This Hass to be my fourth time stopping at this particular T-Mobile and I must say my experience there is always great it's always welcoming. On iPhone 13 Pro Max and I want it more information on my trade in. My associate Penny who is helping me did a magnificent job we're trying to find out the details of magenta plans. I don't know who the manager is there but I believe it's a Hispanic lady and I must say I am pleased with the service that I received on this day. Best store to date! This place rocks! I've been a long time TMobile customer and have jumped stores here and there for various reasons. This one stands above the rest now. Fast efficient service, stock when I need it, knowledgeable and a no BS approach. They've had deals in stock twice now when I've had other stores tell me items are not available and try to up sell me on stuff. Honesty and efficiency gets the win again! The only reason the receive one star is they have a very clean store. Very slow associates, with little customer service or people skills. T mobile has very good phone reps but if you can stay away from the stores especially this one. read more

I was in here.. dealing with a Tablet from ms deceased family member. Something tech support was misinformed on. Ms. Kenia , knew exactly the issue. Did the exchange, offered condolences, my new device was here in 3 days.. I'm from a different state. The other 3 individuals were absolutely amazing. If you have to travel a extra 15 minutes go to this store.. .. I cant think these people enough.. i grew up here . Now the military had other plans.. but this entire store was amazing..tysm read more
