They put my job on hold, and as soon as I confirmed the unit was arriving, they adjusted their schedule and got me in the same day. When the crew arrived, the lead technician and his apprentice got right to work. They were clean, precise, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. The finished installation looks excellent. I'm very happy with the result and would absolutely hire them again.

That morning, I received several calls starting around 8:00 AM asking if I could take an earlier appointment. I wasn't available, so I didn't answer. I assumed they'd still come during the scheduled window. When I hadn't heard anything by early afternoon, I ended up calling to check in, only to find out the appointment had been canceled without my knowledge. Later, two technicians were sent out anyway and arrived last minute, around 2:30 PM, staying until nearly 5:00 PM. This disrupted my workday and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. They completed the work ("installation of a customer-supplied drop in sink" & "cable line up to 4" thru access") but the final cost was $1,100, which felt excessive for the services provided. On top of that, they called my workplace without my permission, which crossed a line for me. The technicians themselves were courteous and efficient, but the lack of communication, the scheduling confusion, and the high price made this a frustrating experience. I hope the company takes this kind of feedback seriously to improve how they handle appointments and customer communication. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company.

The sales rep really listened to my concerns about money and how I couldn't afford to pay much more than I was paying for my iPhone 8. He really got me a great deal, paying only a few dollars more than I was and I got a great phone in the process. For the customers that wrote bad reviews, you obviously don't understand sales. This is their job. If you don't like it, then just buy your own stuff online and skip the store. If you don't understand how to say "No" to certain things, that's on you. I've been asked to upgrade this and that and do this and buy this screen and blah blah blah but if you know your budget, say no. This is their job. They don't get mad if you don't get the stuff they are trying to sell you. This is my second time getting a phone at this Verizon because it was an emergency and they really do their best to accommodate what you need. Love them!

Right outside the Fun Hub Action Park, you can find the Cracked Solution kiosk where the staff will meet you for a scheduled repair. As a note, I'm finding a bunch of increased prices for technology, so returning and fixing my old tech is taking more priority than it had before. This includes old phones, which do support some of the latest operating systems that you can install yourself along with security updates. Older phones are still closer to entertainment devices like iPod Touches, too, including web browsing, calling, headphones, and other features that compare to desktops and laptops by having HDMI video out via USB hubs, and USB keyboards. Jasmine remarked on the build quality of the S10+ she handed back to me, which I appreciate. I am only admiring the fact the last 10 years of phone still come in very large data storage sizes, they just need software updates, and a ten year old phone still feels pretty advanced compared to most of the generic fifteen and twenty year-old phones. Jasmine arrived, was prompt, and fixed my phone in less than an hour despite such the fine screws, glues, and maintaining or replacing waterproofing adhesives for my phone.
