I had the pleasure of working with Abel in the process of upgrading my phone and purchasing a second on a family plan.

Brain dead, mindless cretins who can't do anything correctly. I do not currently have Verizon, and…read morebased on my visit, I NEVER will. If it was possible to give negative stars I would do that. I have cell service thru another company and I need a new phone, so I figured I would shop the competition. I walk in, and after a few minutes I'm allowed to tell one of the employees that I'm interested in switching carriers and I need a new phone. She says to wait for the other employee to finish with her customer. I guess neither of the first two employees there can help a customer, and I need to wait for the one already with a customer but sure. 14 minutes later, How can I help you? I tell her exactly what I'm looking and what I need. She asks for my ID. I ask why, she says to "verify my information", ok sure why not. She attempts to scan my ID with her tablet. 4 minutes later she has now managed to successfully scan my ID, and is now tapping away on her tablet. 3 minutes later she tells me I'm eligible for a discount on my home internet service. I tell her I don't need home internet, and just want a quote on service and a new phone. She chooses not to listen to me, and instead starts telling me about their home internet and starts the process of signing me up for it. Once again I decline home internet service and tell her exactly what I want. She sighs, and goes back to tapping on her tablet. 4 minutes later, she asks for my SSN. I ask why, she says she can't give me a quote on service without running a credit check. I tell her to assume I'm very well qualified, and to just give me a list of plans and phones available. She protests, demands my SSN, says it won't hurt my credit at all, and she NEEDS it before she can tell me any prices for phones and services. I once again tell her to just assume I'm very well qualified, and to just go from there. She sighs, and goes back to tapping on her tablet. 3 minutes later, she flips the tablet around and asks me which add-ons I would like. The screen is filled with options like Unlimited Storage, Family Plans, Netflix and Hulu and other streaming services, and the like. I say I want none of them right now, I just want the price for a service switch, any available plans, and any available new iPhones. She says she can't give me any prices for a plan until she knows what add-ons I'm going to want, so she can calculate a price. For the SEVENTH TIME, I ask her for the cost of transferring service, any available plans, and any new iPhone options. She (wait for it) sighs again, and goes back to tapping on her tablet. 5 minutes later I tell her to stop whatever she's doing, and that I'm leaving. She protests and says she's almost finished and she can START working on what I asked her for, and she just needs another minute or two. I tell her "Ma'am, I have been sitting her for over 30 minutes, waiting for some simple information that I have asked for MULTIPLE times, and the only thing I've learned is that you REALLY want me to sign up for home internet. I tell her that I went to the T-Mobile store down the block with the same request, and within FIVE MINUTES, I had all the information I needed, multiple phone and plan prices, everything I needed to make a decision. And she had a great attitude. But here it's been 30 minutes plus and the only information that I have from you is you want to switch my home internet service. I told her to delete any information she may have gotten from me, never to contact me, and I walked out. I went from curious about Verizon services to outright hostile towards them in about 35 minutes. I HATE Verizon, I HATE that store, and I wish everyone there gets fired sooner rather than later. If it was this much trouble getting information about switching service, how much trouble is it going to be WHEN something goes wrong?

He gave us extra tips about our new phones and Verizon plans and overall went above and beyond. I would recommend this store and working with him in the future.

I signed up for 5G Home Internet and canceled within 2 weeks. After cancellation and receiving my…read morefinal bill, I could no longer access my account online or through their app. It takes finagling and going through other departments to actually speak with someone when you do not have your mobile phone and account number assignment for the home internet, which you can no longer access since you can no longer login. I am being charged over $400 for one of the "FREE" offerings at sign up and after finally reaching them the first time they told me to call them back after a specified number of days to get a credit applied. I was able to get through after again jumping through hoops to get through the automated phone system and again asked to call back after a specified number of days. I spent 45 minutes, talking to 3 different departments, and still have not been able to be transferred to the correct department. It boggles my mind that employees actually make these decision on processes and systems for their company, go through development, testing and implementation. These people are actually getting paid to make mistakes and apparently do nothing to resolve or make their servicing better. Unbelievable. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I really wish I could put a negative star, I switched from AT&T to Verizon back in July of 2024…read more They had a promotion when you sign up as a new customer, you'll get a 65inch TV. I got three lines and internet when I joined Verizon. Let's just say it is now October 5th, 2024, and I still don't have my TV. l've contacted them 4 times in between July- October and each one stated they will put in a form to have a supervisor reach out to me and get his resolved as soon as possible, NO ONE HAS DONE SO. I too have seen that others had the same issues regarding this promotion. Verizon seriously need to make this right and get me my TV or comp off an entire month bill for the headache, the lies they promoted and inconveniences that they have caused me. I'll sit back and see if anyone will contact me and if they make this right, I PROMISE I WILL LEAVE ANOTHER REVIEW STATING THAT THIS SITUATION HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND VERIZON HAS MADE IT RIGHT, UNITL THEN I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AN I WISH I STILL WAS WITH AT&T.

RUBEN IS A SAD EXCUSE FOR SOMEONE EMPLOYED. Zero drive to get a job done, or help a customer. I had to come in two days in a row to print a form Verizon required I send In. He LITERALLY told me go figure it out, then said why do I need to help you? Dude should NOT HAVE A JOB. There are driven ppl out there that deserve his position. And his co employee was rude as HELL! Told me I should have a personal printer lmao. What kind of employees are these??? I never seen such shame and poor customer service. I will be contacting BBB and filing a complaint. Keep in mind these are required forms from Verizon's trusted insurance partner but hey "we don't care" is what was said multiple times by all employees at the location except the female. I hope someone up top reviews this, you have 5 employees and not one customer each time I was there. I wonder why? NONE of your employees at this location are eager to sell, please or even enjoy a conversation w a possible customer. Equation for success? I don't think so. I could run that store w 1 employee and we would be pulling ppl in from the streets!!!! Your downtown you guys are lazy!! Yes keep sanitation around but wow have some pride in your work!!!!!!!!
