Never once had an outage in the roughly 10 months that i had the service, so I never had a need to call about anything service or outage related. Excellent product. When I signed up for NT Fiber, it was the only option allowed in Sherman Park Village, a then brand new apartment complex in Sherman TX. I would have liked to stay with Sparklight, since I'd been doing business with them for over a decade at that point. When I signed up I was told that I could receive a bill in the mail and send a check as payment each month, as I preferred. That turned out to be untrue. After the first month or so when I received an email about nonpayment, it turned out they had to have a card on file, and charge it each month. Not the end of the world, just not what I was told. I bought my first home about a week ago, and got moved in this past weekend. I opted to go with Sparklight instead of NT Fiber. I started calling yesterday, the 23rd of March 2026, at about 9:18 a.m. I just got a call back today the 24th of March 2026, at about 2 p.m. I probably called 30 times or more, trying to get someone on the line to cancel my service. Left multiple messages. At 12:19 today I sent an email, detailing how many times I'd called, and asking for my service to be cancelled. About 1.5 hours later, I got a 1 word response from a Bobby with NT Fiber. "cancelled" I was going to flame the company pretty hard about that, but about 15 minutes later I got a phone call from a Rachel, with NT Fiber. She was perfectly pleasant, relayed that my service had been cancelled, and all payments stopped, and thanked me for being a customer. I told her I had been seconds away from a nasty review, and that a Bobby had left a single word response to my email. She told me that a stomach virus, or something like it, had torn up their office and that they were on a skeleton crew. Understandable. I'm leaving a 3 star review. It's not a 1 star because Rachel called me and was polite and professional, and overall the experience was pretty good with the company, and in my case at least, the product was phenomenal. It's not a 5 star, because it took me over 24 hours, 30+ phone calls, and 1 email to get a response from a company whose hours are listed as 24 hours a day. And I feel I was intentionally misled about the billing process at the start, back in June of last year. Hope this review helps someone.

Update to my previous review:…read more Unfortunately, nothing has improved. NT Fiber has been, without question, the worst internet service provider I have ever dealt with. Trash.......... I have now been without internet service for three days, and there are neighbors in my community who have been without service for an entire week. This is completely unacceptable. The salesperson, Donna, has repeatedly told me through calls and text messages that she would "get me an update," but that's all I've received--promises with no real information or resolution. NT Fiber advertises "excellent service," but that couldn't be further from the truth. Excellent service doesn't leave customers without internet for days at a time, especially when many of us rely on it to work from home. This outage has directly affected my ability to do my job. I strongly advise HOAs, developers, and property managers to think twice before partnering with NT Fiber. Residents should not have to pay HOA fees for an internet service that is this unreliable and provides such poor communication during outages. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend NT Fiber to anyone.

Katy and her team are friendly and willing to do what it takes to get your web-based business off the ground or revamp a website you already have. They can also help you create apps and help get them to reach your target market! More business and more traffic means more money! I hang out with them often and though I don't pretend to know what they are talking about half the time, I do know enough to understand that quality is of very high importance to them. I have other friends who work at tech companies and their conversations center around how "fast" they can get projects done so they can go home early and still make a profit. At Siren, they are motivated entirely differently. They are always challenging one another on what the BEST way to get something done is. They throw parties to celebrate a job well done for their clients. The most recent parties I was invited to were for to congratulate the team on finishing a project with extra features that weren't in the original budget and for breaking records on getting clients extra awesome search engine results without being asked. I often hang out with them while they are burning midnight oil and never hear them complain that they are putting in extra hours to make sure something is done RIGHT and still getting done on time. They are good at their job, but the reason for my review is that I see a side of them that most people do not see, and I admire how much they actually care about the projects they work on. It is rare to see a company who actually tries to make a difference in the world by helping people, especially in their field. For Siren, I can tell they are not just doing this for the money, and to me that is priceless. If I ever needed a website I would use them without hesitation.

In order to switch, I paid $2,530.60 out of pocket and put it on my credit card, assuming the reward would help cover that cost. I submitted all my receipts in December and received confirmation that they were received. When I followed up in January, I was told they needed additional information. Getting that information from my previous provider turned into a long and frustrating process, but I finally had the documents mailed to me in February and uploaded them as requested. After uploading, I never received any confirmation or update. When I called today, I was told the documents I submitted were still not sufficient and that I needed to provide even more information. I was then transferred to a manager (which I didn't request), who told me that my claim is now marked as "expired" and that nothing can be done to change it. At this point, I'm out $2,205.63. That's a significant amount of money, especially right now, and this whole process has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I followed the steps, submitted what was asked, and still ended up with nothing. I would strongly urge others to be cautious with this promotion. My experience has been stressful, time consuming, and ultimately very costly.
