As soon as we walked in there, we were met with the representative David who was going to help us throughout the whole process and we went in there to try to see if we could get a new line along with the phone and he was very courteous to the whole process light hearted and whenever we had questions he was very informative on whatever it was we were curious about we were able to leave with a new phone and a new line and didn't even feel bad about purchasing a product from this store because they were so friendly and helpful through the whole process I would recommend coming to this T-Mobile for an upgrade or to add on a line! read more

I had been trying to get wifi at my new place for a month whenever I had the time. Kept running into problems. First, it turns out I needed wireless. Then not every company offers it but even if they do you may not be able to get it at your address (thought that was the point of wireless). Anyway I got to Paul huff & speak to Daniel. He is the sweetest most helpful guy. He was so patient & when we ran into an issue, he helped me fix it. I would do business with this young man no matter where he worked. We have been waiting for months for our issue to be resolved. First: We were switching from Spectrum next door to T-Mobile. My husband and I did not need new phones but were told by employee, Darvey that we could get the IPhone 16Plus free instead of IPhone 17 as the promotion was for free 17. In addition, we were told our current iPhones, which were in excellent condition, would cover as a trade-in. Both our IPhones were sent to T-Mobile in working order, for the trade in. When T-Mobile received them they said the were not working. LIE!! I personally made sure the phones were mailed in the packaging provided by T-Mobile store with shipping label they provided. The phones were in sent in working order and NO damage at all. Second: We were told that we were going to be reimbursed for the payoff to Spectrum for my husband's phone. Still waiting for the reimbursement credit card from T-Mobile. And yes, it has been more than 4-6 weeks. Third, we were told that ALL accessories were on them. LIE!! I have been being billed for accessories on my T-Mobile bill. Fourth, my husband and I have been to the store multiple times and assured that all would be cleared up. LIE!! We get the run around that district manager would fix it. We were given several credits but none have fixed the issue. We just found out recently that the employee, Darvey, who started all this insanity is no longer working there. I was told the district manager "Cynthia" would be reaching out to us to resolve all this. Still waiting!! Lastly, we are not the only ones swindled at this store by the same employee. The employees appeared to be stoned both times I have visited this store. They were out of it. They could not make eye contact. They moved in slow motion, and they spoke inaudibly. On the first visit they failed to set up my home internet properly. The second time they could not help me log into the t-life app. Cheech & Chong do not make the best employees. read more
