I feel bad writing this review because everyone at the store was very nice. I had water damage on…read moremy old phone and needed a replacement right away, so I went to the store to trade it in. They also sold me a charger and added a new line, which I was told would be free. I was assured the trade-in credit would be processed soon. Three months later, I still had no credit and was being charged an extra $85. After multiple calls and speaking with two employees, they finally admitted the issue was their fault and said it would be resolved. They also agreed to remove the extra line, though I was then told I'd still have to pay $6/month in taxes -- something never mentioned before. Not only was the issue still not fixed, but my unlimited plan had been changed without my consent and the extra line remained active. I ended up calling customer service myself, and they resolved everything within an hour. Save yourself the time and just call customer service directly.

Two months ago I disconnected all services with Verizon (our cell phone carrier) and was assured my…read moredisconnection was complete and that I would receive no more bills. The next month I get a bill and I call and they say there was one line left connected so that's why you're getting a bill. I paid that bill and was assured I was now fully disconnected (they said they don't give confirmation numbers for that). Today I got another bill for that same leftover line and called and was told there was no record of my previous disconnection. Ma'am, the person said, you have to make sure you get a confirmation number for all changes to your account. He transferred me to someone who claimed they disconnected me. Can I please have a confirmation number, I asked. We don't give those, the person said. Stay tuned for next month when I will yet again disconnect the remaining line and pay a third monthly bill from Verizon after disconnecting all services.

I had a T-Mobile account for (as I recall) a day or two. Previously on Xfinity, Verizon before…read morethat. During the day and a half T-Mobile had my Credit Card information. This morning, a couple months later, after closing my T-Mobile account and being told that they were sorry I was leaving so quickly but to return if I changed my mind, I was checking my bank info and discovered that they, T-Mobil, decided they needed some cash I guess.....so they took $250 out of my Bank account. Calling Customer Service got me nowhere and I was told that I now have to take half a day, drive to their store in Hadley and battle it out there to get my money refunded. Recently had my phone smashed and I got there and someone helped me almost right away. He got me a new iPhone because I had an upgrade available and got $110 for sending in my smashed iPhone. The sales rep really listened to my concerns about money and how I couldn't afford to pay much more than I was paying for my iPhone 8. He really got me a great deal, paying only a few dollars more than I was and I got a great phone in the process. For the customers that wrote bad reviews, you obviously don't understand sales. This is their job. If you don't like it, then just buy your own stuff online and skip the store. If you don't understand how to say "No" to certain things, that's on you. I've been asked to upgrade this and that and do this and buy this screen and blah blah blah but if you know your budget, say no. This is their job. They don't get mad if you don't get the stuff they are trying to sell you. This is my second time getting a phone at this Verizon because it was an emergency and they really do their best to accommodate what you need. Love them!

Just switched from Verizon Wireless after researching the pros and cons of Cricket Wireless pre…read morepaid plan VS Verizon Wireless pre paid plan. I was really hoping to find a service that offered an unlimited data plan. After debating between Metro Pcs which I had before I read they are tethered on the TMobile network and I am not impressed with the coverage of Tmobile. I looked up the network Cricket runs on and saw they run on AT&T network towers, so thats pretty reassuring. I went in and was able to switch my Verizon Iphone6 to cricket in under a half hour. Manny I believe his name was is a really personable nice guy who helped me and answered any questions I had. I went from paying upwards of 180 a month in plan/data to 65 a month with unlimited data. I am really impressed with Cricket Wireless and happy with how quick it actually took.
