The salesman had a very difficult time removing the SIM card, and when she asked for her money back, he refused. She called me that night crying because the salesman was "mean" to her and feels she was swindled. We tried returning the phone two days later and was told there is a $50 restocking fee. The receipt says $50 restocking fee is for "high-end phones and wearable devices." Since when is a flip phone a high end phone?? So out of $117.30, she got back $18.42. Does this sound right, or was an old lady taken advantage of?
