Zero Stars. Rude, Incompetent, and Deliberately Unhelpful. Let me set the scene. My phone died. I pay for AT&T insurance. Two days later, a replacement arrives, only to discover that AT&T's own system won't let you transfer an eSIM from a dead device to a new one. Not my fault. Not my problem to solve. But somehow, it became exactly that. Everything online failed. The app failed. I was forced to visit a store in person. Already an inconvenience. What happened next was completely unacceptable. The moment I walked in, the rep was visibly annoyed. His first words? "You should have done that over the phone." I didn't have another phone. That's why I was standing in front of him. Then came the identification issue. I presented a digital driver's license and a Georgia DDS-issued temporary license, both of which are legally recognized by federal, state, local, and financial institutions. The TSA uses these documents to board passengers onto aircraft. Banks accept them. Courts accept them. AT&T does not. His explanation? "Security." That word doesn't mean what he thinks it means. When I pushed back and asked for clarification, his response was, and I am not paraphrasing "I'm not doing this today." There was one other customer in the store. Four employees on the floor. I had an appointment. There was no reason for this level of indifference except a complete unwillingness to help. I had clearly interrupted something far more important, his coffee and his phone screen. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it. A colleague stepped in and offered a name as "Jim." Whether it was real is anyone's guess. Based on everything I witnessed, I'd say probably not. The result? I had to drive unannounced to a friend's house, because I had no working phone to call or text ahead, just to use their device to reach AT&T customer service. That call took over 30 minutes, not counting hold time. All of this because one employee decided customer service wasn't on his agenda. When employees feel comfortable refusing to give their name, dismissing legally valid identification, and responding to frustrated customers with open hostility, that's a management failure from top to bottom. I would not recommend this location to anyone. There are other AT&T stores, other carriers, and frankly other options entirely. AT&T, do better! Your customers deserve it. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer experience at this store is unacceptable. After checking in, I received an automated text stating that I would be notified when it was my turn and that I could add more time or cancel if needed. There were eight customers ahead of me, so I walked just two stores away while waiting. About 30 minutes later, I returned to find my name had disappeared from the queue. There was no one greeting customers or available to answer questions. When I finally found an employee, I was told my place had been canceled because I had left the store. That makes no sense given the automated text specifically says you'll be notified when it's your turn. If customers are expected to remain inside the store the entire time, that should be clearly communicated at check-in and in the text message. Instead, I was given conflicting information and lost my place in line. I can't tell whether this is an AT&T policy issue or simply poor management at this location, but either way the customer experience is unacceptable. This is my second bad experience at this store, and it's enough that I'm switching mobile carriers. It's especially disappointing because both my husband and I worked for AT&T for decades and loyal customers. We know the level of customer service the company is capable of delivering. Then magically later that day, our security passcode was changed, our order was cancelled, and two new internet items were ordered under our bill. Our internet and wireless were combined and now we have new extra charges that no one can tell us about. After 90 minutes on the phone, nothing was fixed. They told me my phone order was cancelled but two days later I got a email to expect a phone. They also told me to file a fraud report with their fraud division, but it's been denied. 5 Stars for AMAZING service when I was in a pickle with a broken phone on a work trip. Shout-out to Raymond, who was the real MVP and got me sorted out. I was recently on a work trip and broke my phone. I happened to be at a hotel across the street, thank goodness, because I was able to walk over and get it taken care of. Raymond took great care of me and helped me sort through all the technical questions and absurd questions I had (as someone who usually let's a partner handle tech issues). I ended up purchasing the new phone and coming back the next day when I had more time to have my data transferred over and get it fully set up (something I could've done on my own, but I would've screwed it up, so I opted for the professionals to help me). Raymond was there both days and helped make sure I was fully good to go before sending me on my way. read more

