We visited the Nike store at Phoenix Premium Outlets yesterday and had an incredible experience thanks to LA, one of the store reps. From the moment we walked in, she was so friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand what my husband was looking for, helped him find the perfect pair of shoes that fit both his needs and his budget, and made sure he walked away happy with both the comfort and the price. What really stood out was how thoughtful she was toward our whole family--even making sure our baby felt welcomed and at ease during the shopping trip. This store is always busy no matter when i walk in. I guess that's the standard traffic for a Nike store in an outlet mall. I've been to this store a couple dozen times and have never purchased anything. Their shoe designs stay true to their brand and have a little something for everyone. Unfortunately, I wasn't willing to pay $170 for the pair of colorful Nikes that stood out to me. I guess you get for what you pay for....especially since I still love the pair of bright, icy blue runners that I bought years ago that were also a pretty penny. read more

My four star review is largely for the staff that works here. I found them to be pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The store was PACKED the day I visited, which makes it difficult to browse, try on things, etc. can't hold that against the store, though. Despite the tons of people in there, the store was tidy and their staff was busily keeping up with the foot traffic. The checkout line looked crazy long and I almost out back the couple of things I'd picked up because well....lack of patience, but the checkout crew kept it moving! Whew! read more

You cannot beat the price on a lot of the things they have here, which is why I keep coming back. Their selection is pretty good as well, I've found a couple of gems in my visits. I will say, that you should definitely price match online - you might be able to find better pricing. I do like that there are usually a good selection of size 14s at this location (just not on the clearance rack - that is a no-man's land). Staff here was friendly and they tried assisting me by finding my correct shoe size. Long story short they didn't have my size 11 which ok because it's a common size. How ever the store was really well put together and they had a great variety of shoes to select from. I will recommend going when the shoes are on sale. read more

I ordered shoes around 4pm, while at work. I am a nurse and my old shoes were giving me blisters. I do not have time to go shoe shopping before my next shift. I ordered shoes online for in store pick-up. Got an email they were ready. My husband went to the store, the manager says they do not have any info on our order. The managers solution was to pay again for the same shoes then try to cancel our online order. Then blamed cooperate for the issue. The manager did not try to call anyone to see if he could get the order completed for us. Just said well come back tomorrow or pay again if you need them now. So I cancelled my order and will work with Under armor from now on. read more

Disappointed, the selection was cool, but I'm not an online shopper so I always go to outlets when I'm in town. I found some good shoes and socks and went to the cashier to use my birthday coupon and was told by the cashier that it's only an online coupon. I've shopped at about 10 outlet stores over the years and I use the coupon every year (since they started sending them 4 or 5 years ago) in the stores. The young man cashier (perhaps manager) next to my cashier was dismissive and didn't even look my way and then said that it's only online. I left because I know this is not true. Drive the extra distance to the Arizona Mills store, the sales people and cashiers are more helpful and imagine my surprise, when my coupon was accepted in the store. Disappointing that customer service at this location has decreased. Side note, I have over 100 pairs of shoes and only shop at outlets and clearance centers and have done so for about 15 years. The female associate working today has the audacity to nearly deny his return because the pants had an "odor". How rude! These pants were never worn. They stayed in a bag in my home. Granted, we cook like any other family and they sat in the bag for more than a few weeks... but your job is to accept the tagged pants that we also have a receipt for. Friday, November 21 Visited Nike factory store #207 Chandler Arizona at 1539 in the afternoon; I bought a pair shoes for $30.15 Saturday, November 22 Realized there were two right shoes in the box called NIKE store about dinner time asked for a manager and let them know about the mixup I asked for one left shoe to be sent up to me with a shipping label to send back a right shoe. They said no I have to send the wrong shoe back before getting a left and right.. How. Convenient for your customer... So I waited for a label to be over nighted to me to send back the screw up Friday, November 28 Called NIKE store #207 in Chandler Arizona from Canada to talk with Robbie about not receiving the label to send back the mixed matched pair of shoes. Monday, December 8 I still did not receive the label to be able to send the Mismatched shoes back to Arizona and in return get a left and right shoe sent back to me in Nanaimo Canada. I've been waiting for over 14 days for a label that Robbie had insured me that would be overnighted to me in the Nanaimo I have spent about $45/50 on long distance/international calls $30 on the shoes in the store and two weeks of my time and I am still without a resolution/shoes then I was passed me off to assistant manager Chris I asked him for pair of shoes in size 8.5 with that water resistant sent up with a label to return to the other pair of rights I have at home, free of charge for my time and money spent on this Chris assured me he would do so and in the box of new shoes being sent out a UPS label would be included to be able to send back the original shoes and that there would not be any other problems Saturday, December 13 at 12:22 AM I received an email and tracking number for new shoes and label being sent to me from Chris I tracked the shipment till Wednesday, December 18 when UPS notified me through email that when my shoes arrived in the Nanaimo Canada there will be a charge of $39.49 for duties and taxes that I would have to pay Wednesday, December 18, 2014 After the initial shock that I would have to pay again another $39.49 for shoes that I originally paid $30 for in the store because they can't fill the paper work out properly on their end... They said they would refund me for these charges Now 23 days or so after visiting Nike store number 207 in Chandler Arizona I am $30 in for two right shoes $40-$50 in on long-distance plus these extra fees December 22 Paid the fees to get my new shoes and called the store back to get refunded December 24 Got Charged $90 instead of refunded and now have over $200 in charges on my credit card on Christmas Eve that should have been taken care of over a month ago December 26 Finally got refunded all the money I had to pay above the original price of the shoes I do have a new pair of shoes now but I still have the original two rights and a very jaded experience with this store and their incompetence. I have called Nike corporate and made an official complaint... Theses people have no clue how to de-escalate a situation.... Next time I buy shoes I'll definitely remember to check my shoes before I leave the store.... read more

It's a good thing Nike product can sell itself because the customer service at this store is trash. Always has been trash, and if it weren't because of the deals I would take my business somewhere else. I've been shopping here for years and you'd think things would change, but it's just consistently poor. The floor reps avoid you, the cashiers have poor attitude, no greeters... and on top of it every. Single. Time. I leave this place they forget to remove the security tags off my items. Never fails. Coming here always makes me miss the days back when Nike seemed like a quality brand instead of the overpriced plastic shoe company it's become. We came looking for football cleats, and while we left with a pair, the overall experience, just like my last pair of Nike running shoes, was disappointing.
