if they would trade it out for a new one. They had already done all they could do by paying the Fed ex charges to get me the certified used replacement phone because that is part of the one year warranty that Verizon has...never discussed. All they wanted to do was sell the phone, the insurance plans, the screen protectors, the cases, for the phone and IPad, etc...They were horrible and all they would keep saying was they had done all they could do and it was up to me now to drive to Apple and try to get a new one, but they would not call Apple and could not guarantee that they would give me a new phone. The other option was to buy out my phone portion of the contract which meant purchasing the phone in full at that time. This was both the store sales rep and the store manager. Give the manager his due, he did stick up and by what his sales rep said. He backed him like a champ. In summary, I will never walk back into this store. If you decide to, i would encourage you take someone with you and have them record your conversation with anyone in there. After all, they tell you that they are going to record your conversations when you call customer service, correct? All they want to do is sell, sell, sell. Before I walked out of the door, they even tried to tell me that I should purchase the Apple watch ($399.00 plus tax and an additional $10.00 more per month on my statement) and I could have been using my watch while my phone - which was not Verizon's fault...it was all Apple's fault - anyway, I could have been using my watch while my phone was out of order. --- Needless to say, I did not purchase an APPLE watch from Verizon So, after the trips to the store, several conversations with the Verizon sales rep and store manager, I did not drive to the Apple store to exchange the phone. I called Apple customer service instead, and it looks like I will just deal with them. I will be purchasing 18 new - not certified used - IPhone 8's for my business (for field sales reps and 10 more IPads before the end of the year. I will probably add an additional 10 - 15 more IPhones after the first of the year. The phones will all be sim card free and I will begin negotiating with AT&T and/or Sprint to put all phones on one plan for the reps across the country. So, with Verizon, I lost initially, but feel much better that I will now win in the end. This Verizon store has lost my business and once I cycle through these contracts with them, I will walk away from Verizon all together and AT&T or Sprint will get a lot of new business from me and my company. It can be verified - as I did tell the store manager that I was going to post a review and he wanted to make sure that I let everyone know that they offered me the option of driving to the APPLE store and that Verizon did their part by paying the Fed Ex charges to ship the certified used replacement phone to me. If you are going to purchase a new I Phone from Verizon and it only works 30 days, they will ship you a used replacement phone. NOT a new I Phone. if you want to settle for a used phone, you may be smarted to go ahead and purchase a used phone from Apple initially as you get a discount from them and you will get the one year warranty on the used one from Apple. That is what you get from Verizon and when you have to use the one year warranty, you get a used phone back anyway, so save the money!!! read more

Don't like the new location, it is a pain to get in to and every time I have been in there, it was a waste of time. They are friendly but if you aren't just buying a new phone, they are worthless for anything technical.