I went in to purchase a new iPhone as a birthday gift for my wife, expecting a smooth process. After spending over an hour in the store, I was told the order was complete and that I'd receive an email confirmation shortly. They also assured me the phone would arrive at my home within 1-2 days. Five days later--no phone, no email, nothing. I returned to the store, and it took the staff another 45 minutes just to locate the order. Eventually, they informed me there had been a "system glitch" and the order was never fully processed. To make matters worse, they dismissively told me there was nothing they could do and sarcastically suggested I call customer service and handle it myself. I cannot say enough good things about Brad at the AT&T store at Market Place in Cumming. I had difficulty with the initial set up of a new phone (translate that as total operator error), and Brad helped me during the day and even stayed past his shift to make sure I understood exactly what to do and ensure the phone was in proper working operation so I could take it home in tiptop shape. AT&T should clone Brad and reward him in a manner, that reflects his professionalism. Plus, the guy has a great personality! read more

I purchased 2 phones online and choose curbside pickup. I got notifications via email that both phones were in stock and ready. The notifications came in last night. I called the store first thing in the morning this morning. After waiting for the phone to ring for 45+ minutes I got someone to verify they had the phones and I should come down. When I got to the store they they had a sign that said not to use the email "I'm Here" button but to call them. After the phone number cycled through their system for 30 minutes I gave up and walked in. My name was taken and phone # and I was asked to leave the store. I had 18 people ahead of me and there were 2 clerks in the store. The manager shows up with pizza and another agent and put up a sign that they are now only accepting appointments and they locked the door. Customer would come to the door and they were asked if they were unable to read signs. Then they would shut the door again. People who were sitting outside waiting in line like myself called and knocked on the door to find out what was going on. They were redirected to a store 5 miles away across town. Then they would shut the door again. I used the button in the email and I had someone quickly come out and talk to me. He let me know that the phones were no longer in stock and that I would be charged a "cancelation fee and restocking fee" of $100.00 per device. They didn't have the phones in stock yet I was told I would be auto billed a restocking fee. I asked to talk to the manager as I had been waiting in the "Curbside pickup" parking spot for 2.5 hours. The clerk went inside and came back out saying the manager was not accepting complaints and that I should go to the other store, or just go to Apple. read more

I have never been treated so poorly by a company that I spend a lot of money with each month. Their sales rep Kevin was extremely rude, acted as if I was wasting his time. He acted like I was going to steal his IPad when he wanted me to sign a contract just because I wanted to read the contract. Kevin never said thank you, I felt as if he did not like having to deal with me?? Hard to explain?? When I called to talk to the manager Pat he was helpful but would not give me the District Manager name or number-so I think he is just going to ignore my concerns. Must be nice to avoid having to handle problems caused by terrible employees like Kevin John Kemp store manager you have a problem on your hands and I expect a response @@@ Update -I am still very dissatisfied with Kevin's service and attitude. The manager's follow up has been fantastic-John Kemp-he listened and said he would not tolerate how I was treated, his concern and honesty is greatly appreciated. Not even 1 star: I signed a contract for upgrading our phones last year. We paid the remaining balances for the previous campaign and returned one of the phones at the store and mailed the other one to an address we were provided as the Trade as part of the Trade-In Agreement. Approximately a month ago I noticed that we were not receiving the trade-in discount and decided to visit the store and asked for an investigation. The first question was if I still have the receipt from 9 months ago and when I said I lost it my attitude was significantly changed. I was being questioned about my sincerity and indirectly suggested how could they know if I returned the phone or not. Then upon our insistence, the agent took some notes but not giving us a ticket number or a claim number, etc. The store manager did not even listen to our story and let the agent take notes. We were told that we would be contacted by the Call Center about the complaint in a week. When no one called I contacted the call center and asked about the status of our complaint. We were told that there was no complaint registered at the store for my account. I visited the store the next day and when I told them about the situation a second agent they said they forgot to open the ticket. This time they listened to our story and again on a piece of Post-it paper they took their notes and told us to call a number in a week unless I was not contacted first. 3 weeks gone and no one called. I was being treated that I am lying about the phone and they keep charging me in full. We remember who we gave the phone to who is still working at the store. Well, AT&T your store took our phone, was never listed in your trade-in systems and (the IMEI is not in your systems) probably stole it. You may save several hundred dollars for disbelieving me but trust me this will be the last time I ever work with AT&T. I am paying you almost $400/month. You saved $200 max. Well do the math and check the cost of losing me as a customer to your biggest competitor. A big disappointment. read more

