My first encounter was with Jordan who took the time (even though they were busy) to sit with me and work through my issues. AT&T refused to give me a transfer pin to switch carriers. They insisted that I had no choice but to pay off my old iPhone 14+ (stolen) before they would issue that 6-digit pin number. Not only is this unethical, but it is also illegal and I have reported their bad business practices to the FCC. Jordan assisted me in developing new passwords, deleting old information and bringing over ALL of my contacts and photos. I was very concerned about my personal data not moving over after AT&T tried so hard to prevent me from switching carriers. But after sitting at the store for some time, everything did transfer over! When I came back into the store a little bit later to hand in my old iPhone 8 as a trade-in, Thomas was available to assist me. He also sat down with me and explained that this process should not have been so complicated. He was able to update my plan, double check that I finally had all of my data and even spoke with his manager regarding a credit after AT&T overcharged me ($222). The bottom line is Verizon has already outperformed AT&T in just 24 hours! Their employees are educated on the process, take the time to explain things to the average customer and go above and beyond to ensure things are taken care of. I am already happy I decided to switch my cellular service to Verizon, and I am telling everyone who is needing a new carrier to go by and visit with Jordan and Thomas!!

i'd gone with moms to the store, at which she is a member, in search of rap snacks, of which i've…read morehad the nicki minaj truffle variety from there before. however, that flavor was not available in store at sam club as of last week. nonetheless, momma was able to easily locate the bulk supply of toilet paper she went to get for the house, and it fit comfortably in the large sized carts at the store, which i'd not noticed before, but seem fitting for a store specializing in bulk products to have. then, for the nostalgia of childhood trips with moms to the store, at which we would get pizza and drinks from the food court, i'd got in line to order a large pizza and icee freezie, but before i arrived, momma realized she can order via the sam club app, so she did, and the pizza was ready by about the time i'd have arrived to the front. that said, the worker delivering the pizza did not give me a drink at first, suggesting that mobile customers remember to ask for drink orders or the store include drink orders on the ticket that the worker delivering the pizza sees. nonetheless, the drink was tasty and refreshing, having melted to a liquidy consistancy by when we arrived at the crib. and the pizza was delicious, generous in size and cheese proportion. and although a remark from momma that the pizza smells good but kinda like cardboard did not resonate with me at the time, it has hit me afterward that most all pizza in a pizza box smells a bit like cardboard . and considering the pizza cost 8 and some change, even if her remark was meant as a critique, a cost valuable, good quality pizza is still superior to me than is an expensive one.

We have never done any business with Assist Wireless or visited the store before. The clerk seemed disturbed or maybe high or intoxicated and accused us of committing, some sort of fraud. Our organization assists the needy and homeless, and we were inquiring about this particular individual in order to get his phone activated and purchase him a phone since the clerk was familiar with the homeless individual, but he refused to allow us to help the homeless individual and told us to leave the store. It seems that he had something against us, and we were nothing but polite and professional toward him. We hope that the corporate office would remove this disturbed and inappropriate individual who refused to give us his agent number and is not a safe person to do any type of business with. We have informed the police and corporate headquarters of his false accusations and inappropriate and violent treatment toward us. We do not recommend this business to anyone, as an investigation will be initiated by both police and corporate headquarters.
