I tried to call about the modem and it just keeps you on the phone for hours saying "the estimated wait time is less than 10 minutes." DO NOT USE THEM!!! You will never be able to speak to a real person or anyone who actually cares and wants to help with your account. They will keep billing you after you cancelled service and will not give you any way to speak to someone who will help you! Horrible value and horrible service! There is NO SERVICE!

This is not our first go round of long waiting for repairs and broken promises. Not sure how this company survived except there are few providers in this area. We do expect a credit for the days of lost service. Their prices have doubled in about 2 years.