I kinda hate going here, but not really. Let me lead with this...I don't have experience at any other AT&T stores to base a comparison but here are my observations. Customer Service is the ONLY thing that should matter here (but I've included more). I don't care about AT&T's packages, prices and stuff. Customer Service has been hit and miss. I've been to this store 5-6 times to usually add/drop and account or replace/upgrade a phone as I'm the main contact for the business account. They have the usual set-up where they have a greater who takes your name and what you need. This may sound efficient but I've waited for up to 25 minutes to be seen before and I know they skipped over me and attended to people that came in behind me. Grrr...thank you for free WIFI. Listen, I understand it is hard to put on a happy face and have a great day all the time but at least try. Some of the workers seem very unhappy to be there while others look like they stepped off the happy train. Therefore, the level of niceness you receive completely depends upon who ya get. Guess that's par for the course but I can't understand the the great divide between the happy ones and the grumpy ones. Their computer system is SSLLLOOOOWWWWW. We have a big account but it shouldn't take me 1 hour to add a line and get a new phone. Very limited seating as well. They have one sitting area with 2 chairs. Hell, they have 2 TV's on the wall back there and only 2 chairs. What?? read more

Wow was this ever a horrible experience!!... actually, every time I have been to this store its been awful, but this topped them all. Called AT&T care for a New NOTE 5 but was told they didn't know when they would come out. I ordered Note 4 online. It arrive last Monday. I did the great app Smart Switch and everything transferred perfectly from my wife's S5 to the NOTE 4. But almost immediately messaging was acting up. My wife tried it for several days but it never righted itself. Made an appointment at AT&T to have it swapped. John "helped" us. I had done the the Android and AT&T upgrades and still had the problem, so I knew it wasn't that. Requested and expected an easy and quick swap, but rarely is anything easy and quick in these matters. John said he had to do a Factory Reset before he would swap my 5 day old phone. There was no way I was going let that happen and force my wife into reformatting her phone when Smart Switch had it all perfectly transferred and setup. John insisted it was required before he could swap it. Ridiculous statement. I ask to speak with the manager. John went to get him but came back alone and said Brandon Clark (the manager) said the factory reset was required. The manager could not be bothered to come from back room to speak with me. Note, he was in the backroom and NOT busy helping a customer. I then learned the NOTE 5 was out and they had them in stock; GREAT. Let's switch to the NOTE 5. John says that will require a $35 restocking fee. REALLY?! This phone is 5 days old. It doesn't work properly. We've literally been with AT&T for 25 years. Our monthly bill is over $330 every month. This "manager", Brandon, doesn't have the courtesy to even speak with us, wants us to spend time resetting a phone because "it has to be factory reset" or pay the $35 restocking fee. Brandon is standing in the corner speak with John but wont walk across the store to speak directly with us. What kind of manager wont speak with the customer who directly requests to speak with him? So I walked over to him. I explain the situation, and he does NOTHING. So we left to switch to Sprint and told him so. He made zero attempt to work with us or save the account, ZERO. Fortunately, my wife is more patient than I am and she suggested we try a different AT&T store. We did! We went to the North Point Alpharetta AT&T store and they were AWESOME!!!! No problem whatsoever. Apologized for the inconvenience, took care of us and we even ended up buying a Samsung Tablet and added a line and bought the MSFT Surface. Do yourself a HUGE favor and drive the extra miles and go to AT&T on North Point in Alpharetta. Market Place AT&T Store and staff is so, so bad and rude. read more

