Shopping for new phones/plans can be a nightmare, BUT Halen and Ali made it as easy as possible. I've been with ATT for YEARS, many many years, so I stopped by there first to see what they "could do for me." The manager of that store acted like he could not care less. He couldn't give me a better plan, and, as far as new phones, he could give us $350 each on trade ins. I've also been unhappy with my Centurylink internet service just because . . . well, it's Centurylink. Is there ever anything good to say?! Years ago, T-Mobile was kind of the step-child of cell service, but everyone I talk to says it's great. So, we went there next intending just to look, but ended up buying. Halen (rock star - just as her name implies!) and Ali went over everything in detail, answered every question we had (we had a lot!), and we ended up with new phones, a great plan, AND internet service (which is working waaaay better than CL) for a great price. Oh, plus free Hulu, Netflix, and AppleTV. I'll be saving over $50 a month. I wish I'd switched a long time ago! read more

Using deceptive sales practices to "cram" unauthorized features and lines into the sale to pad commissions, at your expense. They will lie to you and tell you it's free, only to find a mega suprise on your next bill. Stay far, far away from this place. If you were a victim of their fraud, be sure to file complaints with the Arizona Attorney General and FCC. Walked in... not a single person acknowledged me. All the representatives were with a customer but never acknowledged anyone walking in. I understand being busy with a customer but I sat there for 25 minutes and no one even glanced my way or to anyone else coming in after me. I have always hated going into T-Mobile as it has never been a great experience. However, on Monday I went in and was helped by a young man by the name of Ruben. He was awesome. So friendly and personable. He addressed the problem immediately. We chatted for a little bit (the store was not crowded, no one was waiting) and it was just such an unexpectedly pleasant experience. He did his job by making the offers of an updated phone, new internet, etc. but in a professional and non-aggressive way. Ruben is a gem and you are lucky to have him in your organization. Got a new phone with value for my old phone in trading in the sales rep said I could bring in my phone for trade In by two weeks I did just that now they're saying they can't take the phone in for trade in and I have to ship it to them but it won't even get in in time for the trade in value. Came in with my wife to get information on how to replace a phone under insurance. They tried so hard to take advantage of the situation saying you could upgrade blah blah. Finally got the information needed they will try to take advantage so watch out at this location. Come in and tell em what ya want do not lift your foot up. We switched from Sprint to T-mobile and there was a huge difference in the service provided. I would totally go with this store, they are a bit slow but they get the job done. We visited this store to trade in and also get a new connection. All was taken care of well and was attended promptly. They have great promotions too, so if you are planning to trade and switch its a good spot to do so. Also, you get Netflix subscription so thats a great deal. The service in that store is the worst. They came up with every excuse they could find not to sell me an iPhone 16 Pro. I just wanted to buy the phone--I didn't want to make any trade-ins or add any services, just buy a phone. After having me wait for several minutes, trying hard to sell me something else and using the excuse that a safe box wouldn't open, they delayed their decision until they finally told me they didn't have that phone in stock and suggested I go to another location. We spent $1200 on a phone and $60 for a lifetime screen protector. They replaced the screen protector once, then refused and said that we have to go through the manufacturer, who also does not support the warranty. We just bought two protectors online for 20% of the cost we paid this sham of a business. Probably the worst T Mobile store I have ever been too.. My older brother and I bought my mom a phone today. I wanted a paper receipt for proof of purchase. Andrea was the one who helped us with the phone. She says it didn't generate on their end but I should be able to see it in my T Mobile app. I called and told her I don't see it in my billing history or anywhere on my account. She says what she could do is print me out like a transaction history but I would have to come back. If that was the case then why didn't she do it when I was there at the store in the first place? Told her I wanted to speak to a store manager. I told him what happened. Of course he wants to back up his employee. He said well the problem is it didn't generate. His name is Noah.. I said okay how is that my fault? He answers I didn't say it was your fault. Lol so professional right? Like do you not see my frustration here? You want me to waste my time and gas just for me to get my proof of purchase. Instead of apologizing like a professional manager should, he insults me with that response.. As a customer, you as a store should be responsible for giving us some type of receipt or proof of purchase for us buying something from your store. Don't give me an attitude just because I want something that's mine. And with that response I wouldnt recommend any customer going here to buy a Tmobile phone or if you need help with your Tmobile phone please go somewhere else. Their employees needs to be retrained on better customer service. I can see why they have so many low ratings. read more

We went to switch service from Verizon to T-Mobile for the buyout offer. The associate, Darlene, signed us up for the premium plan without our knowledge and tacked on additional feature by lying to us that they are free of charge. The additional charges for 4 lines, double our monthly fee from $150 to $300. We had to call T Mobile customer service a few hours later to get all the additional charges removed. She also told us that the all lines on the phone would be paid off, but shortly after we left the store we got a message from T-Mobile that we owe them $700 for one of the lines that was not eligible for buyout. We will not return to this particular T Mobile location again, and I would recommend others to go elsewhere. read more

Every time I asked a question about a phone both clerks told me I could google it. So rude! Might as well have a kiosk to order my phone than either of these ladies. Such a shame as we have been using that same location for several years and always had polite and helpful clerks. read more

Bad service all around! Every time I go here to upgrade my phone or other devices they always secretly add on additional plans even when I specifically request that they don't. We brought over 15 lines total from Verizon due to a huge difference in price. We definitely are sacrificing service. 6 phone calls it took to get billing correct. Connor made several mistakes when setting up the phones, also the reason I had to place 6 calls. To top it off 2 of our lines were with out data and after 2 hours in the store a long phone call to Apple and another call to T Mobile Care we finally got it added. A lot of places and areas you do not have service. Wishing Verizon would lower prices!! read more

I am not sure about the bad reviews this store has received, but I believe it depends upon the employees that one encounters. I was helped by Ian and Noah. I was interested in adding two more lines to my account. Ian helped me with that, but Noah was exceptionally helpful in pointing out some promotions that were definitely beneficial for us -- like being eligible for certain phones when a line is added and specifically which phones were available and their quality. I am grateful for Noah for proactively assisting us and providing options that were definitely a step beyond what one would expect. Thank you. read more

Never go here! I read another review that stated that this location added extra lines and the people didn't know what they were doing. Well, I should have listened to that review!!!! When I first arrived, the person at the counter was super nice and SEEMED knowledgeable. As we got further into the process, he was still very nice. All I wanted was to purchase a kid's smart watch and service for it. He had me enter my SSN 2 different times and at checkout there were 2 different activation fees!! He said he didn't know why that happened and INSISTED that we were only adding one line. He had me pay both activation fees and credited my next bill for one of them. Not to mention, this dude tried to find a spot for the network chip in the watch, couldn't find it and just put all the stuff back in the box for me to figure out on my own later . It doesn't take a chip. I ended up having to call T-Mobile to help set it up. Well, I a few days later I went online to look at my account details. I should have had 2 phone lines and 1 watch. I had 3 phone lines and a watch!! Again, I called T-Mobile and they took that line off and credited my account for the extra line. Here I am a month and a half later. I'm looking at my phone bill and it's SO MESSED UP!! It's $40 more than it should be, crazy stuff was added to my account like unlimited international calling for an extra $10 a month. I don't even know where the $30 charge is coming from. JUST NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! read more

This is the worst store anywhere. The manager Alex, advised us that if we switch to t mobile,they would pay off our phones and close the Verizon account. NOPE, Three month and 1800 dollars now in arrears with Verizon because they didn't do any of the things they promised .Alex has been evasive and states ne never told us anything like that.
