this one white guy named Alex was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond. Not only was he extremely attractive he helped me with all my transfer and question. I recommend ONLY seeing him. He should be a store manager with his professionalism. Never met a person this helpful and more than ready to help read more

This review refers specifically to my recent experience on December 15 with Eusebro M. @ the Riverdale Rd. location. He was professional, considerate, and helped me with a convoluted situation, enabling me to maintain much needed phone service. Despite my relief, I awoke 2 days later to a phone with no service. I called the store from another phone and was fortunate to get Edith on the line. I explained that I had been to the store and paid my bill; I couldn't understand why I was unable to make or receive calls. She was also quite helpful, caring, and made sure she understood the situation. She walked me through a few steps to get my phone working again. She called me to ensure that my phone was, indeed, working. I want to thank both Eusebro and Edith for their excellent customer service skills. I'm very grateful for their help. read more

Good Evening, I'm taking the time to write this review as I am in great disbelief. I had called to inquire about my application I recently placed with the company,Specifically this location. I asked for the hiring manager and Cassandra Martinez established that it was her whom I was already speaking to. I went ahead and continued the conversation by introducing who I was and asking about an update about my application. I explained to her that I had called before and she wasn't their. The man who I spoke to said she was on vacation till the 14th of july. That I should be hearing back for an interview from her within that week. She said, " ok, can I have your name?" I proceeded to give her my name (again) and she put me on hold while she looked for it. I was on hold for about 5 min. She came back on the phone and stated that she could not find my application. I explained to her that I had called before and the guy whome I spoke with said he seen it. She then told me she was the only one who can see those. I explained to her that the man had told me that but he also said that even tho he could not get Into the application he can see that I did indeed apply for the position. She said," well their isn't anything their." I said ok and asked for higher manager number so I can sort this out because I figured maybe it was a glitch or something. She gave me 18003732876 and didn't seem at all to care. I asked for the higher manager name and she said the first name only so I asked for the last name and she said ummm than proceeded to give me it. The name she gave me was Bryan Conway. I asked for her name and she gave me the first and asked for the last and she hesitated but did give me it. I just wanted to make sure that when I spoke to her manager that I could tell him who I spoke to. I told her thank you and hung up. So I proceeded to called the number and it was a general number for customers. I called her back and she said that's the number I can reach him at. I explained to her that it was a general number and she said that I can speak to someone their and they will speak to someone else about it. I wasn't trying to speak to another person from a big based cooperation office who can careless about what's going on over here. So, story short she wasn't any help and wasn't trying to let me speak to her manager so I can sort this all out. She honestly just didn't care at all. Kinda glad I've seen who this store is managed by first hand because I wouldn't have enjoyed that employment if I was to have gotten it. Also makes me think how she treats her customers. Working for this store is definitely not recommended. This store does NOT have a good team. They do not believe in TEAM. They do not care about their employees and completely lack good communication skills. The store has favoritism and you have no voice there as an employee and are not respected. LOTS of bullying amongst employees in that store. I got diagnosed with a neurological disorder while working there and was bullied for it. The job emotionally takes a toll on you, and mental health is essential. Lots of unprofessionalism. The store is run so poorly and you get treated so poorly as an employee you lose motivation to perform your best! I went in emotionally and mentally empowered and working for this store mentally and emotionally destroyed me little by little. They suck at being an understanding and supportive team. The work environment is negative and miserable. Nothing but bad energy. You talk to management and reach out and they do nothing to establish change or communicate to the point where then you no longer want to speak about anything. This establishment causes a lot of emotional distress. Even a case of sexual harassment happened in the job. Bad management can take a good team and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee and the rest to lose all motivation, treat employees like they make a difference and they will, the key to success is good leadership, and good leadership is about making the lives of your team members or workers better. Leaders who don't listen will eventually be surrounded by people who have nothing to say. read more