Bought the iPhone 12 pro max from ATT then 1 week later was broken.I called the ATT then they said I have to go to the store to swop it.Arrived at the store, they said I have 2 options to do that:either with ATT I have to pay $55 restocking fee or go to apple to do the warranty.After we thought about it,we decided to do $55 restocking fee.The next morning we went back to the store,the manager named Tyler Santos (Cumming location)said they can not do that since the phone's broken and I have to go back to Apple to do warranty.The point's I bought from ATT and they should help their customer here.I don't think it's professional and fair the way they treated their customer.Plus they need to learn manner/attitude about how to be the good customer service and how to respect their customer. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. We will never go back to this location ever again. My husband and I have never been treated so badly by a business in our entire lives. All these men we spoke to that day in the store where all very rude. My husband and I had a scheduled appointment made by one of the associates that work there a few days earlier. We go on February 5th, at 5:00pm to our scheduled appointment. We were switching our plan from my name to my husband so he could get the first responder plan. We have always had bad experiences online or over the phone and we have been advised by AT&T stores not to make plan changes online or over the phone and we refuse to make any changes online or over the phone again. That is why we went to the store. The first time we went to the store on February 1st, we were not treated too badly we still were helped. We walked in and were asked if we had masks. I informed them that we are medically exempt. A associate came outside to get us when he was ready. He said we could not go in if we didn't have masks. I explained again we are medically exempt he said he would help us outside. It was very cold that day so we got in the car and he stood outside and helped us. However we could not make plan changes that day so we scheduled the appointment for the 5th. On that day the guy at the door said we needed to wear a mask. I told him we are medically exempt. I said we could go outside and do it that is fine. He then became very rude. He said "you cannot make me go outside" I said I didn't say that I said we are willing to be serviced outside. His said he will not service us. I said so you are refusing to service us due to our medically disability because we medically cannot wear a mask. You refuse to accommodate us or help us. He said yes he refuses to service us. We then asked to speak to a manager. Another guy comes out and says the same thing they will not service us if we don't wear a mask. Again I say we are medically exempt we medically cannot wear a mask. He did not care that we had a medically disability and discriminated us due to that. I again said we can go outside and they can service us outside he refused to do that as well. Apparently this guy wasn't the manager and another guy comes over. Again we repeat we are medically exempt. He said he will not service us. I again said so you will not service us due to our medically disability because we are medically unable to wear a mask and our exempt. He said yes I will not service you and I refuse to service because you will not wear a mask. I said I medically cannot wear a mask and am medically exempt. I said we can go outside even though going outside is not equal service and still being treated differently due to our medical disability. I said Michael from the other day who scheduled this appointment serviced us outside he said well I've already talked to him about that. So this guy also refused to service us in any way. He called some guy on the phone gave him our number and he called us. The guy over the phone Patrick from first net has been very nice however our plan is still not right yet and we started this on February 5th. This is not because of Patrick but something on AT&T's end. He is working on it and hopefully it will be right soon. While outside in our car working on this the same AT&T guy that refused service and said we cannot make him go outside multiple times serviced people at their cars. The fact that we medically cannot wear a mask and our exempt from wearing a mask and we're treated disrespectfully and discriminated against is horrible and appalling. I wish we could take our business elsewhere and when our phones are almost paid off we will be looking for a better company that does not discriminate against medical disabilities. If you or anyone you know cannot medically wear a mask do not go to this AT&T store they will not help you they will not accommodate you they are rude and discriminated against medically disabilities. I do it know if this is all AT&T stores or just this one. I did go into another store but it was a corporate store and I had no problems in there. read more

