Each time, he patiently digs in, explains what's going on, and finds a practical solution instead of pushing an expensive replacement. This visit turned into a full-on father son afternoon. Nathan watched closely, asked questions, helped where he could, and learned how delicate and precise these repairs really are. DeShawn never rushed us, never talked down to us, and treated the whole situation like a shared problem to solve, not a transaction to maximize. What really stands out is integrity. DeShawn could have upsold parts, quoted a big repair, or waved us off because it was a mess I created myself. Instead, he fixed the stripped screw, made sure everything was stable, double-checked the work, and charged me twenty dollars. That is not a typo. His shop is not flashy. It feels like a place where real work gets done. Scheduler put me in touch with one of the owners, who got back to me next morning with his recommended plan, est of time involved, and explained rates. They prorate by 1/4 hr. This isn't like calling your friends, renting a U-Haul, and dreading the job. You get a fair price, on-time arrival, and logistical wizardry! Highly recommended.

I didnt hear from him for almost a week after they broke my TV and he assured me it would be "resolved quickly," two weeks later theres no resolution and still no refund issued. I have used this company for years, Cisco very much does not value long term partnerships. My family of five has used his company for the last ten years, we will be using a different company moving forward and do not recommend this company AT ALL.

So I decide to come into All Cellular since my mom had a good experience some years ago. They initially told me $45 for the battery replacement. The guy says "wait 10-15 minutes," I happily say yes. About AN HOUR later the same guy comes out to tell me that he couldn't get the home button on my iPhone to work. That wasn't a problem before. "It'll be $20 because I need to replace the entire screen now" he says. "But that wasn't a problem before coming in here" I responded. Basically, I had to have my screen replaced to have a working phone. He said "I'll pay half". Whatever. Sure. About 30 minutes later it's done. He says they only take cash. Why wasn't this mentioned during the almost hour and a half I was just sitting there? I'm extremely upset at this point and ask where I can find a Chase ATM because I'm not spending more money than needed on this little deal. A girl with really long hair who works there says "go to the Walgreens right there they have a chase atm". So I go. Oh and I had to leave my phone, that's fine no big deal. Turns out that the Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm so I paid $3 more for this whole ordeal. I couldn't map a nearby chase atm because once again, I had to leave my phone at the store. I come back to the store and the guy says it's $65. I'm like what? I only got $60 because $45 + the $10 (remember he had said he'd pay fo half of the 20 for the screen WHICH WAS HIS MISTAKE to begin with FYI). So he says ok, and I thought I would get $5 back....but of course not! And I told the girl "by the way, Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm. I had to pay $3 extra for this" and she unapologetically just says "ok". Horrible horrible and I feel like they find ways to get more money out of you. I wasted my time and my money. If you're looking for cheaper places that actually are honest and do a good job, I recommend a phone repair shop inside the flea market called El Centro on indian School ad 43rd. They've done an awesome job on my phone and don't charge you for their mistakes (which don't happen anyways)

He effectively committed commission fraud selling me a S26 Ultra when I was abundantly clear S26 was the desired. Out of pure exhaustion after an 8-hour ordeal I did not catch it until arriving home. The manager was dismissive and condescending making excuses for Octavio even after showing him my original order that for my S26 (over the phone). How do you in good conscious charge someone a restocking fee for a phone they did not want nor open.
