I went to TMoble to pickup my replacement phone, met with Maria she ask to see my id, I gave my ID and and she scanned it without informing me what she was doing, when I complained that I did not want my ID scammed without my permission Maria started to shout at me and when I told not to shout at me, she said she would not serve me, there was another gentleman there he told me to come the next day to meet the manager as he could not help me. We have visited this store for help with our phone twice in the past few weeks and both times we have waited for over an hour to be helped, along with several people behind us in line. They really need more employees working... However, their manager working that night was extremely helpful and friendly. I have mixed feelings about this location... I had been a customer with T-mobile years ago and I can't remember why I changed services, I just remembered having a good experience with them. Anyway, I've decided to get rid of my current Serivce and go back to T-Mobile. When I walked in, there was a gentleman at the door to greet me and a lady sitting behind the counter that greeted me as well. Now, I've worked in retail for many years and customer service has always been something I've pride myself and my team to be excellent in. So, I was impressed with their professionalism when I entered, they were not robotic but genuine. Once I approached the lady behind the counter, I explained to both of them, that I was looking to get service with them but wanted to purchase an iWatch and wanted to have service thru the watch only, I know that's a thing because i almost did that a year ago. I continued to explain that I didn't want a new phone that I already had a fairly new one but need to finish paying it off with my last phone service and that I eventually would come back and have it hooked up thru t-mobile and just wanted the iWatch and the service for now. Both the gentleman and Lady said that wasn't possible, that I need to purchase a phone so that the watch could have phone service thru the phone. They also mentioned that they could pay off my phone but I would have to surrender my current phone and purchase another one, which made no sense to me because the remainder balance of my phone was the same price of the new phone and I will still continue to pay for a phone and would be in a contract which, I also explained to them that I wanted a month to month plan, felt like they weren't listening to my needs and tried to up sale me. Anyway, when I told them that I didn't want that, and their whole demeanor changed. The gentleman suddenly went from a smile to a disappointing look and walked away, I was the only one in the store so it wasn't like he was going to go help someone else. The lady just gave me her card and said to come and see her when I made up my mind on what I wanted. Lol I thought to myself, I know what I want but Ok! So, I came back a few days ago, once I paid off my current phone, and have it hooked up with t-mobile. The Lady who was helping me, looked annoyed but I don't believe it was with me, she was helpful thru my whole time I was there and so was another gentleman who also helped me during that visit as well. Actually don't remember his name other than that he was an air force veteran. There was a discrepancy in my phone bill. I went in to see if it could be resolved. I spoke to April and Liz, associate and manager respectively, and they were extremely helpful. April and Liz made sure I felt heard, understood my issue, cleared up my confusion, and when they couldn't resolve it then and there that same day promised to call me back on a Thursday. I figured 'yeah right' but to my surprise Liz called me back on Thursday as she said she would and explained to me that she discussed my issue with her district manager/corporate and was able to resolve my problem! I was so surprised I got a call back and am so grateful for Liz and April for helping me. T-mobile would have lost me as a customer if my issue were not resolved. But thanks to the great effort on both April and Liz's part I am an extremely happy customer and would recommend T-mobile to my friends and family. 5/5. I was pretty disappointed but Manny looked up all the alternative specials they were offering. I ended finding a great deal thanks to his help. When we first walked in we were promptly greeted Liz who was very friendly. We explained our situation to her and she was very transparent about the prices and the process. We decided we were going to switch from Verizon to t Mobil as well as buy a couple of new phones since they had an amazing sale going on. Standing in this store as I write this. I stopped by the store as I am planning in adding some devices for Christmas and was not greeted. Understandably so since all associates where with customers and there was a man in front of me. I started walking around the showroom waiting for someone to add me to their guest list per usual when visiting a tmobile store and there is a wait. After 10 minutes an employee walked up to me with a box of masks and said " Everyone needs to be wearing a mask in here bud". My first issue with this is the unprofessionalism of calling me bud? Second is the fact that instead of asking why I was here or adding me to the wait list all he cared about was giving me a mask. I told him I had my own mask and he walked away. You can tell they care about Tmobile and want you stick with their brand. This is a full store so they can handle whatever need you have. Jorge is a cell phone messiah. He has come to sacrifice his time so that we can have decent cell phone reception at a great price. This guy can seriously do anything. I was having a terrible day with T-Mobile trying to port an existing cell number from Verizon. The number was from an employer sponsored plan and needed a few hoops to jump through. Now, T-Mobile as a whole still needs help. I feel that "customer first" is a thing of the past. There was a time where we called the back office and they wouldn't help us! So he tried again and got someone that was helpful and we got the number over. The real reason Jorge gets 5 stars is the whole process took about 2 1/2 hours.