It was 4 days before christmas and I had gotten a new phone. I have had the same number with ATT for at least 20 years. My old sim card would not fit in my new phone so I went in to have them move my sim card to new phone. Well, my boyfriend pays the bill so I am not listed on the account. I am 70 years old, no land line. They would not help me in any way and would not even offer suggestions. They would not call him for approval or call him at work on his registered numbers for approval to move my sim card. I was in tears because the sim card was already out of my old phone, so I had NO phone at all. I finally asked if they could at least put the sim card back in my old phone and for some strange reason they could do that! I opened the box with my sim card and it went flying under a counter!!! Now I was really in tears. A 70 year old woman on her hands and knees in the store crawling around trying to find my sim card. The staff walked away and left me!! after about 15 minutes of sitting on the floor and all ignoring me, I realized maybe I could get a prepay for a few weeks until my boyfriend was back in town, So I found Gary and he was very nice and set me up, at least I have a phone now, but why did the first guy not even bring that up as an option? I hope he feels bad for treating someone as old as his mother that way. read more

I went into this AT&T to get a new iPhone. I did not wait in the monster line the night before launch day, but I thought I might stop in a few hours after they opened to see if they had any phones left and they did! The only odd thing was that they had people wait in line outside until someone was available to help them, but I only waited a few minutes and the greeter guy was very nice. Even he seemed to be knowledgeable about phones and plans. Once inside I was helped by Brandon. The very first thing he did was introduce himself and ask my name, which was a pleasant surprise. He actually made conversation, even though he already knew I was going to buy the newest iPhone. He took a look at my account and told me that my husband and I are only using about half the minutes that we are paying for, so he saved us $20 a month by downgrading our plan. I didn't even ask him to check it. Next time I have to go in I will definitely be asking for him. PS: the new iPhone is amazing! read more

We have been dealing with this particular store for just over two years. In the beginning it was great, we came to the store to check out our options besides Verizon. My husband was very pleased and we swapped right than and there. Than came the issues that only seemed to happen with just me. I work with a company that gets a discount and we jumped thru all the hoops to get our discount to find out a few weeks later that we had to submit more information again. Three rounds later found out that in order to get discount, we would have to switch accounts holders (basically put my name first to get discount). Something we could have done in the beginning but said would not be an issue. So in the end we just left that mess alone but I had issues with my phone and had to go in to get it checked out. However they would not help me because I was not on the account. Something that I knew was not true as we set it all up when we transferred over. In the end we had to set up my stuff again and they said that would be the end of it. Of course that was a lie, every time I go in to get verification on our plans etc... I magically disappear off the account, my husband has to take time off his job to come in or sit on the phone with customer service to set my information up again. Every time they say it's all set and yet I keep having to go thru this. We have went to other store and upgraded with no such issues but this particular store... I'm starting to think they have an issue. I can't even seem to get the same person although I know I spoke to Mr. Brandon the store manager just before Father's Day about this very issue when we tried to come in and he met us at the door telling us it would be over an hour wait (when it was 30 mins from closing). We came in together because of the usual issues and when I explained we could not wait that long and he suggested I come back in myself at a later date...we explained yet again our issues and he assured us it would be no problem. Imagine my surprise when he told me I was not in the system and he could not help me with my request. I work retail management and I know what good customer service looks like. You focus on the customer in front of you, sure you can multitask a little but literally taking other customer and processing bill payment while also working on my issue is not professional. Little handling so many things at once that neither myself or the customer who was beside me Or my husband who was speaker (waiting for you to continue with him) knew who you were talking to. Like many have said before, would give zero stars if I could. This store has to have the rudest employees in the company. All have an attitude even before the customer is approached. Case in point. Customer service girl named KIMBERLY. Remember that name. If she even attempts to try to help you walk away and say no thank-you!!! She rushed my wife and I thru our visit, never smiled, was condesending in total demeanor and LEFT US SITTING IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR TRANSACTION. How can one abandon a customer and just get up and leave? Her explanation was that she "did not feel comfortable speaking with us" WTF???? We just felt like she needed to be someplace else except helping customers. Miss Kimberly.....go get another job doing anything else but customer non-service. You are not well suited for this position. The rest of the men inside are all milktoasts who have no backbone. Not one of them would volunteer to help us in our plight. All walked away claiming it "was not our fault...an we did not make any promises to y'all". Well....you are in uniform with logo...all here...yet no one will stand up to help us. How unprofessional. We called customer service our self.....we were lied to, cheated out of a promised $100.00 credit. It does not feel good. I really hope that a company executive reads this and will reach out to me. Cause these folks at the Cumming, Ga. store love to lean and chit with each other talking about what this customer said and did, etc. etc. etc. Totally unacceptable behavior gang. Don't try to bully me Mr. manager(joke). Today all showed true colors. And still this company makes billions in profit hiring sub-standard minimum wage order takers. I do believe in Karma. Where do I begin.... First off let me say that I usually handle all my cell service issues by calling into the customer service number. For me it's just easier & more efficient. I ordered my new iPhone 6 on 10/10/14, obviously I knew it would be a while before I would receive my phone. Later that week on my lunch break I stopped by the local AT&T store to browse for accessories. When I walked in I was greeted at the door and the gentleman wanted to check me in on his device. I declined and said I was only there to browse for accessories. He asked me if I had already ordered my phone & I said yes, last week. He told me that when it comes in, come to the store to activate it & I can trade my current 4s in for a $200 in store credit and then I could use that money to buy all my accessories! That's sounded great! My phone came in after a long anticipated wait. So on my lunch break the next day I went back to the AT&T store. I was greeted by the manager at the door & he checked me in. I sat & waited at one of there tables. A couple minutes went by & my name was called. Christopher a very cocky sales associate asked what was the reason for my visit & I replied I was here to activate my new phone & I also wanted to go over my plan & do my trade in on my current 4s so I could buy accessories. He looked very confused & said ok, did u call the 1 800 number? I said no (I didn't know I was supposed to honestly) so he did that for me & my new phone was working. Then he said is there anything else I can help you with? At that point I looked confused because I already told him I wanted to go over my plan & do my trade in...So I refreshed his memory:) We went over my plan with and he basically was asking why I signed up for certain things (making me feel dumb) hello I'm in here talking to u on how to make my plan the best for me & the most cost efficient. He then asked me why I went over my data each month & if I had wifi at home. I said yes I have wifi, then he asked me who it was through, I said its Comcast and my boyfriend pays the bills. He said O that's why because your wifi isn't through us! HAHA (I literally wanted to smack him at this point) It doesn't matter what internet provider you have! For his information Uverse is not in my area & I could care less about getting it because I don't pay the household bills. At this point I was annoyed with him & in my head decided I would just call in later to fix my plan. Onto the trade in! He basically told me they didn't do the trade in's anymore & he couldn't help me. I said that I was told if I bought my phone before a certain date that I could bring it in when still since all the iPhone's were back ordered. He was like yaaa but we can really only offer U like $100 for it now. (Ok wait u just said u didn't do trade in's anymore & now it's $100 credit) which one?! So then he asked what phone I have to trade in (my 4S was sitting right in front of him, let me remind you we have been working with both phones now for 20 min) I said my 4s right here, he said well let me do the appraisal on it, so he did...then said to me Yaa I can only offer U $15 I said that was a joke & I was done being in this store & dealing with him. (I think I had smoke coming out my ears I was so mad) As I stood up to leave & gather my things he walked off to great other customers (while the whole time I was there each sales associate walked there customers to the door, opened the door for them, and said bye) Jerk! ugh why did I have to get this associate! This store has terrible customer service ordered an iPhone online when I got to the store to pick it up I paid for it he took it out of the box I realized I wanted the xs max the larger model so he said he had to refund me and start a new line which would run my credit again ! I don't know how this is possible but when he ran it again it bumped my down payment from 200 up to 600 , I said nvm and wanted to just keep the phone I had already bought ! He said no matter what now the down payment will stay at 600 WHATTTTT ! I am so angry and so upset I don't even know what I can do on top of that the refund still has not hit my account and they charged me a 45$ re stocking fee so I literally bought the phone returned it and got charged 45$ and received NO PHONE ! The guy just walks me to the door and says there is NOTHING he can do to help me and that he is sorry , jerk you are not sorry you basically just Fd me ! This customer service sucks he was so rude and had he not rushed in the process to take my payment and buy the xs so fast then maybe I could have just did the process once which would have not gave me two credit inquiries for nothing ! I recently went to the store at 906 Market Place Blvd Ste 101 Cumming, GA 30041, to PICK UP an online order. I was greeted by the queue taker and asked what I was in the store for and told her I was in for a pick up order. She placed me in the queue, assuming this would be quick process for a PICK UP order. I ended up waiting for 45 minutes to even talk to anyone about letting me PICK UP my online order, I don't understand why it should take a customer more than 5mins to pick up an online order this has been the WORST experience I have ever had with a merchant to make a customer wait that long for a simple process that takes 2 minutes. I have been a long time customer with AT&T and todays experience I am truly debating about dropping all your services. read more

We went in this past weekend to see about switching our cell phone provider he AT&T. Alex helped us and went above and beyond taking her time to let us know all that was available. We really appreciate her help and all she has done since leaving the store as well. We ended up adding DirecTV and she has followed up several times guiding us through the process and making sure everything went as planned. Came in to pay my bill and discuss the plans we have. I was the ONLY customer waiting to be seen - they had 3 reps walking around, talking to each other or looking at their phone. I was told I would be seen after one of two reps were finished with the customers they were with. After 15 + minutes one of the reps was free - but he read his text/mail , spoke to the girl welcoming in folks and then wandered into the back - so after 29 mins I left - I guess unless you are buying something you are on the bottom of their totem pole - will now go to Verizon next door to see what they have to offer in the hopes of dropping AT&T read more

THANK YOU BRAD! On Nov. 21, 2016, I opened a new wireless account at the AT&T Retail store at 3609 Business Center Dr., Suite 100, Pearland, Texas. I authorized a new wireless account with 4 lines with unlimited data. I had a bad feeling about the store's manager, in Pearland. When I returned home 2 days later, I stopped by this store to have someone go over my account with me. I owe Brad a HUGE THANK YOU for spending over an hour with me sorting through my new account and advising me on a course of action. Brad informed me 7 lines had been opened, not 4!!! I was charged $45 for new activation fees and $10 for monthly fees on each of the 3 unauthorized lines! Thankfully Brad and his store manager informed me that I was still in the "buyer's remorse 3 day window" and Brad closed my account completely. He also advised that I should return the devices to the store in Pearland, which I did. Had Brad not taken the time to call AT&T Corporate and close these accounts I would be stuck for 2 years with the additional 3 lines and the activation fees for each line. Salesperson (Enoda Wright) (and later store manager) "sold" us on the 5s 32G Next Plan. However we received 16G phone. Store opened box for 16G and now is charging $35 restocking fee (same day) to get the 32G (which is the one we initially thought were getting). Please do not do business w/ this store (for me the $35 is not the issue but the deception used). read more

I have been dealing with this store since October. I switched from Verizon to lower my cell phone bill, but this is not the case months later. I bought two iPhone 8s and got two free, at least that's what I was told. When my bill came in, I was only getting one free. I didn't find out why the other one wasn't free until March. When I switched my service to AT&T, it was a Tuesday. I didn't have all of my family members with me, but was told they could come in any time that week to set up their phones. I set up my last phone on Friday because my daughter was in college and that was the earliest she could get there. I was told "no problem". Now AT&T customer service is saying that the promotion ended on that Thursday, even though the same promotion started up again on that Friday. Since the first three phones were set up on one promotion date and the last phone was set up on the following promotion date (the next day), I don't get that one for free. No one informed me of this at the time. I am now paying for three phones and only getting one free. The manager, Ryan Carter, was of no help either. He retold me everything that Customer Service had told me. He didn't seem to care at all. He told me he would check into it further and call me the next day, but he never called me back. I just got another bill and I am paying more that I was at Verizon. I should have never switched! read more
